Background
The air conditioner becomes an indispensable essential product in the life of people, and the life quality of people is greatly improved. With the development of intelligent household appliance technology, users also put higher demands on the human-computer interaction performance of the air conditioner.
The conventional air conditioner outdoor unit chassis is not electrically heated, defrosting water flows to the outdoor unit chassis and is easy to freeze, drainage blockage is caused, the outdoor unit is prone to water leakage after drainage blockage, and the outdoor unit can also freeze, so that the efficiency of a heat exchanger is reduced, the conventional air conditioner compressor is seriously abraded at low temperature and even cannot be started, and the working efficiency and the service life of the compressor are greatly reduced. Finally, the heat exchanger of the conventional air conditioner outdoor unit is seriously frosted in winter, frequent defrosting is needed to ensure the efficiency of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the air conditioner is in a refrigeration mode during defrosting, so that the heating effect is influenced.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present disclosure is directed to overcoming the disadvantages of the prior art and providing an external unit of an air conditioner and an air conditioner including the same.
According to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, an air conditioner external unit is provided, which includes a casing and a chassis disposed below the casing, wherein a fan, a compressor and a heat exchanger are disposed in the casing;
a chassis electric auxiliary heat is arranged on one side, close to the shell, of the chassis and used for heating the chassis;
the heat exchanger electric auxiliary heat is arranged in the shell and close to the air inlet side of the heat exchanger and used for heating the heat exchanger;
and an electric heating belt is arranged in the shell close to the compressor and used for preheating the compressor.
In one implementation, the chassis electric auxiliary heat is made of a flexible electric heating belt.
In one implementation, a heat insulating layer is arranged on one side of the chassis far away from the machine shell.
In one implementation manner, a first temperature sensor is disposed on the chassis at a position close to the enclosure, and the first temperature sensor is configured to detect a temperature value of the inner surface of the chassis.
In one implementation, the outer wall of the casing is provided with a second temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, the second temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature value of the outdoor environment, and the humidity sensor is used for detecting the humidity value of the outdoor environment.

The outdoor unit of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is additionally provided with the chassis for electrically assisting heat, so that the chassis is heated at regular time, and the blockage caused by the icing of defrosting water of the heat exchanger on the chassis at low temperature is avoided. The auxiliary electric heating belt is additionally arranged at the position of the shell of the crankcase of the compressor to preheat the shell of the crankcase of the compressor so as to improve the working environment temperature of the compressor, thereby ensuring the smooth starting and normal operation of the compressor under the condition of low temperature or long-time non-starting, slowing down the abrasion of the compressor and prolonging the service life of the compressor; the heat exchanger is heated by additionally arranging the electric auxiliary heat at the air inlet side of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner external unit, so that the air inlet temperature of the heat exchanger is improved, the defrosting time is shortened, and the working efficiency of the air conditioner under the heating working condition is improved.

Fig. 1 and 2 are schematic structural views of an air conditioner outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air conditioner outdoor unit includes a casing 1, and a chassis 2 disposed below the casing 1, wherein a fan 3, a compressor 4 and a heat exchanger 5 are disposed in the casing;
a chassis electric auxiliary heat 6 is arranged on one side of the chassis 2 close to the shell, and the chassis electric auxiliary heat 6 is used for heating the chassis 2;

an electric heating belt 8 is arranged in the shell 1 and close to the compressor 4, and the electric heating belt 8 is used for preheating the compressor 4.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is additionally provided with the chassis for electrically assisting heat, so that the chassis is heated at regular time, and the blockage caused by the icing of defrosting water of the heat exchanger on the chassis at low temperature is avoided. The auxiliary electric heating belt is additionally arranged at the position of the shell of the crankcase of the compressor to preheat the shell of the crankcase of the compressor so as to improve the working environment temperature of the compressor, thereby ensuring the smooth starting and normal operation of the compressor under the condition of low temperature or long-time non-starting, slowing down the abrasion of the compressor and prolonging the service life of the compressor; the heat exchanger is heated by additionally arranging the electric auxiliary heat at the air inlet side of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner external unit, so that the air inlet temperature of the heat exchanger is improved, the defrosting time is shortened, and the working efficiency of the air conditioner under the heating working condition is improved.
In one implementation, the chassis electric auxiliary heater 6 is made of a flexible electric heating tape.

In one implementation, an insulating layer 9 is disposed on a side of the chassis 2 away from the casing 1.
