Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigerator accessories, and particularly relates to a refrigerator defrosting device and a method thereof.
Background
Refrigerator defrosting is a problem that must be considered in a refrigerator control system, particularly in an air-cooled refrigerator control system. If the frost layer is too thick, the refrigeration efficiency is reduced, and the energy consumption is increased. At present, the frostless refrigerator on the market generally adopts a timing or non-timing automatic defrosting method to achieve the purpose of automatic defrosting. The automatic defrosting method generally adopts a mode of installing a steel tube heater at the bottom of the finned evaporator. The defrosting utilizes the energization and heating of a steel pipe heater to increase the temperature of the air around the fin evaporator, and the defrosting on the fin evaporator achieves the aim of defrosting by absorbing the heat of the high-temperature air around.
The defrosting method utilizes air as a heat transfer medium to transfer heat in a heat convection mode. Because air is a poor heat conductor, the defrosting mode is slow in speed and high in energy consumption.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a refrigerator defrosting device and a refrigerator defrosting method. Because the source that generates heat and frost direct contact utilize heat conduction to carry out heat transfer, simultaneously because graphite alkene is hot good conductor, realized quick defrosting to because the source that generates heat and frost layer direct contact do not need intermediate medium indirect heat transfer, consequently the utilization ratio of the energy is higher, the whole energy consumption of refrigerator reduces.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a refrigerator defrosting device, which comprises an evaporator assembly; the evaporator assembly comprises a mounting seat and a refrigeration pipeline, and the refrigeration pipeline is arranged in the middle of the mounting seat; a plurality of radiating fins are arranged on the pipeline of the refrigeration pipeline side by side; a heating film is wound on the outer side surface of the refrigeration pipeline; an electric heating assembly is arranged in the heating film, and graphene is added into the heating film in the preparation process;
a temperature sensor is arranged above the evaporator assembly; the temperature sensor senses temperature data information of the evaporator and transmits the temperature data information to the controller; the controller controls an electrifying switch of the heating film; a temperature fuse is also arranged between the controller and the heating film;
when the temperature is lower than a set threshold value, the controller controls the heating film to operate to heat and defrost the frost layers on the refrigeration pipeline and the radiating fins.
A refrigerator defrosting method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: when the defrosting program is started, the work of other electric appliances in the refrigerator is stopped, wherein the other electric appliances comprise a compressor and a fan motor;
step two: the controller controls the heating film to start to be electrified to defrost the frost layers on the refrigeration pipeline and the radiating fins;
step three: the temperature sensor continuously detects the temperature of the evaporator during defrosting and transmits the temperature to the controller, and the controller simultaneously accumulates defrosting and heating time;
step four: during defrosting, the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor continuously rises, and when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor reaches a certain preset temperature or the accumulated defrosting time reaches a certain preset time, the controller cuts off the power supply of the heating film and stops heating;
step five: waiting for a period of time, and allowing water on the evaporator to drop into a water receiving tray outside the box body; and when the water dripping time is up, the refrigerator enters a normal refrigeration program according to the current state, wherein the water dripping time is 1-10 min.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention utilizes the graphene material with good heat transfer performance as a heat transfer medium and is also a heating source.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.
