A working method of a file cover filling printer comprises the following steps:
before printing, the file envelopes to be printed are manually loaded into a paper storage bin, the number of the file envelopes to be printed is required to be less than the edge of the upper opening of the paper storage bin, paper loading is finished, printing is started, a paper supply feeding mechanism lifts the file envelopes to be filled and printed in the paper storage bin to a printing position, the file envelopes are compressed, a writing and printing mechanism starts to print the contents to be filled, filling and printing are finished, a paper taking and removing mechanism starts, the printed file envelopes are removed, and the next printing process is started.
The printer is different from the traditional printer in working mode. The traditional printer works in the following way: the paper feed is a single-sheet feed. During printing, the print head moves in the X-axis direction and the paper moves in the Y-axis direction.
