As shown, the lightning distribution cabinet 100 includes a cabinet body 110 that defines an interior space of the lightning distribution cabinet and may be used to house lightning distribution components as well as other components. According to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning distribution cabinet 100 may further include a cabinet door (not shown in the figure) disposed on the cabinet body 110, which may be disposed on one side or two sides of the cabinet body 110 to seal the cabinet body, thereby forming a relatively closed space, and the lightning distribution cabinet may have functions of dust prevention, fire prevention, and rat prevention. In some embodiments, the cabinet may have a format of 2350mm × 960mm × 450mm or 2350mm × 900mm × 600 mm. The cabinet may also be of a standard that conforms to other standards, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning protection distribution cabinet 100 may further include one or more lightning protection layers 120, which are transversely disposed in the cabinet body 110 (refer to fig. 1). Each layer of lightning protection layer 120 is provided with a plurality of lightning protection branching bases 121 which can be connected with incoming lines and outgoing lines of the cabinet body, so that branching function is realized. In some embodiments, the lightning protection junction base 121 may also perform lightning protection on incoming lines or outgoing lines, thereby achieving the function of lightning protection. Therefore, the lightning protection layer in the lightning protection junction cabinet can selectively realize two modes of junction or junction lightning protection. In some embodiments, the lightning protection breakout cabinet 100 includes 10 layers of lightning protection layers 120. In some embodiments, 13 lightning strike break bases 121 are disposed on each layer of lightning strike layer 120.
Referring to fig. 3, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the lightning protection layer 120 may include a mounting plate 122, one or more lightning protection distribution bases 121 mounted on the mounting plate 122, the mounting plate 122 mounted within the cabinet 110, such that the lightning protection distribution bases may be mounted in the cabinet 110. In some embodiments, the mounting plate 122 includes one or more wire distribution holes 123 therein, which may be used for incoming and/or outgoing wires to connect with the lightning strike break base 121 through the mounting plate from the back side of the mounting plate.
In some embodiments, the lightning protection layer 120 may further include a lateral bus 124 disposed on the upper portion of the lightning protection layer, connected to the lightning protection distribution base 121 on the lightning protection layer, and connected to a vertical bus (not shown) on the sidewall of the cabinet, so as to connect the lightning protection distribution base to the ground. In some embodiments, the lateral busbars may be copper bars.
In some embodiments, the lightning protection layer 120 may further include a shielding busbar (not shown) connected to the transverse busbar 123 and connected to the shielding layer of the incoming cable, which may be connected to the ground.
Referring to fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning protection distribution cabinet 100 may further include one or more wire slots 130 longitudinally disposed in the cabinet body 110 and located at a back side of the lightning protection layer 120, which may be used for accommodating incoming wires and/or outgoing wires of the cabinet body 110. Each of the trunking 130 vertically spans one or more of the lightning protection layers 120 and is in communication with the lightning protection breakout base on each of the lightning protection layers 120, such that incoming and/or outgoing lines can be connected to the lightning protection breakout base. In some embodiments, the incoming line and the outgoing line of the cabinet 110 are respectively disposed in different trunking, and at this time, two adjacent trunking 130 communicates with one lightning protection branching base on each layer of lightning protection 120, so that the incoming line and the outgoing line can be isolated.
In some embodiments, incoming and outgoing lines can also be located in the same trunking 130 at the same time, where one trunking 130 communicates with one lightning break-out base on each layer of lightning protection 120. The raceway arrangement 130 may include a partition (not shown) disposed in the raceway arrangement 130 and located between the incoming line and the outgoing line to separate the incoming line from the outgoing line. In some embodiments, the wireway 130 and/or bulkhead include a protective sheath that can be used to prevent the wireway 130 and/or bulkhead from scratching the cable. In some embodiments, the position of the baffle may be adjustable. For example: more outgoing lines are compared with incoming lines, and the partition plate can be close to the incoming lines to provide a larger space for outgoing lines.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning protection junction box 100 may further include a grounding device 140 disposed at a lower portion of the cabinet body, and one end of the grounding device is connected to the longitudinal bus bar and the other end of the grounding device is connected to the lightning protection junction box, so that the connection between the lightning protection junction base and the ground can be controlled, and the subsequent maintenance and detection are facilitated. According to one embodiment of the present application, the grounding device 140 may include a cut-off switch. For example: and (4) grounding the copper screw.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning protection junction box 100 may further include an alarm detection unit 150, which is disposed in the middle of the cabinet body, is connected to each lightning protection layer, and may be configured to detect the state of each lightning protection module. For example: after one or more lightning protection modules of a certain layer are degraded, the lightning protection modules are automatically tripped and are in a failure state, and the alarm detection unit sends out an alarm corresponding to the layer. In some embodiments, the alarm detection unit 150 includes a combination of one or more of a light alert, an audible alert, a display alert, and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the alarm detection unit 150 may also detect and monitor the grounding device 140. For example: the grounding device 140 may include a micro switch in contact with the cut-off switch, which is connected to the alarm detection unit 150 to detect the on/off of the cut-off switch. In some embodiments, the alarm detection unit may further include a switch (not shown in the figures) that may control the state of the alarm detection unit 150, such as: when the alarm detection unit sends an alarm, the switch can control and eliminate the alarm, so that the maintenance is convenient.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning protection junction box 100 may further include a power fuse layer 160 disposed below the lightning protection layer 120, which may be used to introduce outdoor power into the box and protect the power. In some embodiments, the power fuse layer 160 may be used as a lightning protection layer.

The existing lightning protection junction base is large in size, the occupied area of incoming and outgoing lines is large, and the maximum capacity of the lightning protection junction cabinet cannot be achieved. As shown, the lightning protection breakout base 121 includes a housing 510 for receiving the internal structure 520 of the lightning protection breakout base and protecting the internal structure of the lightning protection breakout base, and the housing 510 may be used to connect with a mounting plate, so that the lightning protection breakout base may be secured in the cabinet. For example: the back of the shell can comprise a plurality of hanging holes, a plurality of hanging nails are arranged on the mounting plate, and the lightning protection junction base can be directly mounted on the mounting plate; or a plurality of holes are arranged on the shell and are directly fixed on the mounting plate through screws, and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning protection distribution base 121 further includes a distribution terminal 530 disposed on one side of the front surface of the lightning protection distribution base (see fig. 5A), wherein the incoming line and/or the outgoing line can pass through the distribution hole of the mounting plate to be connected with the distribution terminal, so as to implement the distribution function of the lightning protection distribution cabinet. In some embodiments, the number of breakout terminals 530 is 6. Other numbers of breakout terminals are also possible, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art. In some embodiments, the distributing terminal is a bolt wiring terminal, so that the fastening connection of the incoming line and/or the outgoing line and the distributing terminal is facilitated, and the occurrence of accidents caused by the fact that the connection is not fastened is prevented. According to one embodiment of the present application, incoming and outgoing lines are commonly connected to the same breakout terminal 530.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning protection branching base 121 may further include a connecting piece 540 disposed on a back surface of the lightning protection branching base, and connected to the branching terminal, and may be used for connecting an incoming line and/or an outgoing line. For example: the inlet wire can be directly welded on the connecting sheet 540 and is connected with the outlet wire through the branching terminal, so that the contact between the inlet wire and the outlet wire can be avoided, and the secondary cross lightning infection is avoided.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning protection junction base 121 further includes one or more lightning protection modules 550, which are disposed on a side of the housing 510 opposite to the junction terminals and connected to the junction terminals 510, so as to protect the circuit and prevent lightning from affecting the signal equipment. In some embodiments, the lightning protection module 550 may be plugged into a housing, which may be a plug-and-play, existing lightning protection module that may be hot plugged. In some embodiments, the lightning protection module 550 may be an existing lightning protection module that protects the signal device laterally, longitudinally, and both longitudinally and laterally. In some embodiments, the lightning protection module 550 should comply with the Ministry of railways 3074 standards and the requirements of the iron 2006[26] documentation, and pass the CRCC certification of the CRCC. In some embodiments, the number of lightning protection modules is 3.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lightning protection branching base 121 further includes a grounding copper sheet 560 disposed on the front surface of the housing and connected to the lightning protection module 550 and the transverse bus bar, so that the lightning protection module can be connected to the ground.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning protection breakout base 121 may further include a remote signaling interface 570, which may be connected to an alarm detection unit for detecting a status of the lightning protection module. In some embodiments, the number of remote signaling interfaces is 8. According to one embodiment of the application, if the lightning protection module is not plugged, the remote signaling interface corresponding to the lightning protection module needs to be short-circuited.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the lightning protection junction base 121 may further include a plurality of micro switches 580 disposed inside the housing, which may be in contact with the lightning protection module, and connected to the remote signaling interface, and may be configured to detect a state of the lightning protection module, and transmit a signal from the remote signaling interface to the alarm detection unit.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the internal structure 520 of the lightning strike break base 121 includes a first circuit board 521, a second circuit board 522, and pin clips 523. The pin clamping piece 523 is arranged on the first circuit board 521 and is used for plugging the lightning protection module; first circuit board 521 and second circuit board 522 are used to protect the electrical connections internal to the breakout base.
