For the connection relationship between the transverse splicing assembly/longitudinal splicing group and the cell plates, the transverse splicing assembly/longitudinal splicing group comprises a mounting member 21 and a caulking strip 22, the mounting member 21 and the caulking strip 22 are both linear structures, the mounting member 21 is provided with a body part 211, two clamping and embedding parts 212 and a wall pasting part 213, and the mounting member 21 is used for connecting two adjacent spliced cell plates 23.
The section of the main body part 211 is long and thin with a certain width and extends along the thickness direction of the unit boards 23, the main body part 211 is located in a gap between two adjacent unit boards 23, one end of the main body part 211 facing the back of the unit board 23 is defined as a first end 21-a, one end facing the front of the unit board 23 is defined as a second end 21-B, the first end of the main body part 211 is integrally connected with the middle part of the wall part 213, the wall part 213 is in a flat structure and is attached to the first panel body, the wall part 213 is provided with a reserved slot 2131 of a fastener, and the fastener can fixedly connect the unit boards 23 and the first panel body.
The two clamping and embedding parts 212 are integrally connected to two sides of the body part 111, and the structure is symmetrical about the body part 211, specifically, the clamping and embedding parts 212 are connected to two sides of the body part 211 which are close to the second end 21-B thereof, the opposite sides 231 of the unit plates 23 are provided with splicing grooves 232 extending along the length direction of the opposite sides 231, the two clamping and embedding parts 212 are respectively matched with the splicing grooves 232 of the two adjacent unit plates 23 in a clamping way, the splicing grooves 232 are provided with first groove walls 2321 close to the front surface of the unit plates 23, second groove walls 2322 close to the back surface of the unit plates 23 and groove bottoms 2323, the clamping and embedding parts 212 are provided with first clamping and embedding part end surfaces 2121 facing the first groove walls 2321, second clamping and embedding part end surfaces 2122 facing the second groove walls 2322 and third clamping and embedding part end surfaces 2123 facing the groove bottoms, wherein the first clamping and embedding part end surfaces 2121 are flush with the second end 21-B of the body part 211, even if the body part 211 and the two clamping and embedding parts 212 form a T-shaped structure, the structural strength of the mounting piece 21 in the width direction of the gap is enhanced, a gap is formed between the third end face 2123 of the clamping and embedding part and the groove bottom 2323 of the splicing groove 232, so that the clamping and embedding part 212 has a certain assembling gap when being clamped and matched with the splicing groove 232, the situation that the mounting piece 21 is extruded by the groove bottom 2323 to cause aging aggravation or even fracture when the problem of aging deformation and the like occurs in long-term use is avoided, and the second end face 2122 of the clamping and embedding part is a bending face after being bent for many times.
The snap-fit portion 212 is wrapped with a flexible member, preferably rubber, having a shape matching the shape of the snap-fit portion. Based on the structure of the engaging portion 212, the flexible member 24 has a first portion 241, a second portion 242, and a third portion 243 of the flexible member integrally connected to each other, and the three portions respectively cover the first engaging portion end face 2121, the second engaging portion end face 2122, and the third engaging portion end face 2123 of the engaging portion 212, and since the first engaging portion end face 2121 is a flat surface, the whole first portion 241 of the flexible member is in frictional contact with the first groove wall 2321, and the second engaging portion end face 2122 is a bent surface, the second portion 242 of the flexible member is in frictional contact with the second groove wall 2322, and the rest portions have a gap with the second groove wall 2322. Generally speaking, the first end face 2121 of the snap-fit portion and the first portion 241 of the flexible member play a role in mainly preventing the snap-fit portion 212 from relatively moving along the length direction thereof with the splicing groove 232, and then the first end face 2121 of the snap-fit portion and the second end 21-B of the body portion 21 are flush with each other, so that the snap-fit portion has a good snap-fit performance, the second end face 2122 of the snap-fit portion and the second portion 242 of the flexible member play a role in partially preventing the snap-fit portion 212 from relatively moving with the splicing groove 232, and more play a role in supporting the snap-fit portion 212, so that the force of the first portion 241 of the flexible member attaching to the first groove wall 2321 is improved, and in addition, since the second flexible member is only partially in frictional contact with the second groove wall 2322, damping can be reduced when the snap-fit portion 22 is snapped into the snap-fit groove, and the assembly difficulty is simplified.
The second end of the main body 211 is provided with an inserting groove 2113 extending along the length direction of the mounting member 21, the inserting groove 2113 extends from the notch to the groove bottom 2113-2 along the length direction of the cross section of the main body 211, the caulking strip 22 has an inserting portion 221 and a sealing portion 222, the cross section of the inserting portion 221 is in an elongated structure, one end of the inserting portion facing the back surface of the unit plate 23 is defined as a first end 22-a, one end of the caulking portion facing the front surface of the unit plate 23 is defined as a second end 212-B, the sealing portion 2122 is in a flat structure, the middle portion of the caulking portion is integrally connected with the second end 212-B of the inserting portion 2121, the two caulking strips 212 are in a T-shaped structure, and the sealing portion 2122 is used for sealing the gap between the opposite edges 231 of the two unit plates 23.
The insertion portion 221 includes two portions, one portion is inserted into the insertion groove 2113 and is denoted as an insertion portion second portion 2212, the other portion is exposed outside the insertion groove 2113 and is denoted as an insertion portion first portion 2211, two sides of the insertion portion second portion 2212 are provided with a plurality of first protruding structures S extending along the length direction of the mounting member 21 and arranged side by side, two groove walls 2113-1 of the insertion groove 2113 are provided with one or a plurality of second protruding structures P extending along the length direction of the mounting member 21 and arranged next to the groove opening, and in this embodiment, two second protruding structures P are arranged side by side along the position of the groove wall of the insertion groove 2113 and arranged next to the groove opening.
When the plugging portion 221 and the plugging groove 2113 are relatively displaced along the plugging direction, the second protrusion structures P may be pressed by the first protrusion structures S passing through in sequence, where the relative displacement refers to a process of plugging the plugging portion 221 into the plugging groove 2113 along the plugging direction. When inserting the inserting portion 221, two first protruding structures S of the two sides of the second portion 2212 close to the first end of the inserting portion 221 contact with two second protruding structures P close to the notch at first, the first protruding structures S laterally press the second protruding structures P, and the notch position is far away from the groove bottom position and is easier to deform under pressing compared with other parts, so that the distance between the two second protruding structures P becomes large, that is, the groove width of the notch position is increased, and the smoothness of inserting the second portion 2212 into the inserting groove 2113 is improved. It is worth noting that, certain deformation will also occur to the first protruding structure S and the second protruding structure P during the extrusion process, because the thickness of the second portion 2212 of the insertion portion is relatively narrow, the rigidity of the first protruding structure S integrated with the first protruding structure S is stronger, so that the deformation degree of the first protruding structure S is smaller than that of the second protruding structure P, which is beneficial to the insertion of the insertion portion 221, and therefore, the caulking strip 22 can be made of a material with higher rigidity than the mounting member 21, so as to increase the deformation difference between the first protruding structure S and the second protruding structure P, and further improve the smoothness of insertion.
As the depth of the second portion 2212 of the insertion portion into the insertion slot 2113 increases, the first protrusion structures S on both sides of the second portion 2212 of the insertion portion sequentially pass through the second protrusion structures P and exert a squeezing action on the second protrusion structures P, so that the slot width of the insertion slot 2113 is intermittently increased and restored. Of course, when the second end of the insertion portion 221 abuts against the bottom of the insertion groove 2113, i.e., when the insertion portion 221 is completely inserted into the insertion groove 2113, the second protrusion structure P and the first protrusion structure S are staggered and not extruded with each other, and the insertion groove 2113 is in a normal state and maintains a tight insertion fit with the second portion of the insertion portion.
Further, the groove width of the insertion groove 2113 is gradually reduced along the direction from the groove opening to the groove bottom, that is, the insertion matching between the second portion 2212 of the insertion portion and the insertion groove 2113 along with the insertion process is more and more tight, so as to improve the connection strength between the mounting member 21 and the caulking strip 22, and if the first protruding structure S and the second protruding structure P are not provided, the damping during insertion is very large, which not only improves the operation difficulty of the insertion matching, but also may cause the phenomenon that the second end of the insertion portion 221 cannot abut against the groove bottom of the insertion groove 2113, and the phenomenon that the insertion portion 221 is broken off during the insertion process. Therefore, on the premise of providing the first protruding structure S and the second protruding structure P, the solution of gradually reducing the groove width of the inserting groove 2113 can be implemented.
The first protrusion structure S has three continuous surfaces, i.e., a first slope surface S1 near the first end of the insertion part 221, a second slope surface S2 near the second end of the insertion part 21, and a first curved surface S3 connecting the two, wherein the first slope surface S1 and the second slope surface S2 may have a certain curvature. Correspondingly, the second protrusion structure P has three continuous surfaces, namely a third slope surface P1 close to the bottom of the insertion groove 2113, a fourth slope surface P2 close to the notch of the insertion groove 2113, and a second curved surface P3 connecting the third slope surface P1 and the fourth slope surface P2, wherein the third slope surface P1 and the fourth slope surface P2 may also have a certain curvature. In fact, the first and second convex structures S, P are structurally both centrosymmetric, so the first and fourth slope surfaces S1, P2 have substantially the same inclination, and the second and third slope surfaces S2, P1 have substantially the same inclination.
In addition, the inclination of the first slope surface S1 is smaller than that of the second slope surface S2, when the second portion 2212 of the insertion part is inserted into the insertion groove 2113, the first slope surface S1 and the fourth slope surface P2 are relatively displaced until the first curved surface S3 and the second curved surface P3 are pressed, and the inclination of the first slope surface S1 and the fourth slope surface P2 is small, so that the resistance during insertion is small. On the contrary, when the second portion 2212 of the insertion part is separated from the insertion groove 213, the second slope surface S2 and the third slope surface P1 are relatively displaced, and the inclination of the second slope surface S2 and the third slope surface P1 is relatively large, so that the caulking strip 22 is not easily separated from the mounting piece 2 when the insertion part 221 is not manually operated.
The intersection of the groove bottom 213-2 of the insertion groove 2113 and the two groove walls 2113-1 is provided with a recessed structure Q extending along the length direction of the mounting part 21, the cross section of the recessed structure Q is a circular line and has a certain accommodating space, and therefore the first protruding structures S closest to the first end on the two sides of the insertion part 221 are in clamping fit with the corresponding recessed structures Q. Combine first protruding structure S, second protruding structure P, body portion 211 takes place elastic deformation when grafting portion second portion 2212 inserts, the increase of groove width intermittent type nature, finally it is inseparabler to peg graft cooperation connection between them after restoring to the throne completely, difficult not hard up drops, recessed structure Q then can alleviate the stress that grafting portion second portion 2212 produced when inserting to prevent the non-elastic irreversible deformation that the mechanism nature destruction or the easy initiation that grafting portion second portion 2212 appears. A gap is formed between the part of the concave structure Q corresponding to the groove bottom and the first end 22-A of the inserting part 221, and particularly, the first end of the inserting part 221 is of a plane structure, so that the concave structure Q and the second end can be absorbed due to processing errors, deformation caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction, deformation stress during inserting and the like, and the unit plate 23 is prevented from arching and deforming.
The main body 211 is divided into two parts, the part with the insertion slot 2113 is referred to as a first main body part 2111, the part extending from the first main body part 2111 to the first end 21-a of the main body 211 is referred to as a second main body part 2112, the width of the first main body part 2111 is greater than that of the second main body part 2112, so that the first main body part 2111 and the insertion slot 2113 are intermittently deformed when the second insertion part 2212 is inserted into the insertion slot 2113, and the deformation of the second main body part 2112 is very little, so that the wall attaching part 213 connected with the wall attaching part cannot be displaced relative to the back surfaces of the two unit plates 23, and the local stability of the structure is improved. In addition, the flexible member further has a flexible member fourth portion 244 extending to the gap between the opposite sides 231 of the two unit plates 23, and the flexible member fourth portion 244 covers the body portion first portion 2111 and is attached to the corresponding opposite side 231 of the unit plate 23, so that the body portion 211 can be protected, and the mounting member 21 has elastic buffer performance between the gaps between the two adjacent unit plates 23.
The internal corner keel 5 comprises an internal corner joint part 51 and an internal corner connecting part 52 which are integrally connected, wherein the internal corner joint part 51 is of a vertical plate-shaped structure, the middle part of the internal corner joint part is bent into two parts along the vertical direction, the bent part is an arc-shaped surface, the parts extending towards two sides of the bent part are respectively jointed on the outer surfaces of two adjacent first panel bodies 1 and first side edge parts 1-A and fixedly connected by fasteners, the internal corner connecting part 52 comprises two vertical plate-shaped structures which are vertically connected and respectively connected with the two parts of the internal corner joint part 51, the internal corner connecting part 52 is respectively jointed with second side edge parts 1-B corresponding to the same side, and a certain distance is reserved between the first side edge parts 1-A corresponding to the same side. The reentrant corner keel 5 and the underframe of the first panel body 1, the second panel body 2, the bottom of both sides have constituted the reentrant corner structure.
When the internal corner structure is deformed or deformed by external acting force (for example, the part of the internal corner structure close to the wall panel W is impacted or extruded), the internal corner structure plays a role in buffering and absorbing the acting force, and then the damage force to the wall panel W structure is reduced, so that the internal corner structure has better deformation resistance.

The external corner keel 6, the first panel body 1, the second panel body 2 and the bottom frame at the bottom of the two sides form an external corner structure.
The first supporting part 62 of external corner, the second supporting part 63 of external corner and the connecting part 64 of external corner form a buckle structure to be clamped in the notch structure formed by the outer plate 12, the inner plate 11 and the vertical partition plate 13, and the structural combination enables the external corner keel 6 and the first panel bodies 1 on two sides to have enough overall structural strength. In addition, the external corner second supporting part 63 is attached to one surface of the inner plate 11 and has a zigzag texture, which can enhance the friction coefficient between the external corner second supporting part 63 and the inner plate 11 to avoid dislocation; the first supporting part 62 of the external corner and the attaching part 61 of the external corner clamp the outer plate 12 of the first panel body 1, and the external corner structure can comprehensively strengthen the overall structural strength of the external corner structure with two firmness strengthening modes of the internal plate 11 and the outer plate 12.
