6. Apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that the platform (5) has wheels (20) at the bottom, a funnel (21) of the same outer diameter as the basket (4) and its support (22).
7. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein a tetrafluoroethylene liner is disposed uniformly within the tank.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the parts of the apparatus that contact the material are sanitary materials including but not limited to 304 stainless steel and tetrafluoroethylene.

The apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the bottom of the basket (4) is a pair of symmetrical semi-circular metal nets (14) connected by tetrafluoroethylene plastic and capable of turning downwards, the outer frame corresponding to the bottom has Z-shaped valves (15) for fixing, and each semi-circular metal net (14) corresponds to two Z-shaped valves (15).
