and the waterproof fabric layer (4) is positioned below the water-storing fabric layer (3).

the water-permeable fabric layer (1) comprises fish scale cloth; and/or

The water-absorbing fabric layer (2) comprises a cotton-ammonia fabric layer; and/or

The water-storing fabric layer (3) comprises a water-absorbing fabric and a plurality of polymer particles with high water absorption distributed on the water-absorbing fabric; and/or

The waterproof fabric layer (4) comprises a polyester fabric and a polyurethane film combined with the polyester fabric.

3. The gasket of claim 2, wherein the water permeable fabric layer (1) comprises a fish-scale cloth comprising polyester and spandex, and/or the water storage fabric layer (3) comprises superabsorbent fibers, rayon, polyester and acrylon.

4. The leak-proof mat according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the water-absorbent fabric layer (2) comprises a first cotton-ammonia fabric layer (21) and a second cotton-ammonia fabric layer (22) located below the first cotton-ammonia fabric layer (21).

11. A pair of leakproof pants, comprising a pants body and the leakproof pad as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.

12. The pair of leakage-proof pants as claimed in claim 11, wherein the crotch panel of said pants body in contact with said leakage-proof pad comprises a back sheet layer (5), and the panel of said back sheet layer (5) is padded with a waterproof aid.

13. The pair of leakage-proof pants as claimed in claim 12, wherein the fabric of the chassis layer (5) comprises a cotton-ammonia fabric or a sanded fabric.

The pair of leakage-proof pants as claimed in any one of claims 11 to 13, wherein the outer peripheral edge of the water-absorbent fabric layer (2) is positioned inside the outer peripheral edge of the water-permeable fabric layer (1), and the outer peripheral edge of the water-retentive fabric layer (3) is positioned inside the outer peripheral edge of the water-absorbent fabric layer (2).
