As shown in fig. 7 and 10, in the present embodiment, a first rotation stopping surface is disposed on the hole wall of the mounting hole 251, and a second rotation stopping surface matched with the first rotation stopping surface is disposed on the side wall of the column 224.
Through the arrangement, the cylinder 224 can be effectively prevented from rotating relative to the mounting hole 251.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, a sealing ring 2241, a first gasket 2242 and a second gasket 2243 are sequentially inserted into the column 224, the sealing ring 2241 seals a gap between the column 224 and the mounting hole 251, and the second gasket 2243 is an elastic gasket.
Since the outer wall surface of the cylinder 224 is provided with the screw thread, a gap exists between the cylinder 224 and the mounting hole 251, and in order to ensure the sealing effect of the cover assembly 200, a sealing ring 2241 is provided on the cylinder 224 to seal the gap between the cylinder 224 and the mounting hole 251; the first gasket 2242 is provided with a concave part for avoiding the sealing ring 2241, and the first gasket 2242 effectively stops the sealing ring 2241 from falling off, so that a good sealing effect is ensured; second gasket 2243 is the resilient pad piece, has guaranteed the fastening effect between nut and the cylinder 224, prevents that nut and cylinder 224 from taking place the separation, influences the stability of base 220 installation.

1. A cooking appliance comprising a pan body assembly (100) and a cover body assembly (200) covering the pan body assembly (100), a cooking cavity being formed between the pan body assembly (100) and the cover body assembly (200), characterized in that the cooking appliance further comprises:
the injection device is arranged on the pot body assembly (100) and/or the cover body assembly (200), the injection device is communicated with the cooking cavity, and the injection device comprises an air injection pipe (120) and an air injection machine (300) communicated with the air injection pipe (120);
the control device is arranged on the pot body assembly (100) and/or the cover body assembly (200), is connected with the gas injection machine (300) and controls the working state of the gas injection machine (300);
and the pressure detection device is connected with the control device and can measure the pressure of the cooking cavity.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the injection device further comprises a water injection pipe (110) and a water injection machine (400) communicated with the water injection pipe (110), and the control device is connected with the water injection machine (400) and controls the working state of the water injection machine (400).

a guide pipe (210) disposed on the cover assembly (200), a first end of the guide pipe (210) is disposed to communicate with the water injection pipe (110) and the gas injection pipe (120) through the relay structure (241), and a second end of the guide pipe (210) communicates with the cooking cavity.

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, further comprising a first one-way conducting structure disposed between the second end of the conduit (210) and the cooking cavity; and/or a second one-way conduction structure arranged at the connection position of the transit structure (241) and the conduit (210); and/or a third one-way conduction structure arranged at the joint of the transfer structure (241) and the water injection pipe (110), and/or a fourth one-way conduction structure arranged at the joint of the transfer structure (241) and the gas injection pipe (120).
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the transit structure (241) has a housing cavity, the water injection pipe (110), the gas injection pipe (120) and the conduit (210) all communicating with the housing cavity; the injection device further comprises:
the seasoning box (242) is arranged on the cover body assembly (200), and the seasoning box (242) is communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the switching structure is arranged on the transfer structure (241), and the switching structure is provided with an opening position enabling the seasoning box (242) to be communicated with the accommodating cavity and a closing position enabling the seasoning box (242) to be isolated from the accommodating cavity.

The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the transit structure (241) comprises a vertical channel and a lateral channel communicating with the vertical channel, the injection means communicating with the lateral channel, the condiment box (242) communicating with the vertical channel, the switch structure being arranged within the vertical channel.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the switch structure comprises a solenoid valve (280), the solenoid valve (280) comprising a retractable valve stem (281), the valve stem (281) being extended or retracted to switch the switch structure between the closed position and the open position.
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, further comprising a venting structure provided on the lid assembly (200) through which the injection device communicates with the cooking cavity, and a pressure limiting valve (240) provided on the venting structure.

The cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein the exhaust structure comprises a base (220), an exhaust pipe (260) connected above the base (220), and a fastener (270) for fixing the base (220) to the cover assembly (200), the pressure limiting valve (240) is disposed on the exhaust pipe (260), the injection device is connected to the base (220), and the base (220) communicates the conduit (210) and the cooking cavity.
10. The cooking appliance according to claim 9, wherein the exhaust pipe (260) is connected to the base (220) by a screw structure, and/or a lower portion of the base (220) is extended downward out of the cover assembly (200), and the fastening member (270) is a fastening nut.
