Furthermore, the technical features mentioned in the different embodiments of the invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a plug module 100, which is inserted into a receiving space of a receiving housing and can be at least partially pulled out from the receiving space. The plug-in module 100 is inserted into a receiving space of a receiving housing to complete assembly, for example, assembly into an electrical device for use; the plug-in module 100 is at least partially pulled out of the receiving space, and can be used for performing operations such as inspection, maintenance, replacement and the like on the plug-in module 100. The pluggable module 100 may mainly include a pluggable housing 10 and a handle 20; the plug housing 10 may form an installation space to receive and install various components therein, and four upper, lower, left, and right side surfaces of the plug housing 10 may form surfaces to be slidably fitted with the receiving space of the receiving housing; the handle 20 may be installed at a front position of the inserting and extracting housing 10 for a user's pulling operation.
The plugging housing 10 may have a slot 11 and a through hole 12 (shown by a dotted line in fig. 2). The slot 11 may be opened on a front side wall of the inserting and extracting housing 10 to allow a portion of the handle 20 to pass through and to allow a space for movement when the handle 20 is rotated. The through hole 12 may be opened on a lower side wall of the inserting and extracting housing 10 to allow, for example, an end portion of the handle 20 to pass through and protrude out of the through hole 12.
The handle 20 may include a main body 21, and a protrusion 22 and a connector 23 provided on the main body 21. The main body 21 is a main part of the handle 20, and can be used as an operation handle for a user to grasp, pinch or pull with fingers; the protrusion 22 may be formed by a distal end portion of the handle 20, which may be bent at an angle with respect to the main body portion 21 so as to have an extending direction directed toward the through-hole 12; the connecting element 23 is located outside the plug housing 10 and is arranged on the body 21 for detachable connection to, for example, a front side wall of the plug housing 10. The handle 20 is pivotably mounted on the plug housing 10 so as to be rotatable relative to the plug housing 10 between a first position and a second position. In the assembled structure, the main body 21 is inserted through the slot 11, and the connecting member 23 is located outside the plug housing 10. The coupling member 23 is provided to control locking and releasing of the handle 20.
In the first position, the main body 21 is at least partially located in the plug housing 10, the protruding portion 22 at least partially protrudes from the through hole 12 in the plug housing 10, and the connecting member 23 is close to the plug housing 10 and can be connected to the plug housing 10. At this time, since the protrusion 22 extends outward from the through hole 12, the protrusion 22 can be used to cooperate with a stop portion of the receiving housing, so as to prevent the plug-in module 100 from being pulled out from the receiving space of the receiving housing; thereby, the plug-in module 100 is mounted and locked with the receiving housing. In other words, the pluggable module 100 reaches the locked state at this time.
In the second position, the connecting member 23 is away from the plug housing 10, a portion of the main body 21 is located outside the plug housing 10, and the protrusion 22 is located inside the plug housing 10. Since the handle 20 is pivotally mounted on the plug housing 10, the handle 20 can be rotated about a rotation axis from the first position to the second position; at this time, since the protrusion 22 moves to be located in the inserting and extracting housing 10, the protrusion 22 is no longer engaged with a stop portion of the receiving housing, and the user can pull the main body 21 to pull the inserting and extracting module 100 out of the receiving space of the receiving housing. In other words, the pluggable module 100 reaches the released state at this time.
Thus, in the above embodiment, the handle 20 of the integrated structure can realize the operation handle required for the plugging operation and also can realize the locking of the plugging module 100 and the housing case, thereby reducing the number of parts used on the plugging module 100 and reducing the overall cost of the plugging module 100. Further, when in the first position, if the main body 21 can be designed to be entirely located in the plug housing 10, when the plug module 100 is locked, the main body 21 of the handle 20 can be hidden, and only the connecting member 23 is exposed, which can greatly save space on the front panel of the plug module 100 and improve the overall device density of the plug module 100; moreover, since the main body 21 of the handle 20 is hidden inside the pluggable module 100, the pluggable module 100 can be ensured to have no large-area protrusion.
In further embodiments, the pluggable housing 10 may include a front panel 13 and a rear housing 14, and the front panel 13 is mounted on one side of the rear housing 14. The front panel 13 may be a side panel of the housing exposed after the pluggable module 100 is locked with the housing, and may be exposed to a user for a user to perform a plugging operation. The rear housing 14 may be rectangular in shape and may include a top panel 16, a bottom panel, left and right side panels 17, and a rear panel may also be provided as desired. These top plate 16, bottom plate, left side plate and right side plate 17 are connected in order to constitute a housing main body and enclose a rectangular inner space; further, the front panel 13 and the rear panel are connected to the front end and the rear end of the housing body, respectively, so as to enclose a substantially closed space for accommodating various devices. The front panel 13 and the rear housing 14 can be connected and mounted by means of screws, welding, clamping, etc.
In further embodiments, the handle 20 may be mounted to the pluggable housing 10 via a hinge 30. For example, a through hole may be formed in the main body 21 near the protrusion 22, a mounting hole may be formed in a side plate of the plug housing 10, and the handle 20 may be mounted on the mounting hole and the through hole by using the rotating shaft 30, so that the handle 20 may be pivotally moved about the rotating shaft 30. In the illustrated embodiment, the handle 20 may be attached to the right side panel 17 of the rear housing 14 to meet the needs for right-handed operation. Furthermore, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the handle 20 may also be disposed on the left side of the front panel 13, and the handle 20 is connected to the left side panel of the rear housing 14 to meet the requirements of a left-handed operation. In other embodiments, the handle 20 may be disposed on the upper or lower portion of the pluggable module 100, i.e., the handle 20 is connected to the top plate 16 or the bottom plate of the rear housing 14, which may also reduce the amount of parts used on the pluggable module 100.
In some further embodiments, the rotation shaft 30 may be a screw that can be screwed and fixed on the plug housing 10. Screws are used to pass through the mounting holes and through holes and then screw into the support members on the front panel 13, thereby providing both a pivot axis for the handle 20 and a joint mounting of the front panel 13 to the rear housing 14.
In further embodiments, the connecting member 23 may be a locking screw movably connected to the main body 21, a threaded hole 15 is provided on the plug housing 10, and the threaded hole 15 is used for cooperating with the locking screw. The threaded hole 15 may be formed in the plug housing 10 by drilling or may be provided by a nut fixed to the plug housing 10. For example, a support portion substantially parallel to the front panel 13 may be provided on the main body portion 21, and a locking screw may be movably coupled to the support portion; thus, when the connecting member 23 is moved to be close to the threaded hole 15 of the front panel 13, the locking screw can be twisted by the user and further screwed into the threaded hole 15, so that the locking connection of the handle 20 and the plug housing 10 is realized. It will be readily appreciated that when it is desired to extract the plug housing 10, the locking screw may be reversed to unscrew from the threaded hole 15; the handle 20 is pressed downward to retract the protrusion 22 into the plug housing 10, so that the user can pull the handle 20 to pull out the plug module 100. In other embodiments, the connector 23 can be a magnetic component, and another magnetic component is disposed at a corresponding position of the front panel 13, so that the magnetic connection between the connector 23 and the front panel 13 can be realized, and the magnetic connection can be separated by the user applying a force; the magnetically attracting component may be a magnet, or a metal capable of being attracted by a magnet, such as iron cobalt, nickel, etc.
It should be noted that, when the plug-in module 100 of the present invention is used in a device with high safety requirements, the locking screw used by the connecting member 23 can be operated by using a professional tool, so as to avoid the risk caused by misoperation of a non-professional person to a greater extent.
In further embodiments, the center of gravity of the handle 20 may be located between the connecting portion of the handle 20 and the pluggable housing 10 and the connecting member 23. By arranging the mounting position of the handle 20 such that the center of gravity is located above, it is achieved that after the connecting member 23, such as a locking screw, of the handle 20 is released, the handle 20 automatically rotates out of the plug module 100 due to gravity, thereby facilitating the operation of the user.
In further embodiments, the body portion 21 may include at least a curved portion; and, in the second position, the curved portion and the insertion/extraction housing 10 define a space into which a finger or a tool can be inserted. For example, the body portion 21 may be entirely C-shaped to be ergonomic; when the handle 20 is at the second position, the middle portion of the C-shaped main body 21 can be moved to expose the front panel 13 for being hooked by the user's fingers, so as to pull the inserting and extracting housing 10 outward. The main body 21 may have another open shape as a whole; the main body 21 may be formed in a closed ring shape as a whole, and may have various shapes such as a circular shape, an oval shape, and a square shape.
In further embodiments, the plug housing 10 may be provided with electrical connection terminals (not shown). For example, these electrical connection terminals may be provided on the rear panel of the plug housing 10 for making electrical or signal connections with wires provided on the receiving housing.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an electrical apparatus 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a receiving case 200 and the pluggable module 100 according to any one of the above descriptions. The plug-in module 100 can be inserted into the receiving space 201 of the receiving housing 200 and can be at least partially pulled out of the receiving space 201. The receiving case 200 may define one or more receiving spaces 201 to receive one or more plug modules 100.
The housing 200 may have a stopper 202 thereon. When the pluggable module 100 is inserted into the receiving space 201 of the receiving housing 200 and the handle 20 is in the first position, the protrusion 22 cooperates with the stop 202 to prevent the pluggable module 100 from being pulled out of the receiving space 201. For example, a recess or a through hole may be formed at a position corresponding to the protrusion 22 of the receiving case 200, so that the protrusion 22 can be received in the recess or the through hole, and a solid portion of the wall portion of the recess or the through hole, which is close to the front panel 13 of the pluggable module 100, constitutes the stopper 202. Due to the stopping portion 202, when the plug-in module 100 is not inserted in place, the upper surface of the stopping portion 202 can also abut against the protruding portion 22, so that the handle 20 cannot be completely rotated to the first position, and the connecting member 23 cannot be effectively locked on the plug-in housing 10, thereby preventing a safety accident caused by poor contact of the rear terminal.
In some embodiments, the appliance device may be a communication device or a power device. For example, the electric power equipment may be high voltage equipment, such as a transformer, a switchboard, a power transmission line, or the like, having an operating voltage of 220V or more. The communication device can be a wired communication device, a non-communication device and the like used in an industrial control environment.
When the plug-in module 100 is inserted into the receiving housing 200 and is operated, the handle 20 can be in a locked state. When the plug module 100 needs to be pulled out, the connecting member 23, such as the locking screw, is firstly loosened, most of the handle 20 can be rotated out of the front panel 13 along the rotating shaft 30 due to its own weight, and the protrusion 22 at the bottom of the handle 20 can be hidden inside the plug module 100 due to the rotation; at this time, the handle 20 can be pulled to pull out the plug module 100; thereafter, the front panel 13 can be pushed to push the pluggable module 100 into the receiving housing 200.
As can be understood from the above description, the plug module 100 and the electrical device 300 using the plug module 100 provided in the present application reduce the number of parts to the maximum extent, and can reduce the failure rate of mechanical structure parts, thereby reducing the production cost while ensuring the basic performance of the plug module 100, such as plugging, and locking.
