Technical Field

Background
Circuit breakers are classified into high-voltage circuit breakers and low-voltage circuit breakers according to their range of use. The low-voltage circuit breaker is also called an automatic switch, and is an electric appliance which not only has the function of a manual switch, but also can automatically carry out overload and short-circuit protection. It can be used for distributing electric energy, protecting power supply line and electric equipment, etc., and can automatically cut off circuit when they are fault, such as serious overload or short circuit, etc., and its function is equivalent to the combination of fuse type switch and thermal relay, etc., and after the fault current is cut off, it has no need of changing component, so that it has been extensively used.
The circuit breaker is divided into: there are bayonet, fixed and drawer type, the security that electrical equipment used the trade can effectively be improved in bayonet circuit breaker's use, along with the wide use of bayonet circuit breaker on various electrical equipment, in order to satisfy the installation needs of various different electrical equipment, bayonet circuit breaker's structure also develops various, in the overall arrangement of present traditional circuit breaker product when mounted position, generally adopt the elastic component to add the fastener with the circuit breaker locking on the guide rail, if need the unblock take off the circuit breaker need rely on additional tool, operate inconveniently.
Chinese patent publication No. CN104167310A discloses a latch mechanism of a low-voltage apparatus and a small-sized circuit breaker, and provides a latch with an elastic part, which fixes the circuit breaker on an installation guide rail under the action of the elastic part, and when the circuit breaker is taken down, a screwdriver needs to be inserted into a hole at the tail of a fastener, and the elastic force of the elastic part is overcome, so that the latch and the guide rail are unlocked, and the circuit breaker can be taken down.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an installation mechanism of a plug-in circuit breaker aiming at the technical defect that the prior plug-in circuit breaker can be unlocked by using an additional tool so as to cause inconvenient operation, and the circuit breaker is smoothly and stably installed in a machine frame through the installation mechanism; meanwhile, the breaker can be unlocked from the machine frame by operating the operating end on the mounting mechanism, so that the breaker can be easily taken out from the machine frame, and the convenience in mounting and using the breaker is improved.

In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention provides a mounting mechanism of a plug-in circuit breaker, which comprises the plug-in circuit breaker and a machine frame, wherein the plug-in circuit breaker can be mounted in the machine frame in a pulling and inserting mode, and the mounting mechanism is characterized in that: the locking mechanism can lock or unlock the inserted circuit breaker to realize corresponding fixed installation in the machine frame or extraction and insertion in the machine frame;
the locking mechanism comprises a circuit breaker shell, a locking piece and an elastic piece, wherein a rotating part is arranged in the middle of the locking piece, the locking piece is rotationally connected with the circuit breaker shell through the rotating part, an operating part is arranged at one end of the locking piece, a clamping boss part is arranged at the other end of the locking piece, the elastic piece is connected with the locking piece and can drive the locking piece to have an anticlockwise rotating trend, and the operating part can drive the locking piece to have a clockwise rotating trend under the action of external force;
the locking piece is in the buckle boss portion can get into or break away from in-process is rotated the opening portion that circuit breaker casing and frame correspond and form is realized locking mechanical system can lock or unblock the plug-in circuit breaker.
Preferably, the rotation portion is located inside or outside the circuit breaker housing.
Preferably, the rotating part is a first cylindrical boss, the circuit breaker shell is provided with a first round hole corresponding to the first cylindrical boss, and the first cylindrical boss is arranged in the first round hole corresponding to the circuit breaker shell to realize the connection between the locking piece and the circuit breaker shell in a rotating mode.
Preferably, the rotating part is a round hole II or 2 opposite and coaxial blind holes I, a cylindrical boss II corresponding to the round hole II or the blind hole I is arranged on the circuit breaker shell, and the cylindrical boss II on the circuit breaker shell is arranged in the round hole II or the 2 opposite and coaxial blind holes I to realize the locking piece is connected with the circuit breaker shell in a rotating manner.
Preferably, the rotating part is a first through hole, the breaker housing is provided with 2 second blind holes which correspond to and are coaxial with the first through hole, and the locking piece is rotatably connected with the breaker housing through a shaft or a rivet which penetrates through the first through hole and the 2 second blind holes in the breaker housing.
Preferably, the elastic member is a torsion spring, the torsion spring is mounted on the rotating part or the circuit breaker housing, one end of the torsion spring abuts against the circuit breaker housing, and the other end of the torsion spring is lapped on the locking member.
Preferably, the elastic member is a compression spring, and the compression spring is mounted at the lower right of the rotating portion, and has one end abutting against the circuit breaker housing and the other end abutting against the locking member.
Preferably, the elastic member is a tension spring, and the tension spring is attached to a lower left side of the rotating portion, and has one end thereof hooked to the breaker case and the other end thereof hooked to the locking member.
Preferably, the elastic member is integrated with the locking member, and the elastic member is disposed at a left side or a right side of the rotating portion.
Preferably, the operating part is an operating rod, and the external force acting point is positioned outside the breaker shell.
Advantageous effects
The mounting mechanism of the plug-in circuit breaker provided by the invention can realize that the circuit breaker is smoothly and stably mounted in the machine frame, and when the locking piece is locked with the machine frame, the circuit breaker cannot be pulled out of the mounting machine frame; the circuit breaker can be easily and conveniently taken out from the frame without the help of tools by pressing down the operating handle of the locking piece.

The present invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples, but the following examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The installation mechanism of a plug-in circuit breaker, it includes plug-in circuit breaker A and frame B, the plug-in circuit breaker A can be installed in said frame B of the pull-plug, also include the locking gear C, said locking gear C can lock or unlock the plug-in circuit breaker A and realize its correspondent fixed mounting in said frame B or pull-plug in frame B;
as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the locking mechanism C includes a circuit breaker housing 1, a locking member 2 and an elastic member 3, wherein a rotating portion 201 is disposed in the middle of the locking member 2, and the rotating portion 201 is located inside the circuit breaker housing 1. Rotation portion 201 is a cylinder boss 201a, circuit breaker housing 1 go up set up with a round hole 101 that a cylinder boss 201a corresponds, a cylinder boss 201a is installed and is realized in a round hole 101 that corresponds on circuit breaker housing 1 locking piece 2 is connected with circuit breaker housing 1 pivoted. Elastic component 3 is torsion spring 3a, torsion spring 3a installs on rotation portion 201 or circuit breaker casing 1, torsion spring 3a one end supports circuit breaker casing 1, and the other end is taken on locking piece 2.
After the plug-in type circuit breaker A is inserted into the machine frame B, the buckling boss part 203 of the locking piece 2 moves anticlockwise under the action of the elastic piece 3 and protrudes out of the upper surface of the circuit breaker shell 1 from the opening part 1B and is buckled with the machine frame B on the upper surface of the circuit breaker shell 1, the plug-in type circuit breaker A is pulled leftwards after buckling, and the plug-in type circuit breaker A cannot be taken out of the machine frame B; the operation part 202 of the locking piece 2 is operated to rotate the locking piece 2 clockwise, the buckling boss part 203 on the right side of the locking piece 2 is buckled with the machine frame B and is retracted into the breaker shell 1 from the upper surface of the shell 1, the plug-in type circuit breaker A is pulled leftwards, and the plug-in type circuit breaker A can be easily taken out from the machine frame B;

As shown in fig. 4,5 and 6, the rotating portion 201 is located outside the circuit breaker housing 1, the operating portion 202 is an operating rod 202a, the point of application of external force is located outside the circuit breaker housing 1, and the connecting position of the operating rod 202a and the locking member 2 is located on the right side of the rotating portion 201, and other structures are the same as those of embodiment 1.
Example 3

Example 5
The elastic member 3 is a compression spring, and the compression spring is installed at the right lower side of the rotating portion 201, one end of the compression spring abuts against the circuit breaker housing 1, and the other end of the compression spring abuts against the locking member 2.
Example 6
The elastic part 3 is an extension spring, the extension spring is installed at the left lower part of the rotating part 201, one end of the extension spring is hung in the breaker shell 1, and the other end of the extension spring is hung on the locking part 2.
Example 7
The elastic member 3 and the locking member 2 are integrated, and the elastic member 3 is disposed at the left or right side of the rotating portion 201.
