As shown in fig. 1, the electronic device 1 further includes a housing 30 and components (not shown). The specific type of the electronic device 1 is not particularly limited, and may be any device or apparatus with a display function in the field, such as, but not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable apparatus, and the like. Of course, those skilled in the art will understand that the components may include necessary structures and components of a conventional electronic device, and the components are described by taking a mobile phone as an example, and may include structures and components of a conventional mobile phone, such as a touch screen CPU, a camera module, a main board, a battery, and a sound processing system.
The housing 30 and the flexible cover plate 200 jointly form a containing cavity 40, the component is contained in the containing cavity 40, and the housing 30 can protect the component and the flexible display module 10.

the protection plate comprises a supporting part and an anti-collision part bent and extended from the supporting part, the supporting part is arranged on one side, away from the display area, of the non-display area of the display panel, and one end, away from the supporting part, of the anti-collision part abuts against the flexible cover plate; the protection board with flexible apron encloses jointly and establishes into a protection architecture, protection architecture is used for acceping and protecting display panel's bending region.
2. The flexible display module according to claim 1, further comprising a support film attached to the non-display surface of the display area and to a surface of the non-display area away from the protection plate.

4. The flexible display module according to claim 3, wherein the support portion of the protection plate, the non-display area and the support plate are fixed by a connecting member, and a gap is left between the anti-collision portion of the protection plate and the bending area.
5. The flexible display module of claim 4, wherein the connection component comprises at least one of a screw or a pin.
6. The flexible display module according to claim 5, wherein a through hole is formed in the non-display area, the connecting member passes through the through hole, and opposite ends of the connecting member are fixed to the supporting plate and the supporting portion, respectively.
7. The flexible display module of claim 1, wherein the protective plate has a high strength and a low weight.
8. The flexible display module of claim 1, wherein the protection plate comprises a protection plate having a width in a predetermined direction greater than or equal to a width of the non-display area in the predetermined direction.
