Background
With the upgrading of lighting technology, the urbanization process of China is accelerated, and especially the use amount of outdoor lighting products is larger and larger. General outdoor lighting is mainly landscape lighting except for road lighting, and most of landscape lighting lamps are linear lighting lamps, which are also called strip lamps because of the shape of the strip lamps.
Traditional linear lamps and lanterns, use the rubber pad to accomplish sealedly between casing tip and end cover, fix the end cover to the casing through the screw, casing tip and end cover all extrude the rubber pad along the thickness direction of rubber pad, also there is the condition of using the adhesive cement to accomplish sealedly between casing tip and end cover, but its casing tip tangent plane unevenness easily leads to sealed inefficacy, in addition because of the needs of this kind of seal structure, so the thickness of casing will be some greatly, this can lead to the cost to rise, still because need injecting glue in the jiao chi of end cover, then detain the casing tip with the end cover, so the external diameter of end cover need be greater than the external diameter of casing, the product market acceptance of this kind of outward appearance is lower, simultaneously because the end cover size is little, the sealing that causes because of equipment and operation easily appears during the injecting glue is bad.
In addition, the conventional linear lamp mostly uses a flat glass mask, and when the conventional linear lamp needs to complete the waterproofing between the conventional linear lamp and the shell, a complex additional structure is needed, for example, two side plates are used for fixing the glass panel on the shell, a rubber pad is used for completing the sealing between the glass panel and the shell, the rubber pad is extruded along two sides of the rubber pad by the glass panel and the shell, or the glass panel is fixed on the shell by using an adhesive to complete the sealing, and a device commonly called a glan head is used for completing the waterproofing when the wire rod enters the interior of the lamp, so that the cost is high, the process is complex, and the yield during production is low.
Therefore, there is a need for a new lamp to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.
