In the winding process, the tension detection device 20 detects the surface tension of the oil pipe 1, when the detected surface tension of the oil pipe 1 is greater than a preset value, the detected surface tension indicates that the oil pipe 1 is in a tight state, the winding work of the winch on the oil pipe 1 is completed, the controller controls the rotating motor to stop rotating, so that the oil pipe 1 is stopped to be wound, the oil pipe 1 is prevented from being over-tight, and then the winch can be detached to transport.
In another embodiment, the second connector is not removed before the oil pipe 1 is coiled, and the oil pipe 1 is coiled by a winch for storage. In the winding process, the auxiliary oil pipe 5 is driven by the oil pipe 1 to be tightened together, and after all the oil pipes 1 are wound up, the oil pipes 1 and the auxiliary oil pipe 5 are continuously tightened under the continuous winding of the winch. The tension detection device 20 is assembled on the oil pipe 1 or the auxiliary oil pipe 5 to detect the surface tension of the oil pipe 1 or the auxiliary oil pipe 5, when the detected surface tension of the oil pipe 1 or the auxiliary oil pipe 5 is greater than a preset value, it indicates that the oil pipe 1 or the auxiliary oil pipe 5 is in a tight state at the moment, and the controller controls the rotating motor to stop rotating, so that the oil pipe 1 is stopped to be wound, and the oil pipe 1 and the auxiliary oil pipe 5 are prevented from being over-tight. In this embodiment, tension detection may be performed on either or both of the tubing 1 and the sub-tubing 5. When the oil pipe 1 or the auxiliary oil pipe 5 is in a tight state, the winch finishes the rolling work of the oil pipe 1, the controller controls the rotating motor to stop rotating, then the second connecting joint is disconnected, and the winch is detached and transported.
The tension detection device 20 can be a through-shaft type tension sensor, a micro-displacement type tension sensor, a flange through-shaft type tension sensor and the like, and when the tension detection device is actually used, the tension detection device 20 is sleeved on the oil pipe 1 or the auxiliary oil pipe 5 for tension detection. The tension detection device 20 may be connected to the controller and the rotating motor in various ways such as bus connection and wireless connection. The controller may be a microprocessor, computer, control chip, etc., and is not shown in the figures.

Claims (10)

1. An oil pipe finishing device, characterized by, includes:
the oil pipe is used for conveying hydraulic oil;
a winch configured to wind the tubing for organizing the tubing; and
and the connecting device is used for detachably connecting the oil pipe with the oil utilization equipment and conveying the hydraulic oil in the oil pipe to the oil utilization equipment.
2. The oil pipe organizing device of claim 1 wherein the connecting means comprises:
the first connecting joint comprises a first tubular passage, one end of the first tubular passage is connected with the oil pipe, and the other end of the first tubular passage is connected with the oil consumption equipment and used for detachably connecting the oil pipe and the oil consumption equipment; and
a first valve mounted in the first connector for opening or closing the first tubular passage within the first connector.
3. The tubing organizing device of claim 2 wherein said first connection sub comprises:
the male head is connected with the oil pipe, and a part of the first tubular passage is arranged in the male head; and
the female head is connected with the oil utilization equipment, and the other part of the first tubular channel is arranged in the female head;
the male head and the female head are detachably connected with each other to communicate the first tubular passage.
4. The oil pipe organizing device of claim 1 wherein the connecting means comprises:
the second connecting joint comprises a second tubular passage, and one end of the second tubular passage is connected with the oil pipe;
one end of the auxiliary oil pipe is connected with the other end of the second tubular passage, and the other end of the auxiliary oil pipe is connected with the oil utilization equipment; and
a second valve installed in the second tubular passage for opening or closing the second tubular passage inside the second connection joint;
the second connecting joint is used for detachably connecting the oil pipe with the auxiliary oil pipe.
5. The tubing organizing device of claim 4 wherein the coupling device further comprises:
the third connecting joint comprises a third tubular passage, one end of the third tubular passage is connected with the auxiliary oil pipe, and the other end of the third tubular passage is connected with the oil consumption equipment and used for detachably connecting the auxiliary oil pipe and the oil consumption equipment; and
a third valve mounted in the third connector fitting for opening or closing the third tubular passage within the third connector fitting.
6. The oil pipe collating device of claim 5 further comprising:
and the oil pipe bracket is arranged on the oil using equipment and used for fixing the auxiliary oil pipe.
7. The oil pipe collating device of claim 6 further comprising:
and the first assembling block is assembled at one end of the oil pipe close to the second connecting joint and used for reinforcing the mutual connection of the oil pipe and the second connecting joint.
8. The oil pipe collating device of claim 7 further comprising:
and the second assembling block is assembled on the oil consumption equipment and used for reinforcing the mutual connection of the third connecting joint and the oil consumption equipment.
9. The oil pipe collating device according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the winch includes:
and the rotating motor is used for driving the winch to rotate so as to wind the oil pipe.
10. The oil pipe collating device of claim 9 further comprising:
the tension detection device is arranged on the oil pipe or the auxiliary oil pipe and is used for detecting the surface tension of the oil pipe or the auxiliary oil pipe; and
and the controller is connected with the tension detection device and the rotating motor and is used for controlling the rotating motor to rotate.
