It will be appreciated that the second line may be secured in the securing structure 42 of the terminal cover 4.
Alternatively, the fixing structure 42 of the terminal cover 4 may fix both the first line 21 and the second line, and may fix only one of the first line 21 and the second line.
With reference to fig. 1 to 2, according to a second aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle air conditioner 1 is provided, the vehicle air conditioner 1 includes a computer board, a driver 3, an outer fan 2, a first circuit 21 for connecting the outer fan 2 and the driver 3, and a second circuit for connecting the computer board and the driver 3, the vehicle air conditioner 1 further includes a terminal box cover 4 for the vehicle air conditioner 1 as in any one of the above embodiments, and a fixing structure 42 of the terminal box cover 4 is used for fixing the first circuit 21 and/or the second circuit.
In some embodiments, the computer board is connected to the inner fan, and controls the inner fan to operate according to the detected temperature and humidity information, and sends the detected temperature and humidity information to the driver 3, and the driver 3 is connected to the outer fan 2 and the compressor, and drives the outer fan 2 and the compressor to operate according to the received temperature and humidity information, so that the ambient temperature meets the setting of the user.
Optionally, the first circuit 21 includes a first sub-circuit 211 and a second sub-circuit 212, and one end of the first sub-circuit 211 is connected to the external fan 2; one end of the second sub-line 212 is connected to the driver 3, the other end of the first sub-line 211 is connected to the other end of the second sub-line 212 through a first connection terminal 213, and the first connection terminal 213 is disposed on the upper surface of the body 41.
The first sub-line 211 is fixed on the upper surface of the junction box cover 4 through the fixing structure 42, the second sub-line 212 is also fixed on the upper surface of the junction box cover 4 through the fixing structure 42, and the first connection terminal 213 is fixed through fixing the first sub-line 211 and the second sub-line 212. It is understood that the first connection terminal 213 may be directly fixed, for example, the first connection terminal is adhered to the terminal cover 4. First sub-circuit 211 and second sub-circuit 212 are connected through first binding post 213, realize being connected of driver 3 and outer fan 2, make driver 3 can drive outer fan 2 work, still make first binding post 213 obtain fixedly, simultaneously because first binding post 213's height increases, can prevent that water from the kneck infiltration of first binding post 213, cause the damage to first circuit 21.
The first connection terminal 213 includes a male terminal and a female terminal which are connected to each other, the male terminal is connected to the first sub-line 211, and the female terminal is connected to the second sub-line 212.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, in some embodiments, two external fans 2, two corresponding first lines 21, two corresponding first connection terminals 213, and a plurality of fixing structures 42 are provided in the vehicle air conditioner 1, and each first line 21 is fixed on the upper surface of the terminal box cover 4 through at least one fixing structure 42, so as to connect the two external fans 2 and the driver 3.
Optionally, the second line includes a third sub-line and a fourth sub-line, and one end of the third sub-line is connected to the computer board; one end of the fourth sub-line is connected with the driver 3, the other end of the third sub-line is connected with the other end of the fourth sub-line through a second wiring terminal, and the second wiring terminal is arranged on the upper surface of the body 41.
The third sub-line is fixed on the upper surface of the junction box cover 4 through the fixing structure 42, the fourth sub-line is also fixed on the upper surface of the junction box cover 4 through the fixing structure 42, and the second wiring terminal is fixed through fixing the third sub-line and the fourth sub-line. It can be understood that also can the direct fixation second binding post, for example, paste second binding post on junction box cover 4, third sub-circuit and fourth sub-circuit pass through second binding post and connect, realize being connected of computer board and driver 3, make the computer board can send the information that detects to driver 3, make driver 3 can be according to the work of the outer fan 2 of information drive of the computer board of receipt and compressor, still second binding post obtains fixedly, simultaneously because second binding post's high height increases, can prevent that water from the kneck infiltration of second binding post, cause the damage to the second circuit.
The second connecting terminal comprises a male head and a female head which are connected with each other in an inserting mode, the male head is connected with the third sub-line, and the female head is connected with the fourth sub-line.
Optionally, the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 1 further includes a bottom plate 5 and a terminal block 6, the body 41 is covered on the bottom plate 5, and defines an installation space with the bottom plate 5; the terminal block 6 is provided in the installation space for connection of the driver 3 to a vehicle power supply.
In some embodiments, the connection between the drive 3 and the vehicle power supply is via a power cord 31, and the vehicle power supply supplies power to the drive 3 via the power cord 31. When the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 1 is installed in front, the power line 31 is divided into a first sub power line 31 and a second sub power line 31, one end of the first sub power line 31 is connected with the driver 3, one end of the second sub power line 31 is connected with a vehicle power supply, and the other end of the first sub power line 31 is connected with the other end of the second sub power line 31 through the wiring terminal strip 6, so that the driver 3 is communicated with the vehicle power supply through a circuit, and the vehicle power supply supplies power to the driver 3.
In this embodiment, binding post row 6 is located the space that binding post lid 4 and bottom plate 5 injectd, makes binding post lid 4 can regard as binding post row 6's protective cover, makes binding post row 6 reduce the influence that receives external environment.
Preferably, the material of the body 41 is a fireproof material, such as PMC (polymer matrix composite) material, which has good fireproof performance and low cost, and can protect the terminal block 6 from fire.
In some embodiments, a connection structure is disposed between the terminal box cover 4 and the vehicle-mounted air conditioner bottom plate 5 for further fixing the terminal box cover 4, so that the terminal box cover 4 is not displaced due to external vibration.
Preferably, the terminal cover 4 is further provided with a bottom wall 413, the bottom wall 413 is connected to the side wall 412 of the terminal cover 4, the bottom wall 413 and the top wall 411 are disposed at two opposite sides of the side wall 412, and the bottom wall 413 is located at the outer side of the installation space, so as to facilitate the connection between the bottom wall 413 and the bottom plate 5. In a specific embodiment, the bottom wall 413 is provided with a screw hole, the corresponding position of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner base plate 5 is also provided with a screw hole, and the bottom wall 413 is connected with the vehicle-mounted air conditioner base plate 5 through a screw, so that the connection between the terminal box cover 4 and the vehicle-mounted air conditioner base plate 5 is realized, the terminal box cover 4 is more stable, and the connection stability of a line is ensured.
The following description will be made of the case cover 4 provided in this embodiment, which is common to both front and rear mounting of the in-vehicle air conditioner 1:
when the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 1 is assembled in the front, the power line 31 needs to be connected through the wiring terminal block 6, the wiring terminal block 6 needs to be protected by a protective cover, and when the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 1 is assembled in the rear, the wiring terminal block 6 is not needed, so the protective cover is not needed, but the first line 21 for connecting the external fan 2 and the driver 3 and the second line for connecting the computer board and the driver 3 need to be fixed, the wiring box cover 4 is arranged on the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 1 provided by the embodiment, when the box cover body 41 is assembled in the front of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 1, the mounting space is limited by the wiring box cover 4 and the air conditioner bottom plate 5, the wiring terminal block 6 is arranged in the mounting space and can be used as the protective cover to protect the wiring terminal block 6, and when the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 1 is assembled in the rear, the fixing structure 42 is arranged on the box cover body 41 of the wiring box cover 4 and can fix the first line 21 and/or the second line.
During after installation, taking the fixed first circuit 21 as an example, the first circuit 21 includes a first sub-circuit 211 and a second sub-circuit 212, one end of the first sub-circuit 211 is connected to the external fan 2, the other end of the first sub-circuit 211 is connected to the first connection terminal 213, one end of the second sub-circuit 212 is connected to the driver 3, the other end of the second sub-circuit 212 is connected to the other end of the first sub-circuit 211 through the first connection terminal 213, and the first sub-circuit 211 and the second sub-circuit 212 are connected through the first connection terminal 213, so that the connection between the driver 3 and the external fan 2 is realized, and the driver 3 can drive the external fan 2 to work.
It will be appreciated that the second circuit is secured to the upper surface of the terminal cover 4 in the same manner and in the same manner as the first circuit 21.
The junction box cover 4 of the embodiment realizes the universality of the front loading and the rear loading of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner 1, reduces the production cost and the design cost of the junction box, and has the functions of protection and fixation and water resistance.
Therefore, the junction box cover 4 for the vehicle-mounted air conditioner provided by the embodiment can be universal when being mounted in front and behind the vehicle-mounted air conditioner, and has the advantages of low cost, convenience in use and waterproof and fireproof protection effects.
