Detailed Description
The following description is presented to enable any person skilled in the art to make and use the present disclosure, and is provided in the context of a particular application and its requirements. Various modifications to the disclosed embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the general principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments and applications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application. Thus, the present application is not limited to the embodiments shown, but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the claims.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings.
The antenna device used on the intelligent door at present is usually a built-in antenna arranged in a screen box, but the assembly of the antenna device is relatively complex under the condition, and the effect of the antenna can be influenced after the antenna is switched for many times. Although some intelligent doors use the external antenna, the external antenna cannot be guaranteed to be tightly attached to the screen box, and the effect consistency of the antenna is poor.
In addition, because the machining tolerance of the door surface has a large tolerance and an error is inevitably generated during assembly, the position of the antenna module relative to the inner side of the door surface is difficult to guarantee at the moment, and the factor influencing the uniformity of the antenna effect is also included.
To above-mentioned problem, this application provides an intelligent door antenna device and intelligent door, has reduced the signal switching number of times on the one hand, improves signal strength, and on the other hand improves the position uniformity of different antenna module groups, can guarantee the effect uniformity of antenna.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an antenna device according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 is an exploded view of an antenna device according to an embodiment of the present application. The antenna device according to the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present application provides a smart door antenna apparatus, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including: a fixed bracket 1; the first ends of the rigid connecting pieces 2 are arranged on the fixed support 1; the two ends of the antenna module 4 are respectively arranged at the second ends of the at least two rigid connecting pieces 2; and the elastic element 3 is sleeved on the rigid connecting element 2 and applies compressive stress to the antenna module 4.
When the antenna device is used (namely installed on an intelligent door), the fixing support 1 is installed on the control assembly, the elastic piece 3 applies pressure stress towards the display assembly to the antenna module 4 to enable the antenna module to be attached to one surface of the intelligent door, wherein the display assembly is embedded into the one surface of the intelligent door. Firstly, the antenna is simple in installation and structure, and does not need to be switched for many times, so that antenna signals are enhanced; secondly, guarantee through the elastic component that the antenna module is in the stress state all the time, even under the great condition of shop front assembly tolerance and machining tolerance, through the design of floating of elastic component, the antenna module also can hug closely for the shop front inboard, improves the position uniformity of antenna module to improve the effect uniformity of antenna.
Referring to fig. 1, on the one hand, the fixing bracket 1 can be used as a base of the whole antenna device for directly or indirectly mounting other structures of the antenna device; on the other hand, the fixing bracket 1 can also be used as a mounting surface of the whole antenna device to mount the antenna device on the intelligent door.
In some embodiments of the present application, the antenna device is installed inside the smart door body for the purpose of avoiding the antenna device from being easily damaged. For example, the fixing bracket 1 is installed on a control component in the door body of the smart door, and the antenna module 4 is attached to the display component housing opposite to the control component and embedded in the inner side of the door body of the smart door due to the compressive stress of the elastic member 3.
In other embodiments of the present application, the fixed bracket may not be used, but the rigid connector 2 may be mounted directly to the control assembly.
In some embodiments of the present application, the fixing bracket 1 is a thin plate, and the material thereof may be a rigid material such as metal or plastic. The specific structure (such as the overall shape, the size and the surface structure) of the fixing bracket 1 can be determined according to the installation surface of the fixing bracket on the intelligent door, so that the fixing bracket can be tightly combined with the intelligent door, and the space is saved. For example, if the mounting bracket 1 is mounted to a control assembly, the mounting bracket 1 is preferably configured to mate with the control assembly housing. For another example, the fixing bracket 1 may be provided with a mounting structure (e.g., a mounting hole) for mounting the fixing bracket on a smart door.
