Abstract
本实用新型公开一种循环消毒面板灯,该循环消毒面板灯包括面板灯主体,该面板灯主体上设置有循环消毒装置,该循环消毒装置包括有底板、固定安装于该底板上的鼓风式风扇、安装于该鼓风式风扇的出风嘴处并用于产生臭氧和/或负离子的杀菌模组、安装于该底板上并产生紫外光的消毒模组、固定于该底板上并罩盖住鼓风式风扇及鼓风式风扇和消毒模组的外罩,该外罩外围设置有复数进风孔及出风孔,该进风孔位于消毒模组及鼓风式风扇的进风口旁侧,该出风孔位于杀菌模组旁侧,并与所述出风嘴对应。本实用新型增设有循环消毒装置,通过该循环消毒装置实现产生杀菌消毒后的循环空气气流,实现改善居家环境的空气质量的目的。

本实用新型涉及灯具产品技术领域,特指一种循环消毒面板灯。
背景技术:
面板灯设计独特,并采用LED发光,光经过高透光率的导光板后形成一种均匀的平面发光效果,照度均匀性好、光线柔和、舒适而不失明亮,可有效缓解眼疲劳。面板灯具有节能环保,外表美观的优势,越来越受到人们的青睐。
但是现有的面板灯主要是照明作用,其功能比较单一,无法对环境进行杀菌消毒,以致并不能满足消费者的使用要求。
有鉴于此,本发明人提出以下技术方案。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种循环消毒面板灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:该循环消毒面板灯包括面板灯主体,该面板灯主体上设置有循环消毒装置,该循环消毒装置包括有底板、固定安装于该底板上的鼓风式风扇、安装于该鼓风式风扇的出风嘴处并用于产生臭氧和/或负离子的杀菌模组、安装于该底板上并产生紫外光的消毒模组、固定于该底板上并罩盖住鼓风式风扇及鼓风式风扇和消毒模组的外罩,该外罩外围设置有复数进风孔及出风孔,该进风孔位于消毒模组及鼓风式风扇的进风口旁侧,该出风孔位于杀菌模组旁侧,并与所述出风嘴对应。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述杀菌模组为负离子发生器,或臭氧发生器,或能够同时产生臭氧和负离子的负离子臭氧发生器。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述消毒模组包括有PCB板以及多个安装于该PCB板上的紫外LED灯珠。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述进风孔及出风孔均为条形孔,其竖直分布于所述外罩外围。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述面板灯主体包括有框架、安装于框架上端的顶板、安装于框架下端的导光板、安装于该导光板两侧并对导光板投射光线的第一LED灯条和第二LED灯条、安装于该顶板中部的安装盒、设置于该安装盒内的驱动器;所述循环消毒装置安装于顶板上,并位于安装盒旁侧,该循环消毒装置与驱动器电性连接。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述安装盒上端卡扣连接有吸顶板,该吸顶板固定于天花板上。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述安装盒外围设置有L字形卡孔,该吸顶板外侧设置有卡销,该卡销卡嵌固定于该L字形卡孔内。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述顶板下端面设置有反光层,该反光层与导光板上端面接触。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有如下有益效果:本实用新型增设有循环消毒装置,通过该循环消毒装置实现产生杀菌消毒后的循环空气气流,实现改善居家环境的空气质量的目的,具体而言,该循环消毒装置工作时,该杀菌模组、消毒模组及鼓风式风扇同时工作,该鼓风式风扇实现对外部进行抽风,使空气气流外罩的进风孔流入,且这些空气气流会被消毒模组产生的紫外光照射,以达到消毒的效果,最后,消毒后的空气气流鼓风式风扇的进风口流入,并从鼓风式风扇的出风嘴流出,并经过杀菌模组后沿外罩的出风孔排出,以致排出的空气气流会被杀菌模组产生的臭氧和/或负离子实现杀菌,以此实现循环消毒装置排出的空气气流为经过杀菌消毒后的风,从而实现循环杀菌消毒,改善居家环境的空气质量。

下面结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
见图1-4所示,为一种循环消毒面板灯,其包括面板灯主体1,该面板灯主体1上设置有循环消毒装置2,该循环消毒装置2包括有底板21、固定安装于该底板21上的鼓风式风扇22、安装于该鼓风式风扇22的出风嘴221处并用于产生臭氧和/或负离子的杀菌模组23、安装于该底板21上并产生紫外光的消毒模组24、固定于该底板21上并罩盖住鼓风式风扇22及鼓风式风扇22和消毒模组24的外罩25,该外罩25外围设置有复数进风孔251及出风孔252,该进风孔251位于消毒模组24及鼓风式风扇22的进风口222旁侧,该出风孔252位于杀菌模组23旁侧,并与所述出风嘴221对应。本实用新型增设有循环消毒装置2,通过该循环消毒装置2实现产生杀菌消毒后的循环空气气流,实现改善居家环境的空气质量的目的,具体而言,该循环消毒装置2工作时,该杀菌模组23、消毒模组24及鼓风式风扇22同时工作,该鼓风式风扇22实现对外部进行抽风,使空气气流外罩25的进风孔251流入,且这些空气气流会被消毒模组24产生的紫外光照射,以达到消毒的效果,最后,消毒后的空气气流鼓风式风扇22的进风口222流入,并从鼓风式风扇22的出风嘴221流出,并经过杀菌模组23后沿外罩25的出风孔252排出,以致排出的空气气流会被杀菌模组23产生的臭氧和/或负离子实现杀菌,以此实现循环消毒装置2排出的空气气流为经过杀菌消毒后的风,从而实现循环杀菌消毒,改善居家环境的空气质量。
所述杀菌模组23为负离子发生器,或臭氧发生器,或能够同时产生臭氧和负离子的负离子臭氧发生器,其可根据实际需求选用不同的器具。本实施例作为优选的实施例,本实施例杀菌模组23采用能够同时产生臭氧和负离子的负离子臭氧发生器。
所述消毒模组24包括有PCB板241以及多个安装于该PCB板241上的紫外LED灯珠242。
所述进风孔251及出风孔252均为条形孔,其竖直分布于所述外罩25外围,此造型的进风孔251及出风孔252进出风的量均较大,且能够防止尺寸较大的杂物进入,保证产品使用更加安全。
所述面板灯主体1包括有框架11、安装于框架11上端的顶板12、安装于框架11下端的导光板13、安装于该导光板13两侧并对导光板13投射光线的第一LED灯条14和第二LED灯条15、安装于该顶板12中部的安装盒16、设置于该安装盒16内的驱动器17;所述循环消毒装置2安装于顶板12上,并位于安装盒16旁侧,该循环消毒装置2与驱动器17电性连接。
所述安装盒16上端卡扣连接有吸顶板18,该吸顶板18固定于天花板上。具体而言,所述安装盒16外围设置有L字形卡孔161,该吸顶板18外侧设置有卡销,该卡销卡嵌固定于该L字形卡孔161内,其装配结构极为简单,并且操作更加简易。
所述顶板12下端面设置有反光层,该反光层与导光板13上端面接触,使第一LED灯条14和第二LED灯条15产生的光线全部传导到导光板13,并向下导光,照明效果更佳。
综上所述,本实用新型增设有循环消毒装置2,通过该循环消毒装置2实现产生杀菌消毒后的循环空气气流,实现改善居家环境的空气质量的目的,具体而言,该循环消毒装置2工作时,该杀菌模组23、消毒模组24及鼓风式风扇22同时工作,该鼓风式风扇22实现对外部进行抽风,使空气气流外罩25的进风孔251流入,且这些空气气流会被消毒模组24产生的紫外光照射,以达到消毒的效果,最后,消毒后的空气气流鼓风式风扇22的进风口222流入,并从鼓风式风扇22的出风嘴221流出,并经过杀菌模组23后沿外罩25的出风孔252排出,以致排出的空气气流会被杀菌模组23产生的臭氧和/或负离子实现杀菌,以此实现循环消毒装置2排出的空气气流为经过杀菌消毒后的风,从而实现循环杀菌消毒,改善居家环境的空气质量。

1.一种循环消毒面板灯,其包括面板灯主体(1),其特征在于:该面板灯主体(1)上设置有循环消毒装置(2),该循环消毒装置(2)包括有底板(21)、固定安装于该底板(21)上的鼓风式风扇(22)、安装于该鼓风式风扇(22)的出风嘴(221)处并用于产生臭氧和/或负离子的杀菌模组(23)、安装于该底板(21)上并产生紫外光的消毒模组(24)、固定于该底板(21)上并罩盖住鼓风式风扇(22)及鼓风式风扇(22)和消毒模组(24)的外罩(25),该外罩(25)外围设置有复数进风孔(251)及出风孔(252),该进风孔(251)位于消毒模组(24)及鼓风式风扇(22)的进风口(222)旁侧,该出风孔(252)位于杀菌模组(23)旁侧,并与所述出风嘴(221)对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环消毒面板灯,其特征在于:所述杀菌模组(23)为负离子发生器,或臭氧发生器,或能够同时产生臭氧和负离子的负离子臭氧发生器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环消毒面板灯,其特征在于:所述消毒模组(24)包括有PCB板(241)以及多个安装于该PCB板(241)上的紫外LED灯珠(242)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环消毒面板灯,其特征在于:所述进风孔(251)及出风孔(252)均为条形孔,其竖直分布于所述外罩(25)外围。
