The handlebar assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein a wire inlet hole communicated with the inside of the brake handle seat is formed in one side of the brake handle seat facing the grip portion, a wire passing hole is formed in a portion of the bent portion covered by the brake handle seat, the wire passing hole is communicated with the inside of the brake handle seat and the inside of the bent portion, the inside of the bent portion is communicated with the inside of the mounting portion, and the inside of the mounting portion is communicated with the inside of the grip portion.
4. The handlebar assembly of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the stem comprises:
a column;
a base mounted to the upright, the first sub-handle and the second sub-handle mounted to the base, at least one of the first sub-handle and the second sub-handle rotatable relative to the base, the holder mounted to the base.
5. The handlebar assembly of claim 4, wherein the base has a first clasping portion to which the first sub-handlebar is mounted and a second clasping portion to which the second sub-handlebar is mounted;

when the first sub handle and the second sub handle are relatively unfolded to the maximum extent, the third retaining piece penetrates through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole and is in threaded fit with at least one of the first holding portion and the first sub handle, and the fourth retaining piece penetrates through the third positioning hole and the fourth positioning hole and is in threaded fit with at least one of the second holding portion and the second sub handle.
8. The handlebar assembly of claim 5, wherein one of the first sub-handlebar and the first clasping portion is provided with a first limit projection and the other is provided with a first limit groove;
one of the second sub-handle and the second clasping part is provided with a second limiting bulge, and the other one is provided with a second limiting groove;
when the first sub handle and the second sub handle are oppositely unfolded to the maximum extent, the first limiting protrusion is matched with the first limiting groove, and the second limiting protrusion is matched with the second limiting groove.
