The heating partition plate 35 is provided with a heat insulation partition plate 37, the cross section of the heat insulation partition plate 37 is in a shape like a Chinese character ji, and the gap roller 36 is positioned between the heat insulation partition plate 37 and the heating partition plate 35, so that the uniformity of the temperature of the gap roller 36 is ensured. After entering the drying box 32 from the feeding hole 33, the film is placed on the gap roller 36 to be continuously transported forwards, and is heated and evaporated to dryness in the transportation process, so that the glue melted on the film is dried and shaped, and the uniformity of the glue on the adhesive tape is ensured.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the gap roller 36 is sleeved with an absorption paper 38, so that excessive glue on the film is absorbed by the absorption paper 38 after overflowing the film, so as to reduce the influence on the lamination quality caused by the fact that the overflowed glue is attached to the back of the film after being attached to the gap roller 36.
Referring to fig. 1, after being dried by the drying assembly 3, the film is sent to a laminating machine 4 to be heated and laminated with other films, so that the film lamination is completed.
The implementation principle of the high-quality heating laminating machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: first, a film roll to be coated is set on a feed roll 12, and then the film roll is pressed by a pressing plate 14. The film is then fed onto a hot melt station 26, and the solid glue on the film is heated by an ion heater to melt the solid glue into liquid glue. Then the film and the liquid glue attached to the film are sent into a drying box 32 together for drying and shaping, and then the film is sent into a pressing machine 4 for heating and pressing, thereby completing the film covering process.
