1. A chemotherapy medicine dispensing device is characterized in that: comprises an injector unit, a medicine bottle unit and a medicine bag unit;
the syringe comprises a cylinder body and a piston shaft, a cylinder lug is arranged at the tail end of the cylinder body, a piston handle is arranged at the tail end of the piston shaft, the medicine bottle comprises a bottle body and a bottle cap, and the medicine bag comprises a bag body and a connector;
the syringe unit includes:
the first clamping device can be opened and closed and is used for clamping the cylinder ear;
a second holding means which can be opened and closed and holds the piston shank;
a first lifting device for lifting or lowering the second gripping device;
a base for mounting the first clamping device and the first lifting device;
a second lifting device for lifting or lowering the base; and
a traverse device for moving the second lifting device back and forth in a horizontal direction;
the vial unit is disposed below the syringe unit, and includes:
the third clamping device can be opened and closed and is used for clamping the bottle body; and
the first lifting frame is used for lifting the bottle body;
the medicine bag unit is disposed under the syringe unit and at one side of the medicine bottle unit, and includes:
a fourth clamp device which can be opened and closed and is used for clamping the joint; and
and the second lifting frame is used for lifting the bag body.
2. A chemotherapeutic drug dispensing device as in claim 1 wherein: first clamping device includes that two are relative to be set up the first fixture of barrel both sides, first fixture includes:
the first support is provided with a containing groove matched with the cylinder lug;
the pressing plate is arranged above the first support;

the two first gears are meshed with each other and are rotatably arranged on the second support;
two first clamping arms are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the piston handle, one end of each first clamping arm is fixedly connected with one first gear, and the other end of each first clamping arm is a free end; and
and the second motor is arranged on the second support and is used for driving one of the first gears to rotate.
4. A chemotherapeutic drug dispensing device as in claim 3 wherein: the first lifting device comprises:
a third support;
the second screw is rotatably arranged on the third support along the vertical direction;
the connecting block is arranged on the third support in a sliding mode, is in threaded connection with the second screw rod, and is fixedly connected with one second support; and
and the third motor is arranged on the third support and is used for driving the second screw rod to rotate.
5. A chemotherapeutic drug dispensing device as in claim 4 wherein: the second lifting device comprises:
a fourth support;
the third screw is rotatably arranged on the fourth support along the vertical direction, penetrates through the base and is in threaded connection with the base;
the second guide rod is fixedly arranged on the fourth support along the vertical direction, is parallel to the third screw rod, penetrates through the base and is in sliding connection with the base; and
and the fourth motor is arranged on the fourth support and is used for driving the third screw rod to rotate.
6. A chemotherapeutic drug dispensing device as in claim 5 wherein: the traverse device includes:
a fifth support;
the fourth screw is rotatably arranged on the fifth support along the horizontal direction, penetrates through the fourth support and is in threaded connection with the fourth support;
the third guide rod is fixedly arranged on the fifth support along the horizontal direction, penetrates through the fourth support and is connected with the fourth support in a sliding manner; and
and the fifth motor is arranged on the fifth support and is used for driving the fourth screw rod to rotate.
7. A chemotherapeutic drug dispensing device as in any of claims 1-6 wherein: the third clamping device includes:
the sixth support is fixedly connected with the first lifting frame;
two second clamping arms which are oppositely arranged on the sixth support, wherein one end of each second clamping arm is connected with the sixth support in a sliding mode, and the other end of each second clamping arm is matched with the bottle body;
the fifth screw is rotatably arranged on the sixth support and provided with two threaded sections with opposite rotation directions, the threaded sections penetrate through the two second clamping arms, and each threaded section is in threaded connection with one second clamping arm; and
and the sixth motor is arranged on the sixth support and is used for driving the fifth screw rod to rotate.
8. A chemotherapeutic drug dispensing device as in claim 7 wherein: the vial unit further comprises a swing device, the swing device comprising:
a seventh support;
a second gear and a third gear which are rotatably arranged on the seventh support are meshed with each other, the diameter of the second gear is smaller than that of the third gear, and the third gear is fixedly connected with the sixth support; and
and the seventh motor is arranged on the seventh support and is used for driving the second gear to rotate.

A chemotherapeutic drug dispensing device as in claim 8 wherein: a positioning rod is arranged on the sixth support, a positioning block corresponding to the positioning rod is arranged on the seventh support, the positioning block and the second gear are respectively positioned on two sides of the third gear, and the positioning block and the sixth motor are positioned on the same side of the third gear; when the sixth support keeps horizontal, the positioning rod is abutted with the positioning block.
