Further, a through hole 121 is formed on the top wall 12 for partially accommodating the power assembly 30, and the power assembly 30 is rotatably connected with the functional assembly 20 in the cutting space 11 through the through hole 121. When the walk-behind mower 100 is in the grass cutting mode, the weeds are cut by the functional components 20 in the housing 10 a plurality of times, and then discharged from the opening 14 to fall on the ground, and spread uniformly on the ground, so that the weeds are absorbed by the ground as fertilizer.
Further, the peripheral wall 13 includes a side wall 131 and a front wall 132, a step 133 is provided between the side wall 131 and the front wall 132, and the step 133 is gradually reduced along the direction from the side wall 131 to the front wall 132. Preferably, the peripheral wall 13 includes two side walls 131, the two side walls 131 are symmetrically disposed, the front wall 132 is located between the two side walls 131, and a step 133 is disposed between the front wall 132 and each side wall 131. That is, the number of the step portions 133 is 2, and each is gradually decreased in the direction from the side wall 131 to the front wall 132. Further, the width A of the front wall 132 is 200-700 mm. With the arrangement, the problem that weed is pressed down by the shell 10 and does not enter the cutting space 11 to cause missed mowing can be effectively solved.
Further, the front wall 132 is spaced from the ground a greater distance than the side walls 131. Preferably, the height H of the step 133 in the vertical direction is 5-30mm, i.e. the height difference between the front wall 132 and the side wall 131 in the vertical direction is 5-30 mm. So set up, can make the weeds can get into in the cutting space 11 smoothly.
Referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 2, the distance of the housing 10 from the ground is less than the distance of the blade 20 from the ground. In other words, the peripheral wall 13 of the housing 10 is at a minimum distance from the ground to protect the operator from personal injury caused by the feet of the operator or other persons extending into the cutting space 11 during operation of the walk-behind mower 100.
Preferably, the front wall 132 is spaced farther from the ground than the side walls 131 due to the presence of the step 133. I.e. the lowest point of the peripheral wall 13 is located on both side walls 131, and the distance of the lowest point on the side walls 131 from the ground is less than 1 cm. Further, the perpendicular distance of the blade 20 to the plane of the lowest point on the peripheral wall 13 is greater than 5 mm. By setting the blade 20 within the above range, the lawn mower 100 can achieve an optimal grass collecting and cutting effect when performing cutting work.

And the width of the housing 10 in the left-right direction of the walk-behind mower 100 is larger than the width of the pair of rear wheels 52. In other words, the width of the cutting space of the step mower 100 is the largest, i.e. both sides of the housing 10 protrude from the pair of front wheels 51 or the pair of rear wheels 52, so that when the step mower 100 mows grass on grass, the front wheels 51 or the rear wheels 52 prevent the step mower 100 from blocking the cutting boundary and cutting the grass carelessly. The lawn of the present application may be a lawn, fence, garden, etc.
Referring to fig. 2-5, the functional assembly 20 is accommodated in the cutting space 11 of the housing 10 for performing a cutting operation, and the functional assembly 20 is driven by the power assembly 30 to rotate. Preferably, the functional component 20 is a blade 20, and the blade 20 is rotatably received in the cutting space 11 and rotates around its rotation axis to perform mowing work under the driving of the power component 30. A mowing chamber 15 is formed in the cutting space 11, and the blade 20 rotates to mow grass in the mowing chamber 15. The number of blades 20 is the same as the number of mowing cavities 15. Further, the blade tip of the blade 20 has a gap with the inner wall of the mowing chamber 15, and preferably, the gap between the blade tip of the blade 20 and the inner wall of the mowing chamber 15 is greater than 5mm and not greater than 15 mm.
Referring to fig. 5 in combination with fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, the step mower 100 has two blades 20, the blades 20 include a first blade 21 and a second blade 22, and the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 are transversely disposed on the same horizontal plane, so that the mowing height is consistent and the aesthetic property of the lawn is improved. By arranging the first blade 21 and the second blade 22, the mowing range of the stepping mower 100 can be effectively increased, and the mowing efficiency is improved. In this embodiment, the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 have the same size and shape, and in other embodiments, the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 may have different sizes and shapes. This is not limited by the present application.
Further, the power assembly 30 includes a first motor 31 and a second motor 32, and output shafts of the first motor 31 and the second motor 32 pass through the through hole 121 on the housing 10 to be rotatably connected with the first blade 21 and the second blade 22, respectively. Specifically, the centers of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 are provided with a mounting hole 24, a gasket 25 and a fixing member 26 are arranged below the first blade 21 and the second blade 22, and the fixing member 26 passes through the gasket 25 and the mounting hole 24 of the first blade 21/the second blade 22 to be tightly connected with the output shaft of the first motor 31/the second motor 32. Preferably, a fixing seat 28 is further disposed between the first motor 31 and the first blade 21, and between the second motor 32 and the second blade 22. The first and second blades 21, 22 are directly driven by the first and second motors 31, 32, making the dual blade step mower 100 of the present application more efficient, longer lived, and less costly to maintain the dual blade step mower 100 than a step mower 100 that uses belts or geared belts to rotate the blade 20.
Further, the first motor 31 rotates the first blade 21, and the second motor 32 rotates the second blade 22. The first and second blades 21 and 22 are rotated in opposite directions by arranging the first and second motors 31 and 32 to rotate in opposite directions. Specifically, the first blade 21 rotates counterclockwise and the second blade 22 rotates clockwise as viewed from the bottom of the housing 10. By such arrangement, the grass cutting flow cut by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 is discharged backwards from the middle of the two blades 20 and enters the grass collecting device 40 through the grass discharging channel 17, so as to realize the collection of the broken grass.
Further, the distance between the motor shafts of the first motor 31 and the second motor 32 is larger than the sum of the radii of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22. By such an arrangement, a gap is formed between the first blade 21 and the second blade 22, and the two blades 20 are ensured not to collide during operation.
Further, the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 rotate around the respective rotation axes to form a rotation center 23, and a line connecting the two rotation centers 23 of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 has a first included angle a between 30 ° and 90 ° with the moving direction of the step mower 100. Preferably, the first included angle is 68 °. So set up, the hourglass grass phenomenon when both can having avoided appearing the cutting has guaranteed the area of mowing again, improves the efficiency of mowing.
Referring to fig. 6 in combination with fig. 5, the width of the cutting space 11 in the left-right direction of the step mower 100 is greater than the width of the first mowing chamber 151 or the second mowing chamber 152 and smaller than the sum of the widths of the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152. The first blade 21 is driven by the first motor 31 to form a first mowing area 153 in the first mowing chamber 151, and the second blade 22 is driven by the second motor 32 to form a second mowing area 154 in the second mowing chamber 152. The projections of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 in the moving direction of the step mower 100 have an overlapping portion 27, that is, the projections of the first mowing area 153 and the second mowing area 154 in the moving direction of the step mower 100 have an overlapping portion 27. The ratio of the width of the overlap 27 to the width D of the cutting space 11 is between 0.01 and 0.09. Through such setting, can guarantee not to have between first blade 21 and the second blade 22 and mow the blank area, prevent that the grass between first blade 21 and the second blade 22 from being missed and cut, improve the effect of mowing of step-by-step lawn mower 100.
Further, the width of the overlapping portion 27 is 10mm or more and 35mm or less. When the first angle a formed by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 is the largest, the overlap portion 27 has the largest width of 35 mm. When the first angle a formed by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 is smallest, the overlapping portion 27 has a smallest width of 10 mm. By providing the overlapping portion 27, the step mower 100 can be prevented from missing mowing, and the beauty of the lawn after mowing can be improved.
Referring to fig. 2-6, in order to ensure the cutting ability of the conventional step mower 100, the high-speed motor 30 is usually used to rotate the blade 20 at a high speed, so as to improve the cutting efficiency of the step mower 100. However, the cutting efficiency does not gradually increase with the rotational speed of the blade 20. Because the mowing cavity 15 in the stepping mower 100 has a limited space, the flowing space of the gas in the mowing cavity 15 is small, the blade 20 is driven by the motor 30 with high rotating speed to rotate at high speed, so that the gas is driven to flow, the flowing gas forms a strong high-pressure area in the mowing cavity 15, and a part of the grass chipped by the blade 20 is left in the high-pressure area and attached to the inner wall of the mowing cavity 15 under the action of air pressure, so that the grass is not easy to fall off, the grass chipped and stuck to the shell phenomenon occurs, the mowing operation cannot be carried out, the mowing effect of the stepping mower 100 is reduced, and the stepping mower 100 is even damaged. However, the rotation speed of the blade 20 is too low, which may result in insufficient cutting of grass blades by the blade 20, and also reduce the cutting efficiency.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the stepping mower 100 employs a specific rotation speed of the motor 30 and a specific rotation linear speed of the blade 20, and the cooperation of the two is found to not only enable the stepping mower 100 to have a better non-stick effect, but also ensure the stepping mower 100 to have better grass collecting and cutting effects.
Preferably, the first motor 31 drives the first blade 21 to rotate clockwise, the second motor 32 drives the second blade 22 to rotate counterclockwise, the rotation speed of the first motor 31 and the rotation speed of the second motor 32 are 3200 r/min-3600 r/min, and the linear speed of the first blade 21 and the linear speed of the second blade 22 are 65 m/s-80 m/s. Through so setting up for marching type lawn mower 100 has better collection grass and garrulous grass effect, and collection grass efficiency reaches more than 95%, brings the better experience of mowing for the operator.
Further, the walk-behind mower 100 optionally has a self-propelled function. In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the step mower 100 is provided with a self-propelled hub motor (not shown) mounted in the walking assembly 50, and the walking assembly 50 with the hub motor can drive the step mower 100 to move back and forth. The hub motor is mounted entirely within the running assembly 50. When the rotation speeds of the left and right traveling assemblies 50 are the same, the step mower 100 moves straight, when the rotation speeds of the left and right traveling assemblies 50 are different, the step mower 100 turns, when the rotation speed of the left traveling assembly 50 is high, the step mower 100 turns right, when the rotation speed of the right traveling assembly 50 is high, the step mower 100 turns left, and when the rotation speeds of the left and right traveling assemblies 50 are opposite, the step mower 100 turns in place.
Further, the rotational speed of the blade 20 is at least partially based on the rotational speed of the in-wheel motor. When the walking speed of the step mower 100 is fast, i.e. the rotation speed of the hub motor is high, the rotation speed of the blade 20 is also increased to avoid uneven mowing. When the walking speed of the step mower 100 is reduced, the rotation speed of the blade 20 is also reduced to save energy consumption. It should be noted that the rotational speed of the blade 20 is adjusted within a certain range, preferably 3200r/min to 3600 r/min.
In other embodiments, the traveling assembly 50 may be driven by the driving motor 30 mounted on the step mower 100 instead of the hub motor, and the rotation speed of the blade 20 may be adjusted based on the traveling speed of the step mower 100. The rotation speed of the blade 20 is adjusted according to the walking speed.
Referring to fig. 2 to 8, the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 are driven by the first motor 31 and the second motor 32 to rotate in the cutting space 11 of the housing 10 to form a rotation plane. A first mowing chamber 151 and a second mowing chamber 152 are formed in the cutting space 11, the first blade 21 rotates in the first mowing chamber 151, and the second blade 22 rotates in the second mowing chamber 152. The first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 communicate with each other. The first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 are staggered back and forth along the advancing direction of the step mower 100, that is, the first mowing chamber 151 is positioned at the left front of the second mowing chamber 152, so that the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 can mow in a crossed manner. Through setting up the first chamber 151 and the second chamber 152 of mowing of staggered arrangement, can save the overall arrangement space of cutting space 11, improve the compactedness of the overall structure of step-type lawn mower 100 to can make the whole grass that gets into the cutting scope cut, prevent to miss and mow.
Further, the housing 10 of the step mower 100 further includes a first arc-shaped surface 161 and a second arc-shaped surface 162, and the first arc-shaped surface 161 and the second arc-shaped surface 162 and the two mowing cavities 15 together form an 8-shaped cutting space 11. The weeds cannot easily fly out after entering the mowing cavity 15, and then the weeds are cut for multiple times under the rotation of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22, so that the weeds are cut more uniformly, the weeds discharged from the opening 14 on the bottom surface of the shell 10 are more uniform, and the broken weeds are more easily absorbed by the land.
Further, a communication part 153 is arranged between the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152, and the communication part 153 can enable weeds in the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 to flow in the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 to be cut again by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22, so that the weeds are cut more finely and are absorbed by grass or collected by the grass collecting device 40 more easily.
Further, the step mower 100 further comprises a grass discharge passage 17. The grass discharge passage 17 is provided intermediate the first grass cutting chamber 151 and the second grass cutting chamber 152 and extends rearward and obliquely upward so that cut grass pieces can be discharged outward from the rear side of the grass discharge passage 17.
One end of the grass discharge channel 17 is connected with the cutting space 11, and the other end is connected with a grass collecting device 40. In particular, the grass discharge channel 17 comprises a connecting end 171 facing the cutting space 11 and a grass discharge opening 172 facing away from the connecting end 171. The grass-collecting device 40 is connected with the cutting space 11 through the grass discharge opening 172 of the grass discharge passage 17 and is used for collecting the chopped grass in the grass-collecting mode.
Preferably, the height of the grass discharge opening 172 is higher than the height of the connecting end 171, so as to increase the inclination angle of the grass discharge passage 17, and thus reach the grass discharge height of the step mower 100. Preferably, the height of the connecting end 171 is higher than the height of the first and second blades 21 and 22 in the housing 10. By such arrangement, the grass pieces cut by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 can enter the grass discharge channel 17 more fully, thereby improving the grass collecting effect.
Referring to fig. 8-9 in conjunction with fig. 2-7, the connecting end 171 is connected to the communicating portion 153, and the closing member 18 is detachably connected to the connecting end 171 for closing or opening the grass discharge passage 17. The enclosure 18 allows the walk-behind mower 100 to be compatible with both grass-collecting and grass-chopping modes.
When the closing member 18 is mounted at the connecting end 171 of the grass discharge passage 17 so that the grass discharge passage 17 and the cutting space 11 are closed by the closing member 18, the walk-behind mower 100 enters the grass cutting mode. Further, a second arc-shaped surface 162 is arranged on the closing part 18, and the second arc-shaped surface 162 and the first arc-shaped surface 161, the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 15 form a closed inclined 8-shaped structure, so that weeds in the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 are sufficiently cut by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22, and at the moment, the broken grass cannot enter the grass collecting device 40 through the grass discharge channel 17 and is discharged from the bottom opening 14 of the shell 10 to be laid on the ground, and the crop fertilizer is absorbed by the soil. When the closure member 18 is removed, the weed discharge passage 17 is opened and the walk-behind mower 100 enters the grass-collecting mode. At this time, the cut grass can enter the grass discharge passage 17 through the communicating portion 153 between the first grass cutting chamber 151 and the second grass cutting chamber 152, enter the grass catcher 40 from the grass discharge port 172 of the grass discharge passage 17, and be collected in the grass catcher 40.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the first blade 21 is closer to the front end of the step mower 100 than the second blade 22, the size of the first blade 21 is the same as the size of the second blade 22, and the rotation speed of the first blade 21 is greater than the rotation speed of the second blade 22. Through such arrangement, the air flow rate caused by the first blade 21 is higher than the air flow rate caused by the second blade 22, and due to the fact that the rotating speeds of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 are opposite, the first blade 21 rotates clockwise, and the second blade 22 rotates anticlockwise, the air flow merged by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 can flow to the right back of the cutting space 11, namely the position of the grass discharging channel 17, and cut grass can flow into the grass collecting device 40 through the grass discharging channel 17.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, a sensing device (not shown) is provided in the grass discharge passage 17, and is capable of detecting whether the closing member 18 is installed in the grass discharge passage 17, and when the sensing device detects that the closing member 18 is installed in the grass discharge passage 17, the control assembly controls the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 to rotate at the same rotational speed, and when the sensing device detects that the closing member 18 is not installed in the grass discharge passage 17, the control assembly controls the rotational speed of the first blade 21 to be greater than the rotational speed of the second blade 22. Preferably, the rotation speed of the first blade 21 is 5-40% greater than that of the second blade 22.
In another preferred embodiment of the present application, one guide wall 173 of the grass discharge passage 17 is arranged obliquely. Preferably, the first blade 21 is closer to the front end of the step mower 100 than the second blade 22, the size of the first blade 21 is the same as that of the second blade 22, and the grass discharge passage 17 is obliquely disposed near the guide wall 173 of the first blade 21, i.e., the guide wall 173 is located at one side of the first blade 21. Because the first blade 21 is disposed forward compared to the second blade 22, the tangent line of the first cutting chamber 151 and the second cutting chamber 152 is inclined, so that the grass clippings flow is discharged backward along the tangent line direction, and the guide wall 173 of the grass discharge channel 17 near the first blade 21 is disposed in an inclined arrangement, so that the grass clippings flow can directly enter the grass collecting device 40, and the grass clippings are prevented from accumulating in the grass discharge channel 17.
In other embodiments of the present application, since the first blade 21 is closer to the front end of the step mower 100 than the second blade 22, the size of the first blade 21 may be larger than that of the second blade 22, so that even if the rotation speeds of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 are the same, the airflow generated by the first blade 21 is still larger than that generated by the second blade 22, so that the airflow merged by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 flows to the right back, i.e. the position of the grass discharge channel 17, and the cut grass directly flows into the grass collector 40 through the grass discharge channel 17.
Referring to fig. 9-11 in combination with fig. 5, deflecting members 19 are provided in first mowing chamber 151 and second mowing chamber 152, at least one deflecting member 19 is provided in each mowing chamber 15, and the at least one deflecting member 19 is arranged circumferentially within mowing chamber 15. The movement path of the weeds in the mowing cavity 15 can be changed by arranging the deflecting piece 19, the flow of the airflow in the mowing cavity 15 is influenced, and when the airflow passes through the deflecting piece 19, the deflecting piece 19 can be impacted to form a rotary airflow, so that the weeds are not easy to fall down and are cut for multiple times by the blade 20 in the mowing cavity 15, and the effects of grass collection and grass chopping are effectively improved.
Further, the plane of the lowest point of the deflecting member 19 is higher than the rotation plane of the first blade 21 or the second blade 22, that is, the deflecting member 19 is disposed on the top wall 12 of the housing 10 and above the rotation plane of the first blade 21 or the second blade 22, so as to avoid the deflecting member 19 from affecting the rotation paths of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22.
Further, the top 191 of each deflector 19 is connected to the top wall 12 and extends downwardly and inwardly from the top 191 to form a triangular first surface 192. Preferably, in the present application, the top of the deflecting member 19 is triangular and hollow, and a plurality of ribs 194 are provided inside the deflecting member 19 to reinforce the structural strength of the deflecting member 19. The center line between the top 191 and the first surface 192 is perpendicular to the top wall 12 of the housing 10. Further, an inclined second surface 193 is formed between the top 191 and the first surface 192. The second surface 193 is provided with mounting portions 1931, and the fasteners 26 extend through mounting holes 1932 in the mounting portions 1931 to fixedly attach the deflector 19 to the top wall 12. Through so setting up, can make weeds inwards deflect downwards in grass cutting cavity 15 to make things convenient for blade 20 to carry out many times cutting to weeds, effectively improve the garrulous grass of step-by-step lawn mower 100 and gather grass effect.
Further, a line connecting the deflector 19 and the rotation center 23 of the first/second blades 21/22 and a line connecting the edge of the housing 10 and the rotation center 23 of the first/second blades 21/22 have a second angle b ranging between 1 ° and 250 °. By setting the position of the deflecting piece 19, the deflecting piece 19 can influence the airflow flowing in the mowing cavity 15 to a greater extent, so that weeds can be cut by the blade 20 for multiple times in the mowing cavity 15, and the grass collecting and chopping effects of the stepping mower 100 are effectively improved.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, two deflectors 19 are respectively arranged in the first mowing chamber 151/the second mowing chamber 152, the two deflectors 19 are arranged circumferentially in the first mowing chamber 151/the second mowing chamber 152, and a line connecting the two deflectors 19 and the centers of the first blade 21/the second blade 22 has a third included angle c, and the third included angle c ranges between 20 ° and 230 °. By arranging the placing position of the deflection piece 19 in the mowing cavity 15, the times of cutting weeds by the blade 20 can be effectively improved, and therefore the grass collecting and smashing effects of the stepping mower 100 are effectively improved. To sum up, the utility model discloses a step-by-step lawn mower 100 through setting up step portion 133, can effectively reduce two and mow the chamber 15 and collide at the crossing local of front, solves two local hourglass problems of mowing of 15 handing-over in chamber for the lawn height after the cutting is levelly and smoothly pleasing to the eye, improves the effect of step-by-step lawn mower 100 garrulous grass and careless.
