A first mowing chamber 151 and a second mowing chamber 152 are formed in the cutting space 11, the first blade 21 rotates in the first mowing chamber 151, and the second blade 22 rotates in the second mowing chamber 152. The first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 communicate with each other. The first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 are staggered back and forth along the advancing direction of the step mower 100, that is, the first mowing chamber 151 is positioned at the left front of the second mowing chamber 152, so that the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 can mow in a crossed manner. Further, a communication part 153 is arranged between the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152, and the communication part 153 can enable weeds in the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 to flow in the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 to be cut again by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22, so that the weeds are cut more finely and are absorbed by grass or collected by the grass collecting device 40 more easily.
Further, the step mower 100 further comprises a grass discharge passage 17. The grass discharge passage 17 is provided intermediate the first grass cutting chamber 151 and the second grass cutting chamber 152 and extends rearward and obliquely upward so that cut grass pieces can be discharged outward from the rear side of the grass discharge passage 17.
One end of the grass discharge channel 17 is connected with the cutting space 11, and the other end is connected with a grass collecting device 40. In particular, the grass discharge channel 17 comprises a connecting end 171 facing the cutting space 11 and a grass discharge opening 172 facing away from the connecting end 171. The grass-collecting device 40 is connected with the cutting space 11 through the grass discharge opening 172 of the grass discharge passage 17 and is used for collecting the chopped grass in the grass-collecting mode.
Preferably, the height of the grass discharge opening 172 is higher than the height of the connecting end 171, so as to increase the inclination angle of the grass discharge passage 17, and thus reach the grass discharge height of the step mower 100. Preferably, the height of the connecting end 171 is higher than the height of the first and second blades 21 and 22 in the housing 10. By such arrangement, the grass pieces cut by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 can enter the grass discharge channel 17 more fully, thereby improving the grass collecting effect.
Referring to fig. 8-9 in conjunction with fig. 2-7, the connecting end 171 is connected to the communicating portion 153, and the closing member 18 is detachably connected to the connecting end 171 for closing or opening the grass discharge passage 17. The enclosure 18 allows the walk-behind mower 100 to be compatible with both grass-collecting and grass-chopping modes.
When the closing member 18 is mounted at the connecting end 171 of the grass discharge passage 17 so that the grass discharge passage 17 and the cutting space 11 are closed by the closing member 18, the walk-behind mower 100 enters the grass cutting mode. Further, a second arc-shaped surface 162 is arranged on the closing part 18, and the second arc-shaped surface 162 and the first arc-shaped surface 161, the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 15 form a closed inclined 8-shaped structure, so that weeds in the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 are sufficiently cut by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22, and at the moment, the broken grass cannot enter the grass collecting device 40 through the grass discharge channel 17 and is discharged from the bottom opening 14 of the shell 10 to be laid on the ground, and the crop fertilizer is absorbed by the soil. When the closure member 18 is removed, the weed discharge passage 17 is opened and the walk-behind mower 100 enters the grass-collecting mode. At this time, the cut grass can enter the grass discharge passage 17 through the communicating portion 153 between the first grass cutting chamber 151 and the second grass cutting chamber 152, enter the grass catcher 40 from the grass discharge port 172 of the grass discharge passage 17, and be collected in the grass catcher 40.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the first blade 21 is closer to the front end of the step mower 100 than the second blade 22, the size of the first blade 21 is the same as the size of the second blade 22, and the rotation speed of the first blade 21 is greater than the rotation speed of the second blade 22. Through such arrangement, the air flow rate caused by the first blade 21 is higher than the air flow rate caused by the second blade 22, and due to the fact that the rotating speeds of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 are opposite, the first blade 21 rotates clockwise, and the second blade 22 rotates anticlockwise, the air flow merged by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 can flow to the right back of the cutting space 11, namely the position of the grass discharging channel 17, and cut grass can flow into the grass collecting device 40 through the grass discharging channel 17.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, a sensing device (not shown) is provided in the grass discharge passage 17, and is capable of detecting whether the closing member 18 is installed in the grass discharge passage 17, and when the sensing device detects that the closing member 18 is installed in the grass discharge passage 17, the control assembly controls the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 to rotate at the same rotational speed, and when the sensing device detects that the closing member 18 is not installed in the grass discharge passage 17, the control assembly controls the rotational speed of the first blade 21 to be greater than the rotational speed of the second blade 22. Preferably, the rotation speed of the first blade 21 is 5-40% greater than that of the second blade 22.
In another preferred embodiment of the present application, one guide wall 173 of the grass discharge passage 17 is arranged obliquely. Preferably, the first blade 21 is closer to the front end of the step mower 100 than the second blade 22, the size of the first blade 21 is the same as that of the second blade 22, and the grass discharge passage 17 is obliquely disposed near the guide wall 173 of the first blade 21, i.e., the guide wall 173 is located at one side of the first blade 21. Because the first blade 21 is disposed forward compared to the second blade 22, the tangent line of the first cutting chamber 151 and the second cutting chamber 152 is inclined, so that the grass clippings flow is discharged backward along the tangent line direction, and the guide wall 173 of the grass discharge channel 17 near the first blade 21 is disposed in an inclined arrangement, so that the grass clippings flow can directly enter the grass collecting device 40, and the grass clippings are prevented from accumulating in the grass discharge channel 17.
In other embodiments of the present application, since the first blade 21 is closer to the front end of the step mower 100 than the second blade 22, the size of the first blade 21 may be larger than that of the second blade 22, so that even if the rotation speeds of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 are the same, the airflow generated by the first blade 21 is still larger than that generated by the second blade 22, so that the airflow merged by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 flows to the right back, i.e. the position of the grass discharge channel 17, and the cut grass directly flows into the grass collector 40 through the grass discharge channel 17.
Referring to fig. 9-11 in combination with fig. 5, deflecting members 19 are provided in first mowing chamber 151 and second mowing chamber 152, at least one deflecting member 19 is provided in each mowing chamber 15, and the at least one deflecting member 19 is arranged circumferentially within mowing chamber 15. The movement path of the weeds in the mowing cavity 15 can be changed by arranging the deflecting piece 19, the flow of the airflow in the mowing cavity 15 is influenced, and when the airflow passes through the deflecting piece 19, the deflecting piece 19 can be impacted to form a rotary airflow, so that the weeds are not easy to fall down and are cut for multiple times by the blade 20 in the mowing cavity 15, and the effects of grass collection and grass chopping are effectively improved.
Further, the plane of the lowest point of the deflecting member 19 is higher than the rotation plane of the first blade 21 or the second blade 22, that is, the deflecting member 19 is disposed on the top wall 12 of the housing 10 and above the rotation plane of the first blade 21 or the second blade 22, so as to avoid the deflecting member 19 from affecting the rotation paths of the first blade 21 and the second blade 22.
Further, the top 191 of each deflector 19 is connected to the top wall 12 and extends downwardly and inwardly from the top 191 to form a triangular first surface 192. Preferably, in the present application, the top of the deflecting member 19 is triangular and hollow, and a plurality of ribs 194 are provided inside the deflecting member 19 to reinforce the structural strength of the deflecting member 19. The center line between the top 191 and the first surface 192 is perpendicular to the top wall 12 of the housing 10. Further, an inclined second surface 193 is formed between the top 191 and the first surface 192. The second surface 193 is provided with mounting portions 1931, and the fasteners 26 extend through mounting holes 1932 in the mounting portions 1931 to fixedly attach the deflector 19 to the top wall 12. Through so setting up, can make weeds inwards deflect downwards in grass cutting cavity 15 to make things convenient for blade 20 to carry out many times cutting to weeds, effectively improve the garrulous grass of step-by-step lawn mower 100 and gather grass effect.
Further, a line connecting the deflector 19 and the rotation center 23 of the first/second blades 21/22 and a line connecting the edge of the housing 10 and the rotation center 23 of the first/second blades 21/22 have a second angle b ranging between 1 ° and 250 °. By arranging the placing position of the deflection piece 19 in the mowing cavity 15, the times of cutting weeds by the blade 20 can be effectively improved, and therefore the grass collecting and smashing effects of the stepping mower 100 are effectively improved.
In summary, the step mower 100 of the present invention, by arranging the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 in the housing 10, the weeds cut by the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 are more evenly and finely crushed, so as to prevent missed mowing. In addition, the deflecting pieces 19 are arranged in the first mowing cavity 151 and the second mowing cavity 152, so that the cutting efficiency of the stepping mower 100 can be effectively improved, the effects of grass chopping and grass collection of the stepping mower 100 are improved, missed mowing is prevented, and the attractiveness of a lawn is improved. And the provision of the closure member 18 between the first mowing chamber 151 and the second mowing chamber 152 enables the walk-behind mower 100 to be compatible with grass collecting and mowing modes.

Claims (13)

1. A walk-behind lawn mower, comprising: the functional assembly comprises a first blade and a second blade, and the first blade and the second blade are arranged in a staggered mode from front to back;
the shell comprises a cutting space for accommodating the functional component, the first blade and the second blade rotate in the cutting space to form a first mowing cavity and a second mowing cavity, and the first mowing cavity and the second mowing cavity are communicated with each other;
the power assembly is used for providing power for the functional assembly;
the width of the cutting space is larger than the width of the first mowing cavity/the width of the second mowing cavity and smaller than the sum of the widths of the first mowing cavity and the second mowing cavity, the projection of the first blade and the second blade in the moving direction of the step mower is provided with an overlapping part, and the ratio of the width of the overlapping part to the width of the cutting space is between 0.01 and 0.09.
2. The step mower of claim 1, wherein: a connecting line of the rotation centers of the first blade and the second blade and the moving direction of the stepping mower form a first included angle which is between 30 degrees and 90 degrees.
3. The step mower of claim 1, wherein: the width of the overlapping portion is 10mm or more and 35mm or less.
4. The step mower of claim 1, wherein: the power assembly comprises a first motor and a second motor, the first motor and the second motor are respectively connected with the first blade and the second blade, and the distance between motor shafts of the first motor and the second motor is larger than the sum of the radiuses of the first blade and the second blade.
5. The step mower of claim 1, wherein: the first blade and the second blade rotate in opposite directions.
6. The step mower of claim 1, wherein: the stepping mower further comprises a grass discharge channel, one end of the grass discharge channel is connected with the cutting space, and the other end of the grass discharge channel is connected with a grass collecting device; and a sealing piece is detachably connected between the grass discharge channel and the grass collecting device and is used for sealing or opening the grass discharge channel.
7. The step mower of claim 1, wherein: the first blade is closer to the front end of the step mower than the second blade, and the rotating speed of the first blade is greater than that of the second blade.
8. The step mower of claim 6, wherein: the first blade is closer to the front end of the stepping mower than the second blade, and the grass discharge channel is obliquely arranged close to the guide wall of the first blade.
9. The step mower of claim 1, wherein: the first blade is closer to a front end of the step mower than the second blade, and a dimension of the first blade is larger than a dimension of the second blade.
10. The step mower of claim 6, wherein: the stepping mower is characterized in that a sensing device is arranged in the grass discharge channel and used for detecting whether the sealing piece is installed in the grass discharge channel or not, when the sealing piece is detected to be installed in the grass discharge channel, the first blade and the second blade rotate at the same rotating speed, and when the sealing piece is detected not to be installed in the grass discharge channel, the rotating speed of the first blade is greater than that of the second blade.
11. The step mower of claim 1, wherein: deflection pieces are arranged in the first mowing cavity and the second mowing cavity, and the plane where the lowest points of the deflection pieces are located is higher than the rotation plane of the first blade or the second blade.
12. The step mower of claim 11, wherein: a line connecting the deflecting piece and the center of the first/second blade and a line connecting the edge of the housing and the center of the first/second blade have a second included angle ranging between 1 ° and 250 °.

The step mower of claim 11, wherein: two deflection pieces are arranged in the first mowing cavity/the second mowing cavity, the two deflection pieces are arranged in the first mowing cavity/the second mowing cavity in the circumferential direction, and a connecting line of the two deflection pieces and the centers of the first blade/the second blade has a third included angle which ranges from 20 degrees to 230 degrees.
