The combustion flame is enabled to generate strong rotation, so that the mixing of combustion airflow and peripheral air is accelerated, the combustion is more sufficient, the CO emission is greatly reduced, the heat exchange area and the heat exchange time between the combustion airflow and the bottom of the pot are increased, and the heat efficiency of the gas stove is greatly improved.
The cyclone flame burner is arranged on the commercial gas stove, so that the heat efficiency of the commercial gas stove can be obviously improved, and the CO emission is reduced.
In addition, when the commercial gas stove is used, safety accidents caused by overhigh gas pressure happen occasionally, and personal and property safety is threatened. In order to ensure safety and reduce safety accidents, the state has gone out of the relevant standards, and the gas inlet end of a commercial gas stove is required to be provided with a low-pressure reducing valve, but unfortunately, after the reducing valve is arranged on many commercial gas stoves in the market at present, the firepower of the stove is greatly reduced, the requirement of a user for cooking with high firepower cannot be met, and the regulation for installing the reducing valve is difficult to fall to a real place. The invention relates to a sheet metal structure swirl burner, which is based on the original patent application of the inventor (patent application numbers 202010488626.7, 202020998156.4, the patent name is 'a sheet metal structure burner'), and the swirl ring is arranged at an outer ring distributor, so that flame is strongly rotated to form large firepower, thereby greatly improving the heat efficiency and greatly reducing the CO emission in flue gas; according to the commercial gas stove provided with the sheet metal structure swirl burner, after the low-pressure reducing valve is installed, firepower can be ensured to be normally used, so that safety measures for installing the low-pressure reducing valve can be dropped to a real place through the gas stove, and remarkable energy-saving and emission-reducing effects can be realized.
The invention relates to a sheet metal structure swirl flame burner, which is realized by the following technical scheme:
a sheet metal structure cyclone flame burner at least comprises a diverter disc, an outer ring distributor seat and a central distributor, wherein a plurality of outer ring flame gas passages and secondary air passages are arranged between the diverter disc and the outer ring distributor seat, and the secondary air passages are formed by passages among the gas passages; the rotary flame ring is in a ring shape or a combination of a ring and a cone, and a plurality of rotary flame grooves are uniformly distributed on the cylindrical surface or the conical surface of the rotary flame ring along the circumference; the rotary flame ring is arranged at the turn-up edge at the inner side of the outer ring distributor base, and the cylindrical surface section at the bottom of the rotary flame ring is tightly attached to the turn-up edge of the outer ring distributor base; the outer side of the outer ring flame divider cover is cylindrical, conical or curved, or is formed by combining different shapes, and the top of the outer ring flame divider cover is planar, conical or curved, or is formed by combining different shapes; the outer ring distributor cover is arranged at the top of the rotary flame ring, the inner side of the top of the outer ring distributor cover is provided with a flanging which is tightly attached to the outer side surface of the top of the rotary flame ring, and the bottom of the outer ring distributor cover is provided with an inward flanging or an inward rolling edge which is tightly attached to the outer side flanging and the bottom of the outer ring distributor cover.
To above-mentioned technical scheme, more specifically, the position of the spiral flame groove on the spiral flame circle is higher than the exit position of the fire groove on the central distributor.
Optionally, the top of the outer ring fire distributor cover is provided with a plurality of fire grooves or fire holes or rotary flame grooves which are uniformly distributed along the circumference; or the top of the flame-proof box is not provided with a fire groove or a fire hole or a rotary flame groove.
The invention relates to a commercial gas stove provided with a sheet metal structure swirl flame burner, which is realized by the following technical scheme:
the commercial gas stove is characterized in that the sheet metal structure swirl burner in the technical scheme is arranged on the commercial gas stove, and an air quantity and gas quantity adaptive adjusting and controlling device is also arranged on the commercial gas stove.
In the technical scheme, the commercial gas stove not only can be supplied with power by adopting an alternating current power supply, but also can be supplied with power by adopting a direct current power supply.
The sheet metal structure swirl burner is preferably made of stainless steel materials.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the sheet metal structure swirl flame burner can enable flame to generate strong rotation to form large firepower, remarkably improves combustion performance, greatly improves heat efficiency, and greatly reduces harmful gases such as CO in smoke.
The secondary air channels uniformly distributed along the circumference of the burner not only can effectively supplement secondary air required by combustion, but also have the function of heat insulation, so that the temperature of the splitter plate below the secondary air channels and the temperature of the furnace end connected with the splitter plate are both reduced to a certain extent, and the secondary air channels have favorable effect on improving the combustion performance.
The position of the rotary flame groove is higher than the outlet position of the upper flame groove of the central distributor, so that the mutual interference of inner and outer ring flames can be prevented, the combustion stability is ensured, and the supplement of secondary air and the promotion of combustion performance are facilitated.
2. The sheet metal structure swirl burner can form series products with different powers (heat loads), can meet the requirements of commercial gas stoves with different powers and household gas stoves, and has wide application.

The commercial gas stove can still generate strong rotary flame after being provided with the low-pressure reducing valve, has large firepower and meets the use requirement, thereby leading the national relevant regulation for the installation of the low-pressure reducing valve to be realized by the implementation of the invention.
According to the Chinese food gas cooking stove model machine adopting the adapter for power supply, the heat load is 15kW, through testing, the CO content in the flue gas is only about 0.01%, and the test result is 1/10 of the emission standard of the CO content in the flue gas of a commercial gas stove, so that the heat efficiency test is convenient for comparison with a household gas stove, the heat efficiency test adopts the same method as the household gas stove, and through testing, the heat efficiency exceeds 63%, and the primary energy efficiency standard of the household gas stove is achieved. In addition, the blower power of the Chinese food gas cooking stove is only a few watts, the noise is less than 55dB, the upper limit (less than or equal to 65dB) of the first-level noise standard in the Chinese food gas cooking stove standard (JC/T28) is far lower than, the blower power is far less than that of the same heat load blower Chinese food gas cooking stove adopting alternating current power supply, the gas and electricity are saved, the emission and the noise are reduced, and the effect is obvious; and the adapter is used for supplying power, so that the safety problem possibly caused by using alternating current is completely avoided, and the use is safer.
4. The commercial gas stove can be powered by an alternating current power supply and also can be powered by a direct current power supply.
The direct current power supply is adopted for supplying power, so that not only can an adapter, a rechargeable lithium battery or a storage battery be used, but also solar energy can be used for supplying power.
The diversity of the power supply mode further widens the application range of the commercial gas stove.
5. The commercial gas stove provided by the invention can be combusted more fully by adopting the air quantity and gas quantity adaptive adjusting and controlling device.
6. The commercial gas stove has the advantages of small volume, novel appearance, good cleaning performance of the metal plate structure cyclone burner, difficult dirt entering the commercial gas stove, convenient assembly and disassembly, easy cleaning, and better corrosion resistance due to the adoption of the stainless steel material.
7. The commercial gas stove provided by the invention has the advantages of safety, energy conservation and remarkable environment-friendly effect, and can generate great economic and social benefits.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 5 through examples 1 to 5.
Example 1
The sheet metal structure cyclone flame burner of the embodiment has the following specific implementation mode:
as shown in fig. 1, the sheet metal structure cyclone flame burner at least comprises a splitter disc 1, an outer ring distributor base 2 and a central distributor 3, wherein a plurality of outer ring fire gas channels 4 and secondary air channels 5 are arranged between the splitter disc and the outer ring distributor base, and the secondary air channels are formed by channels among the gas channels, specifically;
the inner and outer circumferences of the outer ring distributor base are respectively provided with an upward flanging 2.1 and an upward flanging 2.2, and a rotary flame ring 6 and an outer ring distributor cover 7 are arranged above the outer ring distributor base; the rotary flame ring is in a shape of a combination of a circular ring and a cone, and a plurality of rotary flame grooves 6.1 are uniformly distributed on the conical surface along the circumference; the rotary flame ring is arranged at the turn-up edge at the inner side of the outer ring distributor base, and the cylindrical surface section at the bottom of the rotary flame ring is tightly attached to the turn-up edge of the outer ring distributor base; the outer ring distributor cover is cylindrical in shape at 7.1, planar at 7.2, and is arranged at the top of the rotary flame ring, and a flanging 7.3 is arranged at the inner side of the top of the outer ring distributor cover and is tightly attached to the outer side face of the top of the rotary flame ring, and an inward rolling edge 7.4 is arranged at the bottom of the outer ring distributor cover and is tightly attached to the flanging and the bottom of the outer ring distributor cover.
The position of the rotary flame groove on the rotary flame ring is higher than the outlet position of the fire groove on the central distributor 3.
The sheet metal structure cyclone flame burner of this embodiment is made of stainless steel material.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment of the sheet metal structure cyclone burner of this embodiment is different from that of embodiment 1 only in that the outer ring flame divider cover has a curved surface on the outer side and the top.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the sheet metal structure cyclone burner of this embodiment is different from that of embodiment 1 only in that the outer ring fire divider cover is provided with a plurality of fire slots 7.5 uniformly distributed along the circumference at the top.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 4, the specific implementation of the sheet metal structure cyclone burner of this embodiment is different from that of embodiment 1 only in that the outer side of the outer ring flame divider cover is composed of a cylindrical surface and a curved surface, and the top is composed of a flat surface and a curved surface. The rotary flame ring is in a circular ring shape, and a plurality of rotary flame grooves are uniformly distributed on the circular ring surface along the circumference.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 5, the commercial gas stove equipped with the sheet metal structure swirl burner of the present embodiment has the following specific implementation:
a commercial gas stove provided with a sheet metal structure swirl burner at least comprises a stove main body 8 and an air blower 9, wherein the commercial gas stove is provided with the sheet metal structure swirl burner 10 of any one of embodiments 1-4 and an air quantity and gas quantity adaptive adjusting and controlling device 11.
The commercial gas stove of the embodiment is more specifically a gas cooking stove for Chinese food, which adopts a direct current blower and an adapter to provide a direct current power supply, and the direct current voltage is selected from 12V to 36V.
The stove shell of the embodiment is made of stainless steel materials.
