Fig. 5 is a partial sectional view of the neck massager 1 of the present embodiment from the free end 122 in the axial direction of the neck massager 1, showing the internal structure of the second clip arms 12 b. In some embodiments, in order to prevent impurities such as liquid and dust from entering the sound hole 1236, a dust screen 1237 may be further disposed on the position of the clamping arm 12 corresponding to the sound hole 1236. Specifically, when the sound hole 1236 is disposed on the first side 1231 of the clamping arm 12, the dust-proof net 1237 is also disposed on the first side 1231, and in order to effectively ensure the appearance decoration effect of the clamping arm 12 and prevent the dust-proof net 1237 from falling, the dust-proof net 1237 can be disposed in the accommodating space 125 at a position corresponding to the sound hole 1236. For example, the dust screen 1237 may be attached to the position of the accommodating space 125 corresponding to the sound hole 1236 by an adhesive manner, so as to effectively block dust, particles, and the like entering through the sound hole 1236 from entering the accommodating space 125.
The second clamping arm 12b includes a first housing 123 and a second housing 124, and the first housing 123 and the second housing 124 enclose and connect to form a receiving space 125. The speaker 13 is disposed in the accommodating space 125, and the sound hole 1236 is communicated with the accommodating space 125. It is understood that the acoustic aperture 1236 can be provided in either the first housing 123 or the second housing 124.
The accommodating space 125 is formed by enclosing the first housing 123 and the second housing 124, so that the speaker 13 can be assembled in advance and then the first housing 123 and the second housing 124 are covered, thereby facilitating the assembly, and in addition, the space of the internal structure of the clamping arm 12 of the neck massager 1 can be effectively utilized through the accommodating space 125 formed by the first housing 123 and the second housing 124.
Specifically, the first housing 123 is disposed on a side of the C-shaped massage body facing the neck of the human body, and the first housing 123 has the inner side surface 1233, the first side surface 1231, the second side surface 1232, and the end surface 1234. The second housing 124 is disposed opposite to the first housing 123, the second housing 124 has the outer side surface, the second housing 124 covers the first housing 123 and encloses with the first housing 123 to form the accommodating space 125, so that the speaker 13 can be disposed in the accommodating space 125 and disposed toward the second housing 124, and the sound hole 1236 is disposed in the first housing 123 and communicated with the accommodating space 125.
First housing 123 has inner side 1233, first side 1231, second side 1232, and end 1234 as described above. That is, the first housing 123 forms the accommodating space 125 with an opening, and the second housing 124 covers the opening of the accommodating space 125, so that when the neck massage apparatus 1 is worn by a user, the sound outlet end of the sound hole 1236 provided in the first housing 123 faces the neck of the user, which is beneficial to forming stereo sound near the ears of the user. It is understood that the accommodating space 125 can be used for accommodating other components, such as the battery 16, the circuit board 17, etc., besides the speaker 13. Exemplarily, when the neck massager 1 is provided with the battery 16 and the circuit board 17, the battery 16 and the circuit board 17 can be respectively disposed in the accommodating spaces 125 of the two clamping arms 12, so that the weights of the two clamping arms 12 are substantially equal, the neck massager 1 can be worn by a user more stably, and meanwhile, the two clamping arms 12 can be respectively weighted by the battery 16 and the circuit board 17, so that the neck massager 1 can be more attached to the neck of the user.
Further, in order to better fix the speaker 13 to the first housing 123, a mounting groove 1238 may be provided in the first housing 123, the mounting groove 1238 is located in the accommodating space 125 and is communicated with the accommodating space 125, and the mounting groove 1238 is used for mounting the speaker 13. Specifically, the mounting groove 1238 may be formed by protruding an annular protruding pillar or protruding a plurality of protruding pillars on the inner wall surface 1235 of the first housing 123, when the protruding pillar is an annular protruding pillar, the annular protruding pillar may surround the mounting groove 1238, when the inner wall surface 1235 of the first housing 123 protrudes a plurality of protruding pillars, the plurality of protruding pillars may surround the mounting groove 1238 at intervals, and the mounting groove 1238 may be formed between the plurality of protruding pillars, so that the speaker 13 may be fixed in the mounting groove 1238. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the mounting groove 1238 may also be formed by directly forming a groove on the inner wall surface 1235 of the first housing 123, and in this case, the speaker 13 may be fixed to the wall surface of the mounting groove 1238 by an adhesive manner, so as to fix the speaker 13 in the accommodating space 125.
By providing the first housing 123 with the mounting groove 1238, the speaker 13 can be fixed in the accommodating space 125. In addition, the mounting groove 1238 is formed by protruding a boss on the inner wall surface 1235 of the first housing 123, so that the problem of insufficient structural strength of the first housing 123 caused by directly slotting in the first housing 123 can be avoided, and the speaker 13 can be fixed by using the boss, for example, the speaker 13 can be fixedly connected with the boss by a screw, a bolt or a riveting manner.
In some embodiments, the neck massager 1 further includes a sound enclosure 14, the sound enclosure 14 is fixed in the accommodating space 125, a sound cavity 15 is formed between the sound enclosure 14 and the diaphragm 131 of the speaker 13, the sound cavity 15 can be communicated with the sound holes 1236, so that the sound emitted by the speaker 13 can be transmitted to the sound holes 1236 through the sound cavity 15 and then is emitted through the sound holes 1236. Specifically, the sound cover 14 may be fixedly connected to the first housing 123, and the sound cover 14 is located in the accommodating space 125. Since the sound cavity 15 is formed between the diaphragm 131 and the sound cover 14 of the speaker 13, that is, there is a gap between the sound cover 14 and the diaphragm 131, the diaphragm 131 can have a sufficient vibration space, so that the sound emitted by the diaphragm 131 is more loud and less noisy.
Further, the acoustic cover 14 may cover the mounting groove 1238, thereby fixing the speaker 13 in the mounting groove 1238. Specifically, the sound enclosure 14 may be bolted to the first housing 123 and an edge of the sound enclosure 14 may abut against a side of the speaker 13 facing the sound cavity 15. The mounting groove 1238 is covered by the acoustic cover 14, so that the acoustic cover 14 can abut against one end of the speaker 13 facing the acoustic cavity 15, thereby firmly fixing the speaker 13 in the mounting groove 1238.
Further, when the acoustic cover 14 covers the mounting groove 1238, the acoustic cover 14 may close the opening of the mounting groove 1238, so that the mounting groove 1238 is isolated from the accommodating space 125, and the acoustic cavity 15 is formed between the acoustic cover 14 and the mounting groove 1238, so that the acoustic cavity 15 is also isolated from the accommodating space 125. Thus, when the accommodating space 125 is communicated with the outside, the situation that the sound quality of the speaker 13 is affected and even the speaker 13 and other components (such as the battery 16 and the circuit board 17) in the accommodating space 125 are damaged due to the fact that external liquid, dust and the like enter the accommodating space 125 from the sound hole 1236 and then enter the sound cavity 15 can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the acoustic cover 14 has a first wall 141 facing the inner side 1233 of the first housing 123, and the first wall 141 is parallel to the inner side 1233, so that the acoustic cavity 15 formed by the acoustic cover 14 and the speaker 13 has a structure with two parallel sides, which is beneficial to sound reflection.
The acoustic cover 14 further has a second wall surface 142, the second wall surface 142 is connected to the first wall surface 141, the second wall surface 142 is disposed toward the side surface of the first housing 123, the acoustic holes 1236 are disposed on the side surface, the acoustic holes 1236 may be elongated holes, and the long axes of the acoustic holes 1236 are parallel to the second wall surface 142, so that the side of the acoustic holes 1236 communicating with the acoustic cavity 15 is attached to the second wall surface 142 and extends from the second wall surface 142 to the first side surface 1231 of the first housing 123, and thus, the sound reflected from the wall surface of the acoustic cavity 15 is directly emitted from the acoustic holes 1236, which can effectively improve the sound-emitting effect. In addition, the sound hole 1236 with the design of the strip hole can increase the volume of the sound hole 1236, enhance the loudspeaking effect, and solve the problem of poor loudspeaking effect caused by the small sound hole 1236.
Illustratively, the acoustic aperture 1236 may be a kidney-shaped aperture, a U-shaped aperture, a rectangular aperture, or the like.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a partial sectional view of the neck massager 1 from the second side 1232 along the thickness direction of the neck massager 1, which shows the internal structure of the second clamping arms 12 b. In some embodiments, in order to facilitate controlling the opening and closing of the speaker 13, at least one of the two clip arms 12 is provided with a button 18, the button 18 is at least used for controlling the opening and closing of the speaker 13, and the button 18 is exemplarily provided on the second clip arm 12b, and the button 18 may be a floating button. Specifically, the surface of the second shell 124 of the second clip arm 12b facing the sound cover 14 is formed as a plane, the plane is provided with a key 18, the surface of the sound cover 14 facing the second shell 124 is provided with a switch 19, the switch 19 is electrically connected to the speaker 13, so that the floating of the floating key can be used to open and close the trigger switch 19, and the switch 19 can control the opening and closing of the speaker 13. In addition, the switch 19 is disposed on a surface of the sound cover 14 facing the second housing 124, and the sound cover 14 can be utilized to provide rigid support for the switch 19, so that the switch 19 is not required to be additionally disposed, the occupation of the internal space of the second clamping arm 12b is reduced, and the component cost is saved.
Alternatively, the switch 19 may be a membrane switch, a lever switch, a push switch, a toggle switch, or the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, to simplify the wiring of the neck massager 1, the neck massager 1 further includes a circuit board 17, and the circuit board 17 may be disposed in the accommodating space 125 of the first clamping arm 12a or the second clamping arm 12b and electrically connected to the speaker 13 and the switch 19.
