A spray rod device with a self-cleaning function comprises a fixed part and a spray rod, wherein the spray rod is arranged on the fixed part along the axial direction in a sliding manner, and is provided with at least one flushing waterway; the method is characterized in that: the top of the spray rod is provided with a self-cleaning water outlet structure, and water output by the self-cleaning water outlet structure flows along the direction from the top surface of the spray rod to one end of the spray rod and flows downwards along the wall surfaces at two sides of the spray rod after being blocked by a limiting part arranged on the fixing part.
