Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-9, the present embodiment provides a flushing assembly comprising: a drive 1, a flushing bracket 2 and a nozzle member; the driver 1 is used for driving the spray pipe component to move between an extending position and a retracting position along the extending direction of the washing bracket 2; the extension direction is defined as front in this embodiment, and the withdrawal direction is back, and the side of the ceramic pan surface of the flushing component towards the closestool is down, and the side of the ceramic pan surface far away from the closestool is up.
The nozzle member comprises a walking piece 31 and a sealing piece 32 which are interlocked with the driving piece 1; the flushing bracket 2 is provided with a first limiting piece 21 and a second limiting piece 22 at intervals along the extension direction; the nozzle component is provided with a limit fitting piece 33 which is respectively matched with the first limiting piece 21 and the second limiting piece 22 and is used for releasing the linkage fit of the sealing element 32 and the walking element 31 in the extending process and the retracting process; in this embodiment, the flushing bracket 2 has a receiving cavity for mounting the nozzle member, and the first limiting member 21 and the second limiting member 22 are respectively located on a front end surface and a rear end surface of the receiving cavity.
In the embodiment, taking the first limiting member 21 and the second limiting member 22 as an example to be disposed on the flushing bracket 2, in practical design, the first limiting member 21 and the second limiting member 22 may be disposed at other positions, as long as the limiting fitting member 33 can interfere with the first limiting member 21 and the second limiting member 22 to release the interlocking fit of the sealing member 32 and the walking member 31 during walking, for example, the first limiting member 21 and the second limiting member 22 are disposed on a toilet bowl on which the flushing assembly is mounted.
The spray pipe component is provided with a water outlet flow passage 34, a cold discharge water outlet 35 and a flushing water inlet 36; when the linkage matching between the sealing element 32 and the walking part 31 is released in the extending process, the sealing element 32 and the walking part 31 move relatively to close the cold discharge water outlet 35; when the sealing element 32 and the walking element 31 are disconnected in the process of withdrawing, the sealing element 32 and the walking element 31 move relatively to open the cold water outlet 35.
Thus, the present embodiment provides a flush assembly that utilizes the time for the nozzle member to move from the retracted position to the extended position for cold removal without adding additional cold removal time. And the discharged cold water can not be sprayed to the relevant parts of the human body, so that the flushing function is healthier, and the user experience is more comfortable. And the cold discharge is automatically opened when the nozzle member starts to move, and the cold discharge is automatically closed after the nozzle member moves to the position. The user does not need to carry out additional operation, and the operation is more convenient and humanized.
In this embodiment, in order to achieve the above-mentioned cooling effect, the following specific structure is adopted:
the cold water outlet 35 and the flushing water inlet 36 are spaced apart along the extension of the flushing bracket 2. This allows the seal 32 to close the flushing inlet 36 when the cold discharge outlet 35 is open; when the cold water outlet 35 is closed, the sealing member 32 opens the flushing water inlet 36. Therefore, the flushing water inlet 36 is always closed in the cold discharging process, no cold water enters the flushing water inlet 36, no cold water is sprayed out from the flushing water outlet, and the possibility that the cold water is sprayed to relevant parts of a human body is completely avoided.
In order to release the interlocking fit relation between the sealing member 32 and the traveling member 31 in the present embodiment, the nozzle member further includes a nozzle 37; the limit fitting 33 is arranged on the spray pipe 37 and is divided into a first limit fitting 331 arranged on the upper surface of the spray pipe 37 and a second limit fitting 332 arranged at the rear end part of the spray pipe 37; the spout 37 is provided with the outlet flow passage 34, and the sealing member 32 is provided on the front end of the spout 37. When the first limit fitting piece 331 of the nozzle tube 37 abuts against the first limit piece 21 or the second limit fitting piece 332 abuts against the second limit piece 22, the interlocking engagement between the nozzle tube 37 and the runner 31 in the extending direction or the retracting direction can be released, and the interlocking engagement between the sealing member 32 provided on the nozzle tube 37 and the runner 31 can be released. In the embodiment, the two limiting member matching members 33 are provided, or the two limiting members 33 can be connected into a whole, so that the first limiting member 21, the second limiting member 22 and the limiting members 33 can be abutted and limited at different positions.
In addition, in order to allow the walking element 31 and the sealing element 32 to stop at the extending position after relative movement, the walking element 31 is further provided with a third limiting member 311 behind the second limiting fitting element 332, when the walking element 31 is at the retracting position, a certain distance is formed between the third limiting member 311 and the second limiting fitting element 332, the distance is the distance of movement of the walking element 31 relative to the second limiting fitting element 332 after the limiting fitting is released, and after the third limiting member 311 abuts against the second limiting fitting element 332, the walking element 31 stops moving in the extending direction. And the third limiting member 311 and the second limiting fitting member 332 form a linkage fit again along the retracting direction.
For cooperation with the nozzle 37, the nozzle member further comprises a nozzle 38, the nozzle 38 being provided with the cold discharge outlet 35 and the flushing inlet 36; the front end of the nozzle 37 is inserted into the nozzle 38. The sealing element 32 is a first sealing ring 321 and a second sealing ring 322 arranged at the front end of the nozzle 37, and the first sealing ring 321 and the second sealing ring 322 are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the water outlet channel 34. The limit fitting 33 further has a third limit fitting 333 disposed at the front end of the nozzle tube 37, a fourth limit member 381 is disposed at the rear end of the nozzle, and when the nozzle is at the retracted position, the fourth limit member 381 and the third limit fitting 333 are abutted along the extending direction to form a linkage fit. In the extended position, the fourth position-limiting member 381 is spaced from the third position-limiting fitting member 333 by a distance, which is the distance that the walking member 31 moves relative to the second position-limiting fitting member 332 after the position-limiting fitting is released.
After the arrangement is carried out, when the cold water discharge outlet 35 is opened, the second sealing ring 322 moves to a position between the cold water discharge outlet 35 and the flushing water inlet 36; when the cold water outlet 35 is closed, the first sealing ring 321 moves between the cold water outlet 35 and the flushing water inlet 36. It is thus achieved that the seal 32 closes the flushing water inlet 36 when the cold discharge outlet 35 is open; when the cold water outlet 35 is closed, the sealing member 32 opens the effect of flushing the water inlet 36.
In this embodiment, the cold discharge outlet 35 is disposed on the lower sidewall of the nozzle 38, such that the end of the cold discharge outlet 35 faces the ceramic pan surface of the toilet, and in a cold discharge state, the residual water passes through the outlet flow channel 34 and the cold discharge outlet 35 and then flows downward toward the ceramic pan surface of the toilet. The cold discharging mode can accelerate the discharge of residual water by utilizing gravity, and the cold discharging speed is higher.
Correspondingly, the flushing water inlet 36 is also arranged on the lower side wall of the nozzle 38, and water flows into the flushing water inlet 36 and then passes through the flushing flow channel 361 and is sprayed out from the flushing water outlet 362 on the upper side wall of the nozzle 38, so that the flushing effect is realized.
In this embodiment, the driving member 1 is a gear 11 and a motor 12 disposed on the washing rack 2, and the traveling member 31 is a rack engaged with the gear 11; the motor 12 drives the gear 11 to rotate forward or backward, so as to drive the rack to move towards the extending direction or the retracting direction.
In addition, the flushing water inlet 36 in this embodiment may be a bidet water inlet or a hip water inlet, that is, both hip washing and bidet washing may be performed to discharge cold.
Taking hip washing as an example, once receiving a hip washing instruction, the self-cleaning port 4 of the washing assembly starts to discharge water for about 3S, the reversing valve is switched to the hip washing port, and cold water in the hip washing pipeline is discharged downwards from the cold discharge water outlet 35 of the nozzle 38. Meanwhile, under the driving of the motor 12, the rack drives the spray pipe component to extend, cold water in the hip washing pipeline is continuously discharged in the extending process, before the spray pipe component moves to the extending position, under the limiting action of the first limiting block of the motor 12 driving the rack and the washing bracket 2 on the spray pipe 37, the water outlet flow channel 34 of the hip washing pipeline is switched to be communicated with the hip washing water inlet of the nozzle 38 to clean the hip, and at the moment, the water temperature is raised to the required temperature; when the washing is finished and the rack is retracted, the rack is retracted to the rearmost end, and the spray pipe 37 enables the water outlet channel 34 of the hip washing pipeline to be connected with the cold discharge water outlet 35 of the nozzle 38 again under the action of the second limiting block, and the hip washing pipeline is restored to the initial state; the same applies to women washing.
The above-described method of discharging cold of the flushing assembly can be summarized as the following steps:
1) when the flushing component does not receive a flushing instruction, the spray pipe component is located at the initial position, and the cold discharge water outlet 35 is opened;
2) after the flushing assembly receives a flushing instruction, the driving part 1 drives the spray pipe component to move towards the extending position along the extending direction of the flushing bracket 2, and the cold discharge water outlet 35 is kept open for cold discharge;
3) when the nozzle component moves to the first middle position, the sealing element 32 of the nozzle component is separated from the linkage fit with the walking part 31, the sealing element 32 and the walking part 31 move relatively, and the cold discharge water outlet 35 is closed.
4) After the flushing assembly finishes the flushing process, the driving part 1 drives the spray pipe component to move towards the retracted position along the extending direction of the flushing bracket 2;
5) when the nozzle member moves to the second intermediate position, the sealing member 32 of the nozzle member is disconnected from the traveling member 31, the sealing member 32 and the traveling member 31 move relatively, and the cold discharge outlet 35 is opened.
The embodiment also provides an intelligent closestool which uses the cold discharge method or the flushing assembly.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 10 to 14, the difference in the present embodiment from embodiment 1 is: in this embodiment, the nozzle 37 and the traveling member 31 are integrally provided, and the linkage connection is not released, but a link 39 linked with the sealing member 32 is additionally provided to the nozzle member; the first stop fitting 331 is arranged on the connecting rod 39.
And the rear end surface of the connecting rod 39 also forms the second limit fitting piece in embodiment 1, and the function is the same as that in embodiment 1, and is not described again.
Since the nozzle 37 is always moved together with the traveling member 31, the water flow path of the nozzle 37 can be always communicated with the cold discharge outlet 35 and the flushing inlet 36 of the nozzle 38. The benefit of this arrangement is that the seal 32 does not need to be sealed to flush the inlet 36 and is relatively simple in construction. And the cold water outlet 35 is made larger, so that cold water can flow out of the cold water outlet 35 and jet flow cannot be formed. Even if a small part of water enters the flushing water inlet 36, jet flow cannot be formed due to insufficient water pressure, so that even if cold water flows out of the flushing water outlet 362, the cold water cannot impact the body of a user, and the smooth completion of a cold discharging process is ensured.
Specifically, the cold water discharge outlet 35 is disposed at a front end of the water discharge flow passage 34. Correspondingly, the position relationship between the sealing element 32 and the cold discharge water outlet 35 satisfies: when the cold discharge water outlet 35 is opened, the sealing element 32 and the cold discharge water outlet 35 are spaced at a certain distance along the extending direction; when the cold water outlet 35 is closed, the sealing element 32 is attached to the periphery of the cold water outlet 35.
The specific structure of the sealing element 32 is as follows: the sealing member 32 includes a connecting member 323 and a blocking member 324 connected to the front end of the connecting rod 39; said connector 323 comprises a first portion 3231 arranged along the extension of the washing holder 2; the front end of the first part 3231 is bent to form a second part 3232; the blocking piece 324 is disposed at a side of the second portion 3232 facing the cold discharge outlet 35. In this embodiment, the plugging member 324 is a silicone member.
The front ends of the connecting piece 323 and the connecting rod 39 are respectively provided with a clamping groove and a clamping strip which are in clamping fit.
In addition, in order to allow the movement direction of the connecting rod 39 to be exactly along the extending or retracting direction, the nozzle 37 is further provided with a guide groove 371 arranged along the extending direction of the washing holder 2; the link 39 is fitted into the guide groove.
This embodiment also provides the intelligent closestool of assembling above-mentioned water outlet assembly.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 15 to 16, in the present embodiment, a water valve housing 341 is provided in the water outlet passage 34, and the cold discharge outlet 35 is provided in a side wall of the water valve housing 341. Compared with the structure of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, the flow direction of the discharged cold water is slightly different, the cold water of the embodiment 1 is directly discharged downwards, and the cold water of the embodiment 2 is discharged forwards; while in this embodiment the cold water is discharged sideways.
In order to close the cold water outlet 35, the sealing member 32 is provided on a valve element 325 at the front end of the connecting rod 39, and the valve element 325 is inserted into the water valve housing 341.
This embodiment also provides the intelligent closestool of assembling above-mentioned water outlet assembly.
Example 4
