The main body 10 may have a cylindrical shape or a regular or irregular polygonal shape, but the outlet 14 is generally circular, the sealing member 22 is a circular ring, and the first sealing portion 221 is a hollow circular ring, or when the sealing member 22 is combined with the main body 10, the first sealing portion 221 is only combined with the inner wall 10d of the main body 10/the outlet 14, but the first sealing portion 221 does not seal the outlet 14, and the second sealing portion 222 is formed to extend radially outward from the first sealing portion 221.
Conversely, the seal 22 can also be described as a circular ring, the seal 22 is a circular ring, the second seal portion 222 is a circular ring having a rim 222a and a gap 222b, the first seal portion 221 is a protrusion protruding from the rim 222a away from the rim 222a, when the seal 22 is mounted, the first seal portion 221 is combined with the inner wall 10d of the main body 10, the second seal portion 222 is combined with the first end face 10c of the main body 10, and the outlet 14 is opposite to the gap 222b, i.e., the outlet 14 is not sealed by the seal 22.
The first sealing portion 221 is hollow or the second sealing portion 222 is hollow 222b, so that the outlet 14 is not sealed by the sealing member 22, which brings about the advantages that, on one hand, the overall material consumption of the sealing member 22 can be greatly reduced, thereby reducing the material cost of the sealing member 22, and on the other hand, the structure of the sealing member 22 is simplified, thereby enabling the sealing member 22 to be produced more easily, thereby reducing the production cost of the sealing member 22.
The cover body 21 includes a cover portion 211 and an extension portion 212 extending from the cover portion 211, the sealing member 22 is located in a cavity formed by the cover portion 211 and the extension portion 212, the vacant portion 222b is opposite to the cover portion 211, a side wall of the extension portion 212 is formed with an internal thread 213 for coupling with the external thread 13, and the support portion 12 is used to support the cover 2 and restrict the continuous movement of the cover 2 when the cover 2 is coupled with the reagent cartridge body 1, thereby ensuring the stable coupling of the cover 2 with the reagent cartridge body 1; meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3, the first sealing portion 221 is coupled to the inner wall 10d of the main body, the second sealing portion 222 is tightly coupled to the first end surface 10c of the main body 10 by the pressing of the cover portion 211, the outlet 14 is opposed to the cover portion 211, that is, the outlet 14 is sealed by the cover portion 211, and finally, a good seal is formed between the cover 2 and the reagent cartridge body 1.
Since the cover 21 and the sealing member 22 are integrally formed, the sealing member 22 can be disengaged from the main body 10 as the cover 21 is opened, preferably, the cover 21 and the sealing member 22 can be integrally formed by injection molding, the cover 21 can be injection molded first, and then the sealing member 22 and the cover 21 can be injection molded as a single body by a secondary injection molding, and the sealing member 22 is made of an elastic material.
More preferably, the sealing member 22 is first injection-molded, and then the sealing member 22 is combined with the mold of the cover body 21, and the two are integrally formed by secondary injection molding, so that compared with the way of first injection-molding the cover body 21, the way of first injection-molding the sealing member 22 can further simplify the mold structure and improve the injection molding efficiency.
When the cover 2 is injection molded, a gap g is formed between the outer edge of the sealing member 22 and the extension 212 in the radial direction of the sealing member 22, or the outer diameter of the sealing member 22 is smaller than the diameter of the cover 211, or the outer diameter of the sealing member 22 may be smaller than the inner diameter of the cover body 21. When the cover 2 is coupled with the reagent cartridge body 1, the outer edge 222a of the second sealing portion is pressed by the cover 211 and the first end surface 10c to be radially deformed, and the gap g provides a space for the radial deformation of the outer edge 222a of the second sealing portion, and if the gap g is not provided, the cover 2 may be reversely pressed by the outer edge 222a of the second sealing portion during the coupling of the cover 2 with the reagent cartridge body 1, and thus, the cover 2 may not be tightly coupled with the reagent cartridge body 1, thereby causing the leakage of the reagent; meanwhile, the provision of the gap g, which provides a space for the mold of the cover body 21 to enter when the secondary injection molding of the sealing member 22 and the cover body 21 is performed, also facilitates the secondary injection molding of the sealing member 22 and the cover body 21.
As described above, since the cap 21 and the seal 22 are formed integrally, the operator does not need to attach the seal 22 to the cap 21, and there is no need to worry about the problem of detachment of the seal 22, and the manufacturing accuracy and the attachment accuracy of the seal 22 can be controlled effectively, and when the cap 2 is coupled to the main body 10, the first seal portion 221 seals around the outlet 14, the second seal portion 222 is pressed against the first end surface 10c by the pressure of the cap 21, and the cap 21 faces the outlet 14, thereby achieving good sealing of the cap 2 to the main body 10.
[ example two ]
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of a sealing member in a reagent cartridge according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the void portion 222b of the sealing member 22 is eliminated, and the second sealing portion 222 is a solid whole, and at this time, the seal member 22 is a solid annular body as a whole, the first seal portion 221 still extends from one side surface of the second seal portion 222, when the cap 2 is injection-molded, in the radial direction of the seal 22, there is still a gap g between the seal 22 and the extension 212, and when the cover 2 is coupled with the reagent cartridge body 1, the first sealing portion 221 is still used for sealing around the outlet 14, and the second sealing portion 222 is still pressed against the first end surface 10c by the pressure of the cover body 21, and at this time, although the outlet 14 is opposite to the second sealing portion 222, the cover body 21 is formed integrally with the sealing member 22, the sealing member 22 and the cover body 21 no longer need to be installed, at the same time, the sealing member 22 does not fall off from the lid body 21, and finally, the lid 2 can achieve good sealing against the main body 10.
[ third example ]
In the present embodiment, one of the first seal portion 221 and the second seal portion 222 of the seal member 22 is eliminated, but the seal member 22 is still formed integrally with the lid body 21. Fig. 7A is a perspective view of one of the sealing members in the reagent kit according to the third embodiment of the present invention; fig. 7B is a perspective view of another sealing member in the reagent cartridge according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7A, when the seal 22 has only the first seal portion 221, the first seal portion 221 abuts on the periphery of the outlet 14 to seal the outlet 14 in the circumferential direction, and the lid portion 211 abuts on the first distal end surface 10c, so that even if the reagent flows out from the outlet 14, the first seal portion 221 is formed integrally with the lid body 21, and no gap is present between the first seal portion 221 and the lid body 21 in the radial direction of the lid body 21, and therefore the reagent does not leak, and the main body 10 is sealed well by the lid 2.
As shown in fig. 7B, when the seal 22 has only the second seal portion 222, the second seal portion 222 abuts the first end surface 10c and extends radially under the pressing of the cap portion 211 and the first end surface 10c, and thus the second seal portion 222 is in close contact with the first end surface 10 c; similarly, since the second seal portion 222 is formed integrally with the lid body 21, there is no gap therebetween, and the second seal portion 222 and the first end surface 10c are also in close contact with each other under the pressure of the lid portion 211, the reagent does not leak, and the main body 10 is sealed well by the lid 2.
In the present embodiment, even if the sealing member 22 has only one of the first sealing portion 221 and the second sealing portion 222, since the sealing member 22 is formed integrally with the lid body 21, the sealing member 22 does not need to be attached to the lid body 21 by an operator any more, and there is no fear that the sealing member 22 will fall off from the lid body 21, and at the same time, the sealing member 22 can achieve good sealing with the main body 10.
