The microbial community which is adapted to the environmental condition of the chamber is cultured in each compartment and is contacted with the influent water at different stages, so that the corresponding microorganisms are ensured to have the optimal working activity, and the separation of the biological phases is realized to a certain extent, thereby stabilizing and improving the treatment effect of the facility. The compartment extends the flow path of the water flow within the reactor, thereby facilitating contact of the sewage with the sludge. Due to the blocking performance of the guide plate and the sedimentation performance of the sludge, the flow velocity of the sludge in the horizontal direction is extremely slow, so that a large amount of sludge is intercepted in the baffling anaerobic reactor 2, and the loss of the sludge is avoided.
The lower end of the first guide plate 21 is turned over towards the water flow direction. The bottom of the first guide plate 21 is bent to 45 degrees. The matrix filler 31 includes one or a combination of two or more of activated carbon, limestone and sand. The aeration biological bed 3 is a biological bed for the bacteria and plant cooperative treatment. The matrix filler 31 in the aeration biological bed 3 is selected from the combination of active carbon, limestone and sand stone, and denitrifying phosphorus accumulating bacteria strains are attached in the matrix filler 31.
Denitrifying phosphorus accumulating bacteria are facultative anaerobes which complete two different biological processes of denitrifying and phosphorus absorbing simultaneously in the same body. Under the aerobic condition, organic nitrogen is converted into ammonia nitrogen, then nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria are utilized to convert the ammonia nitrogen into nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen through nitrification, and then the nitrate nitrogen is converted into nitrogen through denitrification. Under aerobic condition, denitrifying phosphorus accumulating bacteria use oxygen as electron acceptor to utilize the energy generated by oxidizing and decomposing poly-beta-hydroxybutyric acid (PHB) stored in vivo to complete reproduction and metabolism, and ADP obtains the energy for synthesizing ATP. Meanwhile, the polyphosphate bacteria excessively absorb phosphate in the solution to synthesize polyphosphate, glycogen and other organic particles, and the polyphosphate, the glycogen and other organic particles are stored in cells. The phosphorus taken by the denitrifying phosphorus accumulating bacteria in the aerobic environment is far greater than the phosphorus released by the denitrifying phosphorus accumulating bacteria in the anaerobic environment, so that the effect of removing the total phosphorus in the sewage can be achieved.
One part of nitrogen and phosphorus in the sewage is reacted by the denitrifying phosphorus accumulating bacteria, and the other part of the nitrogen and phosphorus in the sewage is absorbed by the plant 33, so that the plant 33 can fix nutrient elements such as nitrogen and phosphorus well and provide nutrition for the plant 33. The limestone layer and the activated carbon layer also play a role in removing harmful substances in the sewage and disinfecting, and further ensure that the effluent stably reaches the standard.
The plants 33 planted in the matrix filler 31 can be emergent aquatic plants such as canna, floral leaf arundo donax and the like, the roots of the emergent aquatic plants are inserted into the gravels of the matrix filler 31, the gravels have good ventilation effect, and the plants 33 can breathe smoothly, so that healthy and strong root systems grow quickly, the plant 33 also has the effect of accelerating water circulation, and the water accumulation phenomenon can be effectively prevented.
The aeration device comprises an aeration pipe 42, the aeration pipe 42 is connected to a fan 41 through a pipeline, and the fan 41 is electrically connected with a power supply 4. The power supply 4 supplies power to the fan 41, the fan 41 pumps fresh air from the outside air and then blows the aeration pipe 42, the aeration pipe 42 is provided with a plurality of holes, the air is released from the holes to be in contact with sewage for oxygenation, so that oxygen in the air and the sewage are fully mixed, the oxygen is promoted to move to a liquid phase from the water phase, the microorganisms are guaranteed to have enough dissolved oxygen for substance metabolism, and the decomposition effect on organic matters in the sewage is guaranteed.
The power supply 4 is a solar power supply system. The solar power supply system is adopted for supplying power, an external power supply is not needed, energy consumption is saved, and use cost is reduced.
The lower part of the grit chamber 1 is provided with a water inlet 11, and the upper part of the aeration biological bed 3 is provided with a water outlet 34. The function of the grit chamber 1 is to separate inorganic particles with relatively high density, such as sand, from sewage by utilizing the settleability of suspended particles in water, and the organic suspended particles are taken away with water flow, so as to achieve a process of solid-liquid separation. The sewage is introduced from a water inlet 11 arranged at a lower height of the grit chamber 1, and inorganic particles with larger density such as sand are removed from the sewage so as to prevent the impurities from influencing the normal operation of the subsequent baffled anaerobic reactor 2 and the aeration biological bed 3. The treated non-toxic and harmless clean water overflows from the water outlet 34.
Grit chamber 1, baffling anaerobic reactor 2 and the adjacent setting of biological bed 3 of aeration, grit chamber 1 and baffling anaerobic reactor 2 are through crossing water hole 5 intercommunication, baffling anaerobic reactor 2 and biological bed 3 of aeration also are through crossing water hole 5 intercommunication, and the water hole 5 that crosses that sets up between grit chamber 1 and the baffling anaerobic reactor 2 sets up highly to be higher than the water hole 5 that crosses that sets up between baffling anaerobic reactor 2 and the biological bed 3 of aeration.
