A carton as claimed in claim 3, wherein a plurality of retaining grooves are formed in the upper ends of the second long side plates, magnets are fixed in the retaining grooves, magnets are arranged on the cover plate, and the cover plate is turned over to absorb the magnets in the retaining grooves after the storage box is placed in the box.
