In order to realize the folding formation of the above-mentioned packing box, as shown in fig. 6 and 10, the box body 1 includes a bottom plate 11, a side plate 17 connected with the periphery of the bottom plate 11, and a plurality of folding plates 18 connected with the side plate 17, wherein the side plate 17 is a corrugated paper board extending from the bottom plate 11 to the periphery, and the folding plates 18 arranged at the periphery can be folded towards the bottom plate 11 and form a cavity 12 surrounding the bottom plate 11 with the side plate 17. The folding plates 18 each include an extension plate 181 extending in a direction away from the bottom plate 11, and an extension ear plate 13 and an abutment plate 182 respectively located on both sides of the extension plate 181. Specifically, the folding sequence of the box body 1 is as follows: firstly, bending an extension plate 181 upwards, forwards, downwards and forwards in sequence to form a cavity 12 with two side openings; further, the abutting plate 182 is bent toward the inner side of the cavity 12 and abuts against one side opening of the cavity 12, so as to form the cavity 12 with one side opening; then, the extending plate 181 is connected with the side plate 17 and is bent downwards, so that a cavity 12 with the side plate 17 as the outer side surface is formed; finally, the extending ear plates 13 arranged at one side of the folding plate 18 are inserted into the adjacent cavities 12, and the plurality of adjacent cavities 12 are connected with the bottom plate 11 to form the box body 1.
In order to connect the adjacent cavities 12 more closely, the size of the folding plate 18 inserted into the end of the cavity 12 of the extended ear plate 13 in the extending direction of the cavity 12 is set smaller than the size of the side plate 17, and the size of the side plate 17 and the size of the folding plate 18 in the extending direction of the cavity 12 are not smaller than the width of the cavity 12. Because the lateral plate 17 is used as the outer lateral surface of the cavity 12, the length of the outer lateral edge of the formed cavity 12 is larger than that of the inner lateral edge, and further when the extension ear plate 13 is inserted into the cavity 12, the end of the inserted cavity 12 can be embedded into the inserted cavity 12 and abut against the inner side of the lateral plate 17, a complete box body structure is formed by the single-side opening of the inner side abutting cavity 12 of the lateral plate 17, and a plurality of cavities 12 are embedded into and abutted against each other to form a more compact box body 1 structure. In this embodiment, since the extending ear plates 13 of the left cavity 122 and the right cavity 123 need to be inserted into two sides of the rear cavity 121, the sizes of two sides of the extending plate 181 of the rear cavity 121 along the extending direction of the cavity 12 are both set to be smaller than the size of the side plate 17, so that when the left cavity 122 and the right cavity 123 are connected to the rear cavity 121, the left cavity 122 and the right cavity 123 can be inserted into two sides of the rear cavity 122 and abut against the inner side of the side plate 17 of the rear cavity 12, thereby realizing the connection of the adjacent cavities 12, and similarly, since the sizes of the extending plate 181 of one side of the left cavity 122 and the right cavity 123 connected to the front cavity 124 along the extending direction of the cavity 12 are both set to be smaller than the size of the side plate 17, so that the front cavity 124 can be inserted into the left cavity 122 and the right cavity 123 and abut against the inner side of the side.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the accessory box 14 is formed by respectively nesting an inner box 141 and an annular sleeve 142, which are made of corrugated cardboard, and the side plate 17 on one side of the rear cavity 121 is connected with two symmetrically arranged folding plates 18, and a gap is formed between the two folding plates 18 to place the accessory box 14 in the gap after the first rear cavity 1211 and the second rear cavity 1212 are formed by bending. Similarly, preferably, in order to facilitate the user to take the mounting box, two symmetrically arranged folding plates 18 are connected to the side plate 17 on one side of the front cavity 124, and the two folding plates 18 are provided with a gap so as to be capable of placing the handle 15 in the gap after being bent to form the first front cavity 1241 and the second front cavity 1242. But the difference is that, because the accessory box 14 needs to be disposed on the surface of the box body 1, and the handle 15 needs to be disposed inside the box body 1, so as to pull the handle 15 out of the inner side of the front cavity 124 to lift the box body 1, the extending plate 181 which can be folded to form the first front cavity 1241 and the second front cavity 1242 is disposed at a position far away from the bottom plate 11, so that when the folding plate 18 is bent, the first front cavity 1241 and the second front cavity 1242 can be bent and disposed inside the front cavity 124, meanwhile, the handle 15 is embedded between the first front cavity 1241 and the second front cavity 1242, the side plate 17 is provided with a through hole through which the handle 15 can be inserted, and the handle 15 can be inserted from the side plate 17 and the package box can be easily taken out through the handle 15.
Preferably, the handle 15 is disposed at an intermediate position in the front cavity 124 to ensure that a user does not become lopsided when lifting the package by the handle 15. The handle 15 can be designed as a plastic handle, the handle is fixed on the packing box through the convex parts at two sides of the plastic handle, and meanwhile, when the packing box is not required to be lifted, the plastic handle can be placed back to the front cavity 124, so that the attractiveness of the packing box is ensured.
It should be noted that the box 1 may be provided with multiple layers, for example, multiple layers of bottom plates 11 may be provided or the folding plate 18 may be folded into multiple layers to form a more stable box 1 structure, and in addition, the size and dimension of the box 1 may be adjusted according to the size of the product to meet the requirement of packaging of different sizes of products, and the specific paper model thereof is not limited to the drawings of the embodiment, and may be modified and adjusted according to the implementation situation, and is not limited specifically herein.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 13 to 16, the size of the buffering component 16 is set according to the size of the corresponding cavity 12, and different buffering components 16 are disposed in different cavities 12, that is, the buffering components 16 are required to be completely filled in the cavities 12. Because the first buffer member 161 is formed by a paper box sleeved outside the semicircular section of the paper tube, the first buffer member 161 includes a first buffer box 1611, a second buffer box 1612, a third buffer box 1613 and a fourth buffer box 1614 which are respectively arranged in the rear cavity 121, the left cavity 122, the right cavity 123 and the front cavity 124, all the buffer boxes can be made by bending corrugated paper structures, and the paper mode structures of the third buffer box 1613 and the second buffer box 1612 are the same, as shown in fig. 14. The second cushioning member 162 is formed directly by joining paper tube semi-circular profiles of the same size as the cavity 12, while the upper cavity 125 and the lower cavity 126 in which the second cushioning member 162 is provided are made of a bent corrugated paper structure, the paper patterns of the upper cavity 125 and the lower cavity 126 being identical, as shown in fig. 16. Therefore, the first buffer member 161 is bent and filled to form a first buffer member, and then the first buffer member is placed in the cavity 12, and the second buffer member 162 is filled in the upper cavity 125 and the lower cavity 126, which are bent and formed, and then the first buffer member and the second buffer member are placed in the packaging box together, so that the packaging box structure with the buffer function can be formed.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 17, the box cover 2 includes a cover plate 21 connected to any one of the cavities 12 of the box body 1, a fastening plate 22 and a sealing plate 24, wherein the cover plate 21 may include a connecting plate 211 capable of connecting to any one of the cavities 12, and the connecting plate 211 is connected to a side of any one of the cavities 12, so as to connect the cover plate 2 to the box body 1. Specifically, the connection mode of the connection plate 211 and the cavity 12 may be set to be bonding, the connection plate 211 is fixed on the cavity 12 through silk-screen glue or viscose, and the cover plate 21 is prevented from falling off from the box cover 2 when excessive force is applied. Preferably, the connecting panel 211 is sized to just cover the sides of the cavity 12, thereby improving the regularity of the package.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 1-17, the folding and assembling method of the packing box paper mold comprises the following steps:
in the first step, each part is folded and formed independently. The folding forming method of the buffer part 16 comprises the following steps:
respectively bending the first buffer box body 1611, the second buffer box body 1612, the third buffer box body 1613 and the fourth buffer box body 1614 along the fold lines, filling paper tube semicircular profiles in the first buffer box body 1611, the second buffer box body 1612, the third buffer box body 1613 and the fourth buffer box body 1614 to form a first buffer part 161, simultaneously bending the paper moulds of the upper cavity 125 and the lower cavity 126 along the fold lines, filling the paper tube semicircular profiles in the paper moulds to form a second buffer part 162, and finishing the forming of the buffer part 16; the forming method of the frame of the box body 1 comprises the following steps:
the extension plate 181 is bent upwards, forwards, downwards and forwards in sequence to form a cavity 12 with two open ends, and then the abutting plate 182 on the cavity 12 is bent towards the inner side of the cavity 12 and abutted against the opening of the cavity 12 to form the cavity 12 with an opening on one side;
in the second step, the first buffer member 161 is put in from the opening end of the corresponding cavity 12, and the lower cavity 126 is placed on the bottom plate 11, so that the product is placed on the lower cavity 126, and the assembly of the buffer member 16 in the box body 1 is realized. Then, the extension plate 181 is communicated with the side plate 17 and is bent downwards, so that a cavity 12 with the side plate 17 as the outer side surface is formed, the extension ear plate 13 arranged on one side of the cavity 12 is inserted into the adjacent cavity 12, the adjacent cavities 12 are connected with the bottom plate 11 to form the box body 1, and then the product is wrapped in the box body 1;
thirdly, the inner box 141 and the annular sleeve 142 are respectively bent along the folding line, the accessories are placed in the inner box 141 and then are pushed into the inner box along the opening of the annular sleeve 142 together, the encapsulation of the accessory box 14 is realized, the accessory box 14 is embedded between the first rear cavity 1211 and the first rear cavity 1212, and the assembly of the box body 1 is realized;
fourthly, the connecting plate 211 is connected with the rear cavity 121 by silk-screen printing of glue, the upper cavity 125 is fixed on the inner side surface of the box cover 1 and the corresponding position of the lower cavity 126, then the cover plate 21 is turned over towards the surface of the box body 1, so that the cover plate 21 is completely buckled on the surface of the box body 1, and then the buckling plates 22 on the two sides of the box cover 2 are bent and the buckling ear plates 23 on the two sides are inserted into the gaps of the adjacent cavities 12 on the box body 1, so that the buckling of the packing box is realized;
fifthly, the part below the tearing line 241 on the sealing plate 24 is glued so as to glue the sealing plate 24 on the side surface of the cavity 12, thus realizing the locking of the packaging box and further completing the folding and assembling of the whole packaging box.

Claims (10)

1. A package, comprising:
the box body (1), the box body (1) includes a bottom plate (11) and a plurality of cavities (12) arranged around the bottom plate (11), one of two adjacent cavities (12) is provided with an extension ear plate (13), and the extension ear plate (13) can be inserted into the other of the two adjacent cavities (12);
the box cover (2) is connected with any one of the cavities (12), and the box cover (2) can be downwards buckled to cover the top of the box body (1);
the box body (1) and the box cover (2) are respectively formed by folding corrugated boards.

A pack as in claim 1, wherein the bottom panel (11) is rectangular, the cavities (12) comprise a front cavity (124), a rear cavity (121), a left cavity (122) and a right cavity (123), the lid (2) being associated with the rear cavity (121), the left cavity (122) and the right cavity (123) being provided, on a side close to the rear cavity (121), with the extended ear panel (13) and being inserted into the rear cavity (121), the front cavity (124) being provided, on both sides, with the extended ear panel (13) and being inserted, respectively, into the left cavity (122) and the right cavity (123).
3. A package as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said rear cavity (121) comprises a first rear cavity (1211) and a second rear cavity (1212) arranged at a distance from each other, said first rear cavity (1211) and said second rear cavity (1212) having a fitment box (14) interposed therebetween.
4. A packet as in claim 3, wherein the accessory case (14) comprises:
an inner case (141), wherein the upper side of the inner case (141) is opened and fittings are placed inside;
the annular sleeve (142), the annular sleeve (142) is located in the outer side of the inner box (141) in a sleeved mode, and the inner box (141) can be pushed out through openings in the two sides of the annular sleeve (142).

The packaging box according to claim 2, wherein the front cavity (124) comprises a first front cavity (1241) and a second front cavity (1242) which are arranged at intervals, a handle (15) is embedded between the first front cavity (1241) and the second front cavity (1242), and the handle (15) penetrates through the box cover (2).
6. A package as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the lid (2) comprises:
the cover plate (21), the cover plate (21) is connected with any one of the cavities (12), and the cover plate (21) can cover the top of the box body (1);
the box cover comprises fastening plates (22), wherein the fastening plates (22) are arranged on two sides of the connecting end of the cover plate (21) and the cavity (12), the fastening plates (22) can be bent towards the side face of the box body (1), fastening ear plates (23) are arranged on two sides of each fastening plate (22), and the fastening ear plates (23) can be inserted into gaps of the adjacent cavities (12) to fasten the box cover (2) on the box body (1).

A packet as in claim 6, characterized in that an upper cavity (125) and a lower cavity (126) are provided, respectively, on the inside of said cover panel (21) and on said bottom panel (11), said upper cavity (125) and said lower cavity (126) being positioned in correspondence so that said upper cavity (125) and said lower cavity (126) can grip the product when said cover panel (21) is closed.

A package according to claim 6, wherein a sealing plate (24) is connected to one end of the cover plate (21) not connecting the cavity (12) and the fastening plate (22), the sealing plate (24) can be bent towards the side of the cavity (12), and the sealing plate (24) can be adhered to the side of the cavity (12) to lock the package;
the sealing plate (24) is provided with a tearing line (241), and the tearing line (241) can be torn along the extending direction of the cavity (12) so as to unlock the packaging box.
9. A package as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a cushioning member (16) is provided in each of the cavities (12).
10. A package as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that the cushioning element (16) is provided as a paper tube semicircular profile.
