1. A cartoning machine, comprising:
a material conveying device (1) for conveying a material (100);
a pack supply device (3) for supplying packs (300);
the packing box conveying device (4) is arranged in parallel with the material conveying device (1) in a staggered mode and is used for conveying the packing boxes (300) after being opened;
the box opening device (5) is arranged at the upstream of the packing box conveying device (4) and is used for performing box opening operation on the packing boxes (300) on the packing box feeding device (3) and transferring the opened packing boxes (300) to the packing box conveying device (4);
the pushing device (6) is arranged on one side of the material conveying device (1) and used for pushing the materials (100) on the material conveying device (1) into the packaging box (300);
the box sealing devices (7), the two box sealing devices (7) are respectively arranged at two sides of the packing box conveying device (4), and the box sealing devices (7) are used for sealing the packing box (300);
the discharging shaping device (8) is arranged at the downstream of the packaging box conveying device (4) and is used for shaping the closed packaging box (300);
and the servo control system (9) is in communication connection with the material conveying device (1), the packaging box feeding device (3), the packaging box conveying device (4), the box opening device (5), the material pushing device (6), the box sealing device (7) and the discharging shaping device (8), and can independently control each device to start or stop operation.

Cartoning machine according to claim 1, further comprising a manual feeding device (2) in communication with the servo control system (9), the manual feeding device (2) being adapted to feed manual (200) and to transfer the manual (200) onto the material conveying device (1) to be conveyed along with the material (100); the material pushing device (6) can push the materials (100) and the specifications (200) on the material conveying device (1) into the packaging box (300).

Cartoning machine according to claim 1, wherein the pack feeding device (3) is arranged parallel above the pack conveying device (4), the conveying direction of the pack feeding device (3) being opposite to the conveying direction of the pack conveying device (4), and the output of the pack feeding device (3) being arranged opposite to the input of the pack conveying device (4).

Cartoning machine according to claim 1, wherein the unpacking device (5) comprises an upper unpacking module (51) and a lower unpacking module (52), the upper unpacking module (51) being used for sucking and pulling up the upper surface of a pack (300), and the lower unpacking module (52) being used for sucking and pulling down the lower surface of a pack (300) to pull the pack (300) open and stand.

The cartoning machine according to claim 4, wherein the upward-opening box module (51) comprises an upward-opening box servo motor (511), an upward-opening box linkage mechanism and an upward-opening box sucker (517), an input end of the upward-opening box linkage mechanism is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the upward-opening box servo motor (511), an output end of the upward-opening box linkage mechanism is fixedly connected with the upward-opening box sucker (517), and the upward-opening box servo motor (511) can drive the upward-opening box sucker (517) to perform reciprocating lifting movement through the upward-opening box linkage mechanism; and/or
The lower box opening module (52) comprises a lower box opening servo motor (521), a lower box opening link mechanism and a lower box opening sucker (527), the input end of the lower box opening link mechanism is in transmission connection with the output shaft of the lower box opening servo motor (521), the output end of the lower box opening link mechanism is fixedly connected with the lower box opening sucker (527), and the lower box opening servo motor (521) can drive the lower box opening sucker (527) to perform reciprocating lifting motion through the lower box opening link mechanism.

The cartoning machine according to claim 5, wherein the upper box opening link mechanism comprises an upper box opening fixing piece (512), an upper box opening rocker (513), an upper box opening swing arm (514) and an upper box opening link (515), one end of the upper box opening rocker (513) and one end of the upper box opening swing arm (514) are respectively hinged to two ends of the upper box opening fixing piece (512), the other end of the upper box opening rocker (513) and the other end of the upper box opening swing arm (514) are respectively hinged to two ends of the upper box opening link (515), the upper box opening sucker (517) is fixed on the upper box opening rocker (513), and the upper box opening servo motor (511) is used for driving the upper box opening rocker (513) to swing so as to drive the upper box opening sucker (517) to perform reciprocating lifting movement; and/or
