The transmission rod 340 is a round rod piece, is sleeved in the cross rod 34 in a sliding mode, and is fixedly connected with the lock pin 331, so that the lock pin 331 and the transmission rod 340 synchronously slide in the same direction, and the lock pin 331 is unlocked and locked by the unlocking sleeve 35. The second restoring member 341 is a spring or other elastic member, and two ends of the second restoring member respectively abut against between the two transmission rods 340.
