Abstract
防震保温瓶属于热水保温容器，它主要是由瓶
胆、外壳、上盖组成，其特征是在外壳的底部设有注入
孔，在瓶胆和外壳之间注入轻质保温材料。该保温瓶
的突出特点是在保持现有保温瓶结构基本不变的情
况下，既增加了保温效果，又可起到防震作用。本方
案对于带有瓶胆的罐式广口饭盒和带有紫砂内胆的
保温杯均适用。
Description
防震保温瓶属于热水保温器具。
现有的保温瓶主要是由瓶胆和外壳组成。瓶胆为双层玻璃结构，外壳为金属、塑料、竹条等材料制成。其保温原理是利用瓶胆的真空实现绝热，达到保温目的。但由于瓶胆与外壳之间存有空间，当受到冲击或震动时，极易使瓶胆破碎，影响其使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有保温瓶的上述缺点，提高其使用寿命，提供一种防震保温瓶。
实现上述的目的具体方案是：一种防震保温瓶，它主要是由瓶胆、外壳、上盖组成，其特殊之处是在壳体的底部设有注入孔，在瓶胆和外壳之间注入轻质保温材料。
本方案的优点是，在保持现有保温瓶结构基本不变的情况下，沿底部的注入孔将轻质保温材料注入瓶胆与壳体之间的空间，使瓶胆和外壳成为一体，既可明显的增加保温效果，又可达到防震，保护瓶胆的作用，从而提高保温瓶的使用寿命。
下面结合附图介绍本方案的实施例。图1为防震保温瓶，图2为图1的A向视图。图中1为上盖，2为壳体，3为把手，4为瓶胆，5为轻质保温材料，6为底座，7为底座上的注入孔。其结构与现有的一般保温瓶结构基本相同，只须在底座上设一个小注入孔7，将液态的轻质保温材料（如聚氨酯泡沫塑料）注入瓶胆与外壳之间的空间内，待轻质保温材料凝固后，瓶胆与外壳即成为一体，从而达到即防震又增加保温性能的目的。
本实用新型提供的方案对于带有瓶胆的广口罐式保温饭盒，对于带有玻璃瓶胆或紫砂内胆的保温杯同样适用。只要将轻质保温材料注入内胆和外壳之间的空间内，使保温杯或保温饭盒等类似器具的容器体为由瓶胆、轻质保温材料，外壳构成的复合结构，均可起到保温防震作用。
