Description

Drawer pull-out guide and furniture
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a drawer pull-out guide device, comprising: a first rail and a second rail movable relative to the first rail; at least one sliding table movably mounted between the first rail and the second rail, the sliding table having at least one rolling body in rolling contact with both the first rail and the second rail; at least one first pull-out limiting unit acting between the first rail and the slide table, the first pull-out limiting unit having a rail-side stop extending from the first rail and a slide table-side stop extending from the slide table, the slide table-side stop being elastically deformable and/or elastically connected with the slide table, wherein the slide table-side stop is in contact with the rail-side stop when a first pull-out length is reached; and at least one additional pull-out limiting unit which is only active when the first pull-out length is exceeded, wherein at least one additional pull-out limiting unit has a further rail-side stop extending from the rail. The invention also relates to a piece of furniture having two such drawer extension guides, wherein the drawer is connected to the furniture base body by means of at least two drawer extension guides, wherein the first rail is connected to the furniture base body in a rigid manner and the second rail is connected to the drawer in a rigid manner.
Background
In high-quality furniture, a drawer extension guide is provided between a drawer, which is accommodated in a furniture base body, and the furniture base body, and is formed by two rail elements, which are usually made of metal and each have a rail, and a mobile station arranged between the two rails. Two such drawer extension guides are usually provided for each drawer. In this case, the first rail element is rigidly connected to the furniture carcass, while the second rail element is rigidly connected to the drawer.
A pull-out limiting unit is provided in each drawer pull-out guide, which causes: the drawer can only be pulled out of the furniture carcass by a specific length. In a simple embodiment, such a pull-out limiting unit is formed by a stop extending from the first rail and a further stop extending from the second rail, and the stops stop each other when the maximum pull-out length is reached. As a result, without further measures, particularly when the drawer is pulled out quickly, very hard end stops are produced, which are perceived as disturbing by many users.
WO 2017/120629 a1 thus formed thus proposes a drawer pull-out guide having two pull-out limiting units. The first pull-out limiting unit has a spring element extending from the slide table, which spring element comes into contact with a stop extending from the rail when the first pull-out length is reached.
Due to the elasticity of the stop on the sliding table side, the drawer stops gently when the first extended length is reached. To prevent: when the drawer is pulled out with an excessive movement or an excessive force, the elastic sliding table-side stopper is damaged, an additional pull-out limiting unit is provided which acts directly between the two rails and which has a further first rail-side stopper bent outward from the first rail and a further second rail-side stopper bent outward from the second rail. The two further rail-side stops are therefore designed as metal projections. The additional pull-out limiting unit only acts when the elastic sliding-table-side stop is deformed over a defined path. In this case, the other two rail-side stops are in contact with each other.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In this respect, the invention proposes the object of further improving such a drawer extension guide.
The object is achieved by a drawer extension guide according to the invention, wherein at least one further rail-side stop is in contact with the end side of the sliding table by means of an additional limiting unit, and by a furniture part having two such drawer extension guides.
As in the case of such drawer extension guides, at least one additional extension limiting unit is also provided in the drawer extension guide according to the invention, which additional extension limiting unit is only effective when a first extension length, at which the first extension limiting unit is effective, is exceeded. However, in contrast to the drawer pull-out guide formed in this way, this additional pull-out limiting unit does not act between the two rails, but between one of the two rails and the end side of the slide table. This has several advantages:
on the one hand, the support body of the sliding table, in which the rolling bodies are supported, is usually made of plastic, so that even when the additional pull-out limiting unit is active, the stop is not as hard and noisy as when the two metal projections hit each other.
Furthermore, two additional pull-out limiting units can be provided, so that the force can be distributed better and very mirror-symmetrically overall.
Finally, the slide tables can be constructed mirror-symmetrically, so that the same slide tables can be used for the left-hand and right-hand drawer pull-out guides.
Further preferred embodiments emerge from the following.

Detailed Description
All fig. 1 to 9 show the same drawer extension guide or parts of a drawer extension guide in different views. Accordingly, reference is made to all of the accompanying drawings.
The drawer pull-out guide has a first rail element 10 and a second rail element 20. The first rail element and the second rail element are each designed as a one-piece metal profile. In addition to the first rail 12, the first rail element 10 has a fastening section 17 and a connecting section 18, as can be seen in particular from fig. 3. The first rail 12 has a section extending vertically in the mounted state and a section extending horizontally in the mounted state. The transition between the two sections is formed in a curved manner. The second rail 22 of the second rail element 20 has substantially the shape of an O which is open on the underside, as can be derived, for example, from fig. 4.
As can be seen clearly from fig. 5 and 6, for example, two rail-side stops 14, 16 extend from the first rail 12, said stops being designed as projections which are bent outward from the first rail 12. Here, a stop, referred to as track-side stop 14, extends outwards (i.e. away from the fastening section 17), while another stop, referred to as first further track-side stop 16, extends inwards, i.e. towards the connecting section 18.
A stop, which is configured as an outwardly curved projection, also extends from the second rail 22, said stop being referred to as a second, further rail-side stop 26. The stop extends into an O-shaped piece of the track. This can be clearly seen, for example, in fig. 3.
According to the definition referred to herein, the stops 14, 16 and 26 are part of their respective rail element 10, 20, but not of the respective rail 12, 22 itself, but are only directly connected with said rail.
The slide table 30 disposed between the first rail 12 and the second rail 22 can be clearly seen in fig. 5 to 9, for example. The slide table 30 has a support body 32 and a plurality of rolling elements supported by the support body 32. The rolling elements are formed as a first roller 33, a second roller 34, a third roller 35 and balls 36. In the mounted state, each of the rolling elements is in rolling contact with both the first rail 12 and the second rail 22. A support-side stopper 37 extends from an outer lower end of the support 32. The stop is formed substantially in a V-shape with two legs 37a and 37b and is located symmetrically between the two end sides 32a, 32b of the carrier 32. The connection between the stop 37 on the support side and the support 32 takes place via two wave- shaped sections 38a, 38 b. The carrier 32, the carrier-side stop 37 and the wave- shaped sections 38a, 38b form a one-piece carrier element 31 made of plastic. That is, the support-side stop 37 is connected integrally to the support 32 via the wave- shaped sections 38a, 38 b.
Due to its structure and its coupling to the carrier 32 by means of the wave- shaped sections 38a, 38b, the carrier-side stop 37 is elastically movable in the longitudinal direction on both sides relative to the carrier 32.
The slide 30 is entirely mirror-symmetrical, with a mirror plane SE extending between the two legs 37a, 37b, as is depicted in fig. 8.
The drawer extension guide functions as follows: if the drawer has reached a first predetermined pull-out length when pulled out in the direction a (see fig. 8), the support-side stop 3, here its first leg 37a, comes into contact with the rail-side stop 14, which extends outward from the first rail 12. Due to the elasticity of the stop 37 on the support side and its elastic connection to the support 32, the drawer is gently arrested (no "hard" stop). If this first pull-out length is exceeded by a predetermined additional pull-out length, the further first track-side stop 16 comes into contact with the first end side 32a of the support body 32 (and thus also the sliding table 30). At the same time, the second, further track-side stop 26 also comes into contact with the second end side 32b of the support body 32. Thus, the two rails 12, 22 and the slide table 30 can no longer continue to move relative to each other, and the drawer eventually stops.
