本实用新型公开一种空分液化气体生产船,包括船体,所述船体内依次设有彼此通过管路连接的空气过滤器、压缩机、分子筛净化器、换热器、膨胀机和精馏塔,所述精馏塔为双级精馏塔,精馏塔上段与精馏塔下段铰接连接,精馏塔上段还与折叠油缸伸缩端铰接连接,精馏塔出料口分别通过管线与液化氧气储罐和液化氮气储罐连接;本实用新型能够能够根据电价的时间、地点不同的变化在不同的地区生产空分液化气体,实现节约成本的目的;并且通过折叠油缸的伸、缩使精馏塔上段处于竖立、倒伏状态,可以实现生产或者运输两种工况。

本实用新型涉及气体生产船制造技术领域,具体地指一种空分液化气体生产船。
背景技术
目前,国内外生产空分液化气体,采用陆基生产模式,即在陆地上建设工厂,进行生产销售。空分液化气体生产的主要原料是空气,生产的主要成本是电费,由于我国电力行业的快速发展,整体上将会由电力短缺到电力过剩,局部地区有弃电现象发生,且随季节发生变化,因此,需要设计出一种空分液化气体生产船,根据电价的时间、地点不同的变化,使生产船沿江、沿河航行,在不同的地区生产,以实现节约成本的目的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种空分液化气体生产船,能够根据电价的时间、地点不同的变化在不同的地区生产空分液化气体,以实现节约成本的目的。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题,所采用的技术方案是:一种空分液化气体生产船,包括船体,所述船体内依次设有彼此通过管路连接的空气过滤器、压缩机、分子筛净化器、换热器、膨胀机和精馏塔,所述精馏塔为双级精馏塔,精馏塔上段与精馏塔下段铰接连接,精馏塔上段还与折叠油缸伸缩端铰接连接,精馏塔出料口分别通过管线与液化氧气储罐和液化氮气储罐连接。
优选地,所述精馏塔上段还与支撑柱顶部的枕木配合,支撑柱底部固定于船甲板上,精馏塔下段也固定于船甲板上。
优选地,所述换热器数量为两个,分为一级换热器和二级换热器,所述一级换热器和二级换热器之间设有第一管路,所述第一管路与旁支管路一端连通,所述二级换热器出口通过第二管路与膨胀机进口连接,旁支管路另一端与膨胀机进口连接。
优选地,所述旁支管路和第二管路上均设有阀门。
优选地,所述精馏塔上还设有回流管路,回流管路上设有循环泵。
优选地,所述精馏塔上段与精馏塔下段连接的位置一侧通过支铰铰接连接,另一侧通过紧固件可拆卸连接。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型能够能够根据电价的时间、地点不同的变化在不同的地区生产空分液化气体,实现节约成本的目的;并且通过折叠油缸的伸、缩使精馏塔上段处于竖立、倒伏状态,可以实现生产或者运输两种工况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述。
如图1至3所示,一种空分液化气体生产船,包括船体1,所述船体1内依次设有彼此通过管路连接的空气过滤器2、压缩机3、分子筛净化器4、换热器5、膨胀机6和精馏塔7,所述精馏塔7为双级精馏塔,精馏塔7上段与精馏塔7下段铰接连接,精馏塔7上段还与折叠油缸8伸缩端铰接连接,精馏塔7出料口分别通过管线与液化氧气储罐16和液化氮气储罐17连接。
优选地,所述精馏塔7上段还与支撑柱9顶部的枕木9.1配合,支撑柱9底部固定于船甲板10上,精馏塔7下段也固定于船甲板10上。这样设计后当精馏塔7上段翻转成横向平放倒伏状态时,其一端可以搁放于支撑柱9顶部的枕木9.1上,枕木9.1可以承受精馏塔7上段的重量。
优选地,所述换热器5数量为两个,分为一级换热器5.1和二级换热器5.2,所述一级换热器5.1和二级换热器5.2之间设有第一管路5.3,所述第一管路5.3与旁支管路5.4一端连通,所述二级换热器5.2出口通过第二管路5.5与膨胀机6进口连接,旁支管路5.4另一端与膨胀机6进口连接。
优选地,所述旁支管路5.4和第二管路5.5上均设有阀门11。
在上述技术方案中,这样设计后可以根据实际情况选择通过一个换热器5进行换热,或者通过一级换热器5.1和二级换热器5.2加强换热效果。例如打开旁支管路5.4上的阀门,关闭第二管路5.5上的阀门,这样可以通过一级换热器5.1进行换热,关闭旁支管路5.4上的阀门,打开第二管路5.5上的阀门,这样可以通过一级换热器5.1和二级换热器5.2进行换热,提高换热效果。
优选地,所述精馏塔7上还设有回流管路12,回流管路12上设有循环泵13。通过增设回流管路12可以提高精馏塔7的精馏效果。
优选地,所述精馏塔7上段与精馏塔7下段连接的位置一侧通过支铰14铰接连接,另一侧通过紧固件15可拆卸连接。本实施例中紧固件15可以选用螺母与螺栓之间配合的方式来实现可拆卸地安装。
本实施例工作原理如下:
如图1所示,空气通过空气过滤器2过滤,经过压缩机3压缩后通过分子筛净化器4净化,再通过换热器5换热,通过膨胀机6膨胀,通过精馏塔7进行精馏,最终生产出空分液化气体如氧气、氮气,分别导入液化氧气储罐16和液化氮气储罐17内储存;整个生产过程的供电系统采用岸电的方式,岸上配套供电设施;
由于精馏塔7较高,一般高度在30米左右,为使船体1在航行过程中可以顺利通过桥梁等跨江、跨河设施,精馏塔设计成可倾倒折叠的组合形式,即精馏塔7上段与精馏塔7下段铰接连接,通过开启折叠油缸8后,其伸缩端收缩而带动精馏塔7上段翻转呈横向平放倒伏状态时,其一端可以搁放于支撑柱9顶部的枕木9.1上,枕木9.1可以承受精馏塔7上段的重量,而折叠油缸8伸缩端伸长可以带动精馏塔7上段翻转呈竖立状态;总之通过折叠油缸8的伸、缩使精馏塔7上段处于竖立、倒伏状态,用以实现生产或者运输两种工况。

1.一种空分液化气体生产船,包括船体(1),所述船体(1)内依次设有彼此通过管路连接的空气过滤器(2)、压缩机(3)、分子筛净化器(4)、换热器(5)、膨胀机(6)和精馏塔(7),其特征在于:所述精馏塔(7)为双级精馏塔,精馏塔(7)上段与精馏塔(7)下段铰接连接,精馏塔(7)上段还与折叠油缸(8)伸缩端铰接连接,精馏塔(7)出料口分别通过管线与液化氧气储罐(16)和液化氮气储罐(17)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空分液化气体生产船,其特征在于:所述精馏塔(7)上段还与支撑柱(9)顶部的枕木(9.1)配合,支撑柱(9)底部固定于船甲板(10)上,精馏塔(7)下段也固定于船甲板(10)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种空分液化气体生产船,其特征在于:所述换热器(5)数量为两个,分为一级换热器(5.1)和二级换热器(5.2),所述一级换热器(5.1)和二级换热器(5.2)之间设有第一管路(5.3),所述第一管路(5.3)与旁支管路(5.4)一端连通,所述二级换热器(5.2)出口通过第二管路(5.5)与膨胀机(6)进口连接,旁支管路(5.4)另一端与膨胀机(6)进口连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种空分液化气体生产船,其特征在于:所述旁支管路(5.4)和第二管路(5.5)上均设有阀门(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种空分液化气体生产船,其特征在于:所述精馏塔(7)上还设有回流管路(12),回流管路(12)上设有循环泵(13)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种空分液化气体生产船,其特征在于:所述精馏塔(7)上段与精馏塔(7)下段连接的位置一侧通过支铰(14)铰接连接,另一侧通过紧固件(15)可拆卸连接。
