一种藉具可充电蓄电池温控磁控开关的电池座 耦合磁铁产生保持功能为运作条件构成的电路,以在 电池充电饱和时及温控磁控开关跳脱时能自动化转 换为小电流的保持充电,并藉蓄电池座上磁铁的吸引 使温控磁控开关保持开路直至蓄电池与基座脱离及 温度降低为温控磁控开关的复归条件,上述保持充电 的小电流为藉著与温控磁控开关常闭接点并联的限 流电阻以获得。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种-藉具可充电蓄电池温控磁控开关的电池座耦合磁铁产生保持功能为运作条件构成的电路。
如所周知,传统自动截止充电器为藉着电子元件群构成的电压或电流检知装置,以对设有温控开关的蓄电池充电,并在可充电蓄电池饱和或过热时,使充电器转为具有约为蓄电池额定0.1C(额定AH的10%电流)以作保持性的充电,但传统方式电路复杂元件多,制作及材料成本皆高。
本实用新型的目的,主要系藉具可充电蓄电池温控磁控开关的电池座耦合磁铁产生保持功能为运作条件构成的电路,以在电流充电饱和时及温控磁控开关跳脱时能自动化转换为小电流的保持充电,并藉蓄电池座上磁铁的吸引使温控磁控开关保持开路直至蓄电池与基座脱离及温度降低为温控磁控开关的复归条件者,上述保持充电的小电流为藉著与温控磁控开关常闭接点并联的限流电阻以获得。
下面依附图所示详细说明本实用新型的实施例。
图1为此项电池座配有断路保持用的磁铁具温控磁控开关的蓄电池自动截止充电装置的电路图。
图2所示为电池座配有断路保持用的磁铁具温控磁控开关的蓄电池自动截止充电装置的结构示意图。
图1为此项电池座配有断路保持用的磁铁具温控磁控开关的蓄电池自动截止充电装置的电路图,主要构成包括:
电源为纯直流、半波直流、全波直流、间歇脉动直流、有涟波直流电源;
可充电电池B0其内设常闭温控磁控开关TS0
阻流电阻R1为并联于温控磁控开关常闭接点,接受温控电路的操控,而于可充电电池温升超出温控磁控开关跳脱断路时,能藉电阻阻抗值的限制以对可充电电池继续保持一较小的补充充电(Topping Charge),此时电磁座上的磁铁吸引温控磁控开关恒保持开路状态,直到电源开关或电池取走,回路中断而还原。
此项电路装置的还原条件包括:
①温控磁控开关已冷却降温至回归点。
②电池与电池座被分离,磁铁不再吸引温控磁控开关。
图2所示为电池座配有断路保持用的磁铁具温控磁控开关的蓄电池自动截止充电装置之结构示意图,主要构成包括:
电池座201为一独立结构,供与蓄电池充电端作插入嵌合,其上具有与蓄电池相对的电极,尤指具有正负电极202、203以及进一步具有必要的操控或指示用电极204,上述独立结构亦包括与变压器及其他整流及显示与控元件为一体结构;
磁铁205设置于电池座201,其位置为于蓄电池与电池座嵌合时能使磁铁与温控磁控开关作相对耦合以在该开关受温跳脱后能吸引跳脱开关的簧片呈持续开路直至温度下降至恢复温度并使磁铁与温控磁控开关脱离;
可充电电池206为内具一组或一组以上可充电电池所构成,其适当位置有常闭型温控磁控开关207,常闭型温控磁控开关207的两接脚并联限流电阻及显示装置(通常为被另加限流之LED或灯泡)。
此项设计藉着设置于可充电电池的常闭温控开关结合电池座上的磁铁组,于温控磁控开关过温跳脱离,以磁力线保持其断路状态,以使电路在可充电电池温度过高时,切换为限流电阻阻抗值,作限制或部份限制的保持小电流(Topping  Charge),以对可充电电池充电,直到蓄电池被取下且温控磁控开关冷却至回复点为止,其结构简单且具实用价值。

Claims (3)

1、一种蓄电池自动截止充电装置,包括蓄电池和电池座,其特征在于所述蓄电池内设有常闭温控磁控开关和限流电阻,所述限流电阻并联于所述温控磁控开关常闭接点;所述电池座上设置有与所述蓄电池相对应的电极;所述蓄电池能插入电池座;所述电池座上还设置有磁铁,其位置为当蓄电池与电池座嵌合时,能使磁铁与温控磁控开关作相对耦合以在该开关受温跳脱后能吸引跳脱开关的簧片呈持续开路直至温度下降至恢复温度,并使磁铁与温控磁控开关脱离。
2、如权利要求1所述的蓄电池自动截止充电装置,其特征在于所述电池座还包括变压器、整流及显示元件。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的蓄电池自动截止充电器,其特征在于所述蓄电池的温控磁控开关上还并联有显示元件。
