The driving mechanism as claimed in claim 8, wherein the reinforcing plate and the auxiliary reinforcing plate are provided with a through-hole portion, so that the reinforcing plate is contained in the inside of the combination of the wheel disk portion and the crank portion to be preferably combined with the wheel disk portion and the crank portion, and the auxiliary reinforcing plate is contained in the auxiliary crank portion to be preferably combined with the auxiliary crank portion.
