The cooling device for the numerical control device is provided in the embodiment to solve the problem of poor cooling effect of the cooling device in the prior art.
According to one aspect of the application, the cooling device for the numerical control device comprises a cooling box, a control cabinet, a fan and a ventilation window, wherein an auxiliary cooling structure is arranged inside the cooling box;
the auxiliary cooling structure comprises a cold water guide pipe, the inside of the cooling box is provided with the cold water guide pipe, the cold water guide pipe is fixed with the inner wall of the cooling box through a connecting block, one end of the cold water guide pipe, which extends to the outside of the cooling box, is fixed with the output end of the water pump, the other end of the cold water guide pipe, which extends to the outside of the cooling box, extends to the inside of the cold water storage box, the upper end and the lower end of the cold water storage box are fixed on the control cabinet through bolts, the water pump is fixed on the cold water storage box through bolts, the input end of the water pump is fixed with a water pumping pipe, the other end of the water pumping pipe extends to the inside of the cold water storage box, and the inside of the cooling box on the side edge of the fan is provided with a protection structure.
Further, protective structure includes the filter screen, the inside block of cooler bin of lower extreme side has the filter screen on the cold water pipe, the cooler bin sliding connection of filter screen side has the movable plate, and one side that the movable plate is close to the cooler bin is fixed with the carriage release lever, the carriage release lever is fixed with a plurality of springs with the inside equidistance of cooler bin, the filter screen is kept away from the equal symmetry block of upper and lower extreme on one side of the movable plate and is had the stopper, and the stopper top rotates and is connected with the dead lever, the dead lever is all fixed inside the cooler bin.
Further, the side edge of the cooling box is provided with a placing groove matched with the filter screen, and the upper end and the lower end of the cooling box are provided with accommodating grooves matched with the fixing rods.
Further, the height of cooling box is greater than the height of ventilation window, the width of cooling box is greater than the width of ventilation window, cold water storage tank top and bottom are fixed with water inlet and delivery port respectively, and all have sealed lid through threaded connection on water inlet and the delivery port.
Further, the cold water guide pipe is transversely and continuously arranged in an S shape, and the water pumping pipe extends to the bottom end inside the cold water storage tank.
Furthermore, the movable rods are all arranged in a U shape and are transversely placed, one side, close to the filter screen, of the movable plate is glued with a rubber pad, and the lower end of the side edge of the filter screen is provided with a clamping groove matched with the limiting block.
Through the above-mentioned embodiment of this application, adopted the cooling structure of forced air cooling and water-cooling mutually supporting, blown the wind to the switch board through cold water pipe and cooled down to can improve the air-cooled cooling effect, carry out rapid cooling to the switch board, and the humidity scheduling problem that the water-cooling produced can not appear, improved cooling device's cooling effect, solved the relatively poor problem of current cooling device's cooling effect.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a cooling device for a numerical control device includes a cooling box 1, a control cabinet 2, a fan 3 and a ventilation window 4, wherein an auxiliary cooling structure is disposed inside the cooling box 1;
the auxiliary cooling structure comprises a cold water guide pipe 5, the cold water guide pipe 5 is arranged in the cooling box 1, the cold water guide pipe 5 is fixed with the inner wall of the cooling box 1 through a connecting block 6, one end, extending to the outer side of the cooling box 1, of the cold water guide pipe 5 is fixed with the output end of a water pump 7, the other end of the cold water guide pipe 5 is fixed with a water discharge pipe 10, the other end, extending to the outer side of the cooling box 1, of the water discharge pipe 10 is extended into a cold water storage box 8, the upper end and the lower end of the cold water storage box 8 are fixed on the control cabinet 2 through bolts, the water pump 7 is fixed on the cold water storage box 8 through bolts, a water suction pipe 9 is fixed at the input end of the water pump 7, the other end of the water suction pipe 9 is extended into the cold water storage box 8, a protective structure is arranged in the cooling box 1 on the side of the fan 3, the air blown by the fan 3 is cooled through the cold water guide pipe 5 and cold water in the cold water storage box 8, the environment around the control cabinet 2 is cooled, so that the overall cooling effect of the cooling box 1 is improved.
The protection structure comprises a filter screen 11, the filter screen 11 is clamped inside a cooling box 1 on the side edge of the upper end and the lower end of a cold water conduit 5, the cooling box 1 on the side edge of the filter screen 11 is connected with a movable plate 12 in a sliding mode, a movable rod 13 is fixed on one side, close to the cooling box 1, of the movable plate 12, a plurality of springs 14 are fixed on the movable rod 13 and the inside of the cooling box 1 at equal intervals, the upper end and the lower end, far away from the movable plate 12, of the filter screen 11 are symmetrically clamped with limit blocks 16, the top ends of the limit blocks 16 are rotatably connected with fixed rods 15, the fixed rods 15 are all fixed inside the cooling box 1, impurities and the like in the air are filtered through the filter screen 11, so that the inside of the control cabinet 2 is protected, the filter screen 11 can be taken down and cleaned independently, and the air circulation inside the cooling box 1 is ensured; a placing groove matched with the filter screen 11 is formed in the side edge of the cooling box 1, accommodating grooves matched with the fixing rods 15 are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the cooling box 1, the filter screen 11 is conveniently clamped with the cooling box 1, the fixing rods 15 can be guaranteed to rotate to the inside of the accommodating grooves, and the filter screen 11 is conveniently disassembled; the height of the cooling box 1 is greater than that of the ventilation window 4, the width of the cooling box 1 is greater than that of the ventilation window 4, a water inlet and a water outlet are respectively fixed at the top end and the bottom end of the cold water storage tank 8, and sealing covers are connected to the water inlet and the water outlet through threads, so that air entering the control cabinet 2 through the cooling box 1 is filtered, dust and other impurities are prevented from entering, and cold water in the cold water storage tank 8 is convenient to replace; the cold water guide pipe 5 is transversely and continuously arranged in an S shape, the water pumping pipe 9 extends to the bottom end inside the cold water storage tank 8, the cooling area of the cold water guide pipe 5 is increased, and the cold water guide pipe 5 can conveniently pump water through the water pumping pipe 9; the movable rod 13 is all set to be horizontal "U" shape of placing, and one side that the movable plate 12 is close to filter screen 11 all is glued with the rubber pad, and the lower extreme all sets up on the side of filter screen 11 with stopper 16 complex draw-in groove, avoids movable plate 12 to remove excessively with cooling box 1 separation, reduces the wearing and tearing when movable plate 12 and filter screen 11 contact through the rubber pad, carries on spacingly to stopper 16 through the draw-in groove for dead lever 15 can stabilize the block on filter screen 11.
When the utility model is used, when the cooling box 1 is needed, the fan 3 and the water pump 7 are simultaneously opened through the external switch, the fan 3 is enabled to blow air to the inside of the control cabinet 2 for air cooling and cooling, meanwhile, the water pump 7 pumps cold water in the cold water storage tank 8 into the cold water guide pipe 5 through the water suction pipe 9, the air sucked when the fan 3 blows can be cooled, the cooling effect is improved, meanwhile, the air sucked by the fan 3 is filtered through the filter screen 11, impurities and the like in the air are avoided, after the filter screen 11 is used for a long time and the surface is dirty, the filter screen 11 is pressed, the filter screen 11 drives the moving rod 13 to compress the spring 14 through the moving plate 12, thereby the limit block 16 can be separated from the clamping groove on the filter screen 11, then the limit block 16 is rotated, the limit block 16 is dislocated with the filter screen 11, and the filter screen 11 is directly taken out from the inside of the cooling box 1, after the sanitization and dry, inside block to filter screen 11 again to promote filter screen 11, make filter screen 11 compression extrusion movable plate 12 move backward, then rotate stopper 16 to filter screen 11 side, loosen filter screen 11, make filter screen 11 under the promotion of movable plate 12, filter screen 11 move forward to stopper 16 be located the draw-in groove inside can, the electrical components that appear in this application all external intercommunication power and control switch when using.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the cooling device is simple to operate, the environment inside the cooling box 1 is cooled through the cold water guide pipe 5, so that the air sucked by the ventilation window 4 can keep a reduced temperature, the air blown to the control cabinet 2 by the fan 3 keeps a reduced temperature, and the cooling effect of the cooling box 1 is improved;
2. this application is rational in infrastructure, filters the gas that gets into cooler bin 1 through filter screen 11, and avoids 3 moves of fan to bring outside debris into 2 insides of switch board in to protect switch board 2, and filter screen 11 can take off the clearance alone, avoids stopping up behind the filter screen 11 dirt and influences the inside ventilation of cooler bin 1.
It is well within the skill of those in the art to implement, without undue experimentation, the present application is not directed to software and process improvements, as they relate to circuits and electronic components and modules.
