The sample processing and culturing device for aquatic product detection as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a sterilization box (22), a pressure release valve (23), a plurality of sets of baffles (24) and a plurality of sets of second germicidal lamps (25), wherein the bottom end of the sterilization box (22) is connected with the top end of the culture box (1), and the top end of the sterilization box (22) is provided with a discharge port; the bottom end of the pressure release valve (23) penetrates through the bottom end of the sterilization box (22) and the top end of the incubator (1) to be communicated with the interior of the incubator (1); the side ends of the plurality of groups of baffles (24) and the plurality of groups of second sterilizing lamps (25) are connected with the side wall in the sterilizing box (22).
