The tight fitting component comprises a first tight fitting part 30 and a second tight fitting part 20, and plays a role in enabling the door body installation component to be tightly fitted in the installation hole in the door body 40.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the tight fitting assembly is used for being inserted and tightly fitted into a mounting hole on the door body 40, the first tight fitting 30 is provided with at least two separated sleeve bodies 31, and the inner side wall of each sleeve body 31 forms a tapered hole; the second tight fitting 20 is provided with a frustum part 21 adapted to the tapered hole; the first and second fittings 30 and 20 move toward each other and push the outer sidewall of the sleeve 31 against the inner sidewall of the mounting hole by the abutment of the tapered land 21 against the tapered hole.
The basic configuration of the fitting is as described above, with the first fitting 30 being provided with the sleeve body 31 spaced apart. Each sleeve 31 can be regarded as corresponding to a line segment on the outer edge of the cross-sectional shape of the mounting hole, i.e. the radian and the length of each sleeve 31 correspond to the line segment, so that each sleeve 31 can roughly form a sheet-mounted structure with an arc part. Also, it should be noted that the shape of each sleeve 31 may be the same or different, as long as it corresponds to a specific line segment on the outer edge of the cross-sectional shape of the mounting hole. Meanwhile, each of the covering bodies 31 is separated from each other, that is, all the covering bodies 31 do not occupy all the line segments on the outer edge of the cross-sectional shape of the mounting hole, but have some vacant portions, which are reflected between the covering bodies 31, that is, the first separation gap 311 and the second separation gap 312 shown in fig. 2 are formed. In this embodiment, each sleeve body 31 has a continuous inclined surface formed on the inner side wall thereof. Of course, the inner side wall of each sheath 31 may have a slope only at some positions, and the rest positions may be planes parallel to the outer side wall, but the slope is located at a position symmetrical in the whole tapered hole so that each sheath 31 can move outward simultaneously.
The second fastening member 20 is formed with a tapered portion 21, the outer side wall of the tapered portion 21 is shaped to fit the tapered hole, when each sleeve body 31 is in the initial position, the large hole end of the tapered hole formed by the sleeve body 31 faces the tapered portion 21 on the second fastening member 20, and the size of the upper surface (i.e., the end with the smaller size of the tapered table) of the tapered portion 21 is slightly smaller than or equal to the size of the large hole end of the tapered hole at that time, so that the tapered portion 21 can be inserted into the tapered hole. The bottom end of the conical portion 21 can have a size consistent with the size of the large hole end of the conical hole when the sleeve 31 moves outward to the maximum distance, so as to ensure that the distance of outward movement of the sleeve 31 is enough for the outer side wall of the sleeve 31 to cling to the inner side wall of the mounting hole.
When the first fitting 30 and the second fitting 20 move in opposite directions, the cone portion 21 is inserted into the cone hole, and along with the distance between the first fitting and the second fitting, the outer side wall of the cone portion 21 pushes the sleeve body 31 to move outwards through the inner side wall of the abutting sleeve body 31 until the outer side wall of the sleeve body 31 abuts against the inner side wall of the mounting hole, so that the tight fit between the tight fitting component and the mounting hole in the door body 40 is realized.
Wherein, the first tight fitting 30 is provided with a yielding space for the sleeve body 31 to move outwards on the outer side wall of the sleeve body 31; the sleeve bodies 31 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the first tight fitting part 30; the first tight fitting 30 is provided with an assembly groove with an opening facing the axial direction consistent with the tapered hole, the sleeve body 31 is connected with the inner side wall of the assembly groove through a plurality of connecting parts 34, and the connecting parts 34 deform when the second tight fitting 20 pushes the sleeve body 31 to move; the outer side wall of the sleeve body 31 forms the above-mentioned abdicating space with the inner side wall of the assembly groove at the position except the connecting part 34.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a through hole is formed in the middle of the first fastening member 30, and this through hole is the above-mentioned fitting groove, and the covering 31 is uniformly disposed within the fitting groove, but a major portion of the covering 31 extends out of the fitting groove.
