In particular, with continued reference to fig. 3, the cooling mechanism 5 further includes a temperature sensor 55 and a controller 56, the temperature sensor 55 is disposed in the liquid storage portion 52, and can obtain a temperature value of the cooling liquid in the liquid storage portion 52 in real time through the temperature sensor 55, and the temperature sensor 55 and the cooling device 53 are respectively in communication connection with the controller 56, when the temperature value of the cooling liquid in the liquid storage portion 52 is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, the cooling device 53 is started through the controller 56 until the temperature value of the cooling liquid in the liquid storage portion 52 is less than the preset threshold value, so as to ensure that the cooling liquid in the liquid storage portion 52 can always provide a cooling effect for the first stitching roller 12 or the second stitching roller 32. More particularly, when the adhesive layer 912 is formed by using polymer adhesives with different material compositions, each polymer adhesive with a different material composition is adapted to have a different optimal environment temperature, and the preset threshold value may be changed according to the material of the adhesive layer 912, so as to change the temperature of the cooling liquid injected into the first pressing roller 12 or the second pressing roller 32 according to the material of the adhesive layer 912, and finally ensure that the adhesive layer 912 is at the optimal environment temperature.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the dough sheet manufacturing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a dough sheet rolling mechanism 6 disposed on a side of the second pressing mechanism 3 away from the first pressing mechanism 1, the dough sheet rolling mechanism 6 is at least provided with a dough sheet roll 940, the dough sheet body 94 is wound on the dough sheet roll 940, and when the dough sheet rolling mechanism 6 drives the dough sheet roll 940 to rotate, the dough sheet body 94 output from the second pressing mechanism 3 can be rolled and packed by the dough sheet roll 940.
More preferably, referring to fig. 2, the wrapper rolling mechanism 6 further includes a code table 7 disposed between the wrapper roll 940 and the second pressing mechanism 3, the code table 7 is used for measuring the length of the wrapper body 94, and can measure the manufacturing length when the wrapper body 94 is generated and manufactured, so as to facilitate the storage statistics in the production process.

The plurality of stopper rollers 8 can also apply a tension to the moving adhesive film sheet 91, skin sheet 92, or main body sheet 93, and keep the adhesive film sheet 91, skin sheet 92, or main body sheet 93 flat.

The dough making apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising a cooling mechanism disposed in the first pressing roller and/or the second pressing roller, wherein the cooling mechanism is configured to reduce the temperature of the roller surface of the first pressing roller or reduce the temperature of the roller surface of the second pressing roller.

The dough making apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the cooling mechanism comprises a liquid injection part, a liquid storage part, a refrigerating device and a liquid supply pump, the liquid storage part contains cooling liquid, the refrigerating device is arranged in the cooling liquid in the liquid storage part and can reduce the temperature of the cooling liquid, the liquid injection part is communicated with the liquid storage part, the liquid supply pump is arranged between the liquid injection part and the liquid storage part, a first cooling cavity is arranged inside the first stitching roller, a second cooling cavity is arranged inside the second stitching roller, and the liquid injection part is communicated with the first cooling cavity and/or the liquid injection part is communicated with the second cooling cavity so as to inject the cooling liquid into the first cooling cavity and/or the second cooling cavity.

The dough sheet manufacturing device according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of limiting rollers, wherein the limiting rollers are arranged on the side surfaces of the first pressing mechanism or the second pressing mechanism, the axis of each limiting roller is parallel to the axis of the first driving roller, the adhesive film sheet, the skin sheet or the main body sheet can be wound on the roller surfaces of the limiting rollers, and the limiting rollers change the moving direction of the adhesive film sheet, the skin sheet or the main body sheet.
