It should be noted that, the embodiment shown in fig. 5 to 11 shows that the position switch 300 is installed on the fresh air module 200, and can trigger the control fan 230 to stop when the purifying assembly 220 moves the housing 210; it can be understood that, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the position switch 300 shown in the above embodiment may be installed on the machine body 110, and when the panel 112 is opened, the control fan 230 may be triggered to stop, and at this time, the trigger 360 is disposed on the back of the panel 112, and the detailed structure is not described again.
A control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 12 to 14, and is applicable to a split type air conditioner or a unitary type air conditioner.
The following description will be given by taking the air conditioner 100 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 as an example, and referring to fig. 12, the method for controlling an air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S100, determining the current state of the fresh air module 200 as a starting-up state;
in step S200, when the panel 112 is opened, the blower 230 is controlled to stop.
It can be understood that, in the operation process of the fresh air module 200, the wind wheel 232 is in a high-speed rotation state, and at this time, the risk of injury and the like caused by fingers touching the high-speed rotation wind wheel 232 exists when the purification component 220 is replaced; when the fresh air module 200 is closed, the fan 230 is in a shutdown state, and at this time, the cleaning component 220 is replaced without controlling the wind wheel 232 to stop rotating, and the control procedure is finished. Therefore, the control method of the embodiment needs to first determine the operation state of the fresh air module 200, for example, when the fan 230 is in the on state, it may be determined that the current state of the fresh air module 200 is the start-up. When the fresh air module 200 is in the on state, when the panel 112 is opened, the fan 230 is controlled to stop, the risk that fingers or other objects contact the high-speed rotating wind wheel 232 is reduced, an effective protection effect is achieved, the safety when the fresh air module 200 runs and the purification assembly 220 is replaced is effectively improved, and the novel air purification device is more practical and reliable.
Taking the air conditioner 100 of the embodiment shown in fig. 9 to 11 as an example for explanation, referring to fig. 13, the method for controlling an air conditioner of the embodiment of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S110, determining the current state of the fresh air module 200 as a starting-up state;
in step S210, when the cleaning assembly 220 moves out of the housing 210, the blower 230 is controlled to stop.
It can be understood that when the fresh air module 200 is in the on state, when the purification assembly 220 moves out of the casing 210, the fan 230 is controlled to stop, the risk that fingers or other objects contact the high-speed rotating wind wheel 232 is reduced, an effective protection effect is achieved, the safety of the fresh air module 200 when the purification assembly 220 is replaced is effectively improved, and the fresh air module is more practical and reliable.
It should be noted that when the fresh air module 200 is in the on state, the panel 112 is opened or the purifying assembly 220 is pulled out of the housing 210, the fan 230 is controlled to stop operating, that is, the purifying assembly 220 needs to be replaced to control the fan 230 to be turned off, and in the case of normal use, the fan 230 will keep the normal operating state.
Referring to fig. 14, in some embodiments, taking the air conditioner 100 of the embodiment shown in fig. 9 to 11 as an example, the control method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S110, determining the current state of the fresh air module 200 as a starting-up state;
step S111, recording the current rotational speed of the fan 230;
step S210, when the purifying assembly 220 moves out of the shell 210, controlling the fan 230 to stop;
in step S211, when the cleaning assembly 220 is reset, the fan 230 is controlled to be turned on and resume operating at the current rotation speed.
It can be understood that, after the purification assembly 220 is replaced, when the purification assembly 220 is reinserted into the housing 210 and is installed in place, the purification assembly 220 triggers the position switch 300 to be turned off, and at this time, the control circuit controls the fan 230 to be turned on, so that the fan 230 is restored to operate, and the fresh air module 200 can be kept in an operating state after the purification assembly 220 is replaced.
It should be noted that the motor 231 of the fan 230 has different driving frequencies, and the wind wheel 232 has different rotating speeds under different driving frequencies, so that the fresh air module 200 can select different rotating speeds to ventilate according to the use requirements of users, and the use comfort is higher. The air conditioner 100 of the embodiment of the present invention includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and operable on the processor. The processor and memory may be connected by a bus or other means.
The memory, which is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs as well as non-transitory computer executable programs. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor, and these remote memories may be connected to the processor through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The non-transitory software programs and instructions required to implement the control method of the air conditioner of the above-described embodiment are stored in the memory, and when executed by the processor, perform the control method of the air conditioner of the above-described embodiment, for example, the method steps S100 to S200 in fig. 12, the method steps S110 to S210 in fig. 13, and the method steps S110 to S211 in fig. 14 described above are performed.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, wherein the units illustrated as separate components may or may not be physically separate, i.e. may be located in one place, or may also be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
Furthermore, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer-executable instructions, which are executed by a processor or a controller, for example, by a processor in the embodiment of the air conditioner 100, so that the processor executes the control method of the air conditioner in the embodiment, for example, the method steps S100 to S200 in fig. 12, the method steps S110 to S210 in fig. 13, and the method steps S110 to S211 in fig. 14, which are described above.
One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or some of the steps, systems, and methods disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. Some or all of the physical components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a central processing unit, digital signal processor, or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on computer readable media, which may include computer storage media (or non-transitory media) and communication media (or transitory media). The term computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art. Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make various equivalent modifications or substitutions without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and such equivalent modifications or substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. An air conditioner, comprising:
a body provided with a panel that can be opened or closed;
the fresh air module is arranged in the machine body, the panel can cover the fresh air module when closed, the fresh air module comprises a shell, a fan and a purification assembly, and the purification assembly is detachably arranged in the shell;
the detection device is used for detecting the position state of the panel, when the panel is opened, the air conditioner controls the fan to be stopped, or the detection device is used for detecting the position state of the purification assembly, and when the purification assembly moves out of the shell, the air conditioner controls the fan to be stopped.
2. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the detecting means includes a position switch provided in the housing for detecting a position state of the panel, or a position switch provided in the housing for detecting a position state of the cleaning assembly.
3. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein the position switch includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a conductive member and an elastic member, the conductive member abuts against the panel or the cleaning assembly, and when the panel is opened or the cleaning assembly is moved out of the housing, the elastic member pushes the conductive member to move, so that the first electrode and the second electrode are conducted to control the blower to stop.
4. An air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the panel or the cleaning assembly is provided with a triggering member for abutting against the conductive member.
5. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 4, wherein the body or the case is provided with a through hole for guiding the contact of the triggering member with the conductive member.
6. The air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the purification assembly includes a purification net and a mounting bracket for fixing the purification net, and the trigger is provided at an outer side of the mounting bracket.
7. The air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a chamber for accommodating the purification assembly is defined in the housing, and the housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet communicating with the chamber.
8. The air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein the housing includes a first scroll casing, a second scroll casing, and a frame connected between the first scroll casing and the second scroll casing, the detecting device being provided to the frame.
9. The air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein the panel is provided with an air outlet grille corresponding to the air outlet.
10. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein one of the panel and the body is provided with a buckle, and the other is provided with a slot corresponding to the buckle, so that the panel is fastened with the body.
