An air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioning indoor unit 100 includes: chassis 1, face frame 2, automatically controlled module 3, panel 4 and fan module 5. Wherein, the face frame 2 is arranged at the front side of the chassis 1. Specifically, the air-conditioning indoor unit 100 can be fixed on a wall surface by fixedly connecting the chassis 1 with the wall surface, and the face frame 2 is arranged on one side of the wall surface away from the chassis 1. Furthermore, the face frame 2 is provided with an air outlet 21. This allows the air conditioned by the indoor unit 100 to be discharged into the indoor space through the outlet 21.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the electronic control module 3 is disposed in the face frame 2, and the electronic control module 3 is provided with a first connector 31 electrically connected thereto. Therefore, components such as the fan module 5 of the indoor air conditioner 100 can be electrically connected with the electronic control module 3 through the first connector 31, and the connection difficulty between the components such as the fan module 5 and the electronic control module 3 is reduced. The electric control module 3 can supply power to the components such as the fan module 5 and the like, and can control the running states of the components such as the fan module 5 and the like, so that a user can realize the transmission of instructions such as the switching of the cooling and heating functions, the adjustment of the air speed and the like of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner through the electric control module 3 according to the use requirements.
Further, the panel 4 is movably provided on the face frame 2 to switch between an open state and a closed state. The open state here means that the panel 4 does not shield the face frame 2, and the closed state here means that the panel 4 shields the face frame 2 (as shown in fig. 8 and 9). Specifically, when the panel 4 is in the open state, the user can directly perform operations such as maintenance on the components such as the electronic control module 3 on the face frame 2, and the maintenance difficulty of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner is reduced. And through switching over panel 4 to the off-state for panel 4 shelters from on face frame 2, not only can avoid components such as automatically controlled module 3 on face frame 2 to expose, promote the aesthetic property of indoor set 100 of air conditioner, can avoid in the external dirt such as dust of indoor set 100 of air conditioner gets into face frame 2 betterly moreover, when keeping the inside clean degree of indoor set 100 of air conditioner, can avoid the dust to pile up and influence indoor set 100 operating efficiency of air conditioner, and is effectual to the protection of components such as automatically controlled module 3 of installing on face frame 2.
As shown in fig. 2-4, the inner wall of the panel 4 is provided with an adapter 41. The inner wall of the panel 4 here means a wall surface facing the face frame 2 when the panel 4 is in the closed state. Therefore, the adapter joint 41 can be directly in contact fit with the first joint 31, the difficulty in butt joint of the adapter joint 41 and the first joint 31 is reduced, and when the panel 4 is in a closed state, the adapter joint 41 is located between the face frame 2 and the panel 4, namely, the panel 4 can better shield the adapter joint 41, the influence of indoor space on the adapter joint 41 is reduced while the aesthetic property of the indoor air conditioner unit 100 is prevented from being affected by the exposed adapter joint 41, and therefore the stability and reliability of the adapter joint 41 are ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, 12 and 16, the fan module 5 is disposed in the face frame 2, the fan module 5 includes a volute 51 and a fan (not shown) disposed in the volute 51, and the volute 51 is provided with a volute inlet 511 and a volute outlet 512. Therefore, the volute 51 can better protect the fan, and reduce the interference of the external environment on the rotation of the fan, so as to ensure the stability of the operation of the fan, and under the driving of the fan, the external air can enter the inside of the volute 51 through the volute air inlet 511 and be discharged through the volute air outlet 512, so that the volute 51 can limit an air outlet channel, i.e., a flow path of the air flow, and the air outlet position of the fan module 5 is controlled.
In a specific example of the present invention, the volute air outlet 512 is communicated with the air outlet 21, and thus, the air entering through the volute air inlet 511 is finally discharged into the indoor space through the air outlet 21 under the driving of the fan. When the volute air inlet 511 is communicated with the outdoor space, fresh air in the outdoor space can be guided into the indoor space through the volute air outlet 512 and the air outlet 21 under the driving of the fan, so that the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide can be reduced, the freshness of indoor ambient air can be guaranteed, and a healthy breathing environment can be created.
In the correlation technique, for protecting the wind wheel and avoiding high-speed pivoted wind wheel to cause the injured risk of user, set up the grid on the casing of wind wheel usually, can better reduce the probability that the user contacted the wind wheel through the grid, have good protection effect to the wind wheel simultaneously to the security when guaranteeing the user and using air conditioner and the stability of air conditioner itself. However, no matter the grille is arranged at the air inlet position or the air outlet position of the shell, when the airflow passes through the grille, the grille has certain resistance to the flow of the air, namely, certain air volume loss exists when the airflow passes through the grille, so that the energy consumption of the fan is increased. Moreover, the friction between the airflow and the grid is likely to generate noise, which is not favorable for the user experience.
In the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the fan module 5 is provided with a second connector 52 electrically connected to the fan, and in the open state, the adaptor connector 41 is separated from the first connector 31 and the second connector 52, respectively, and in the closed state, the adaptor connector 41 is electrically connected to the first connector 31 and the second connector 52, respectively, so that the electronic control module 3 is electrically connected to the fan (as shown in fig. 11). Specifically, when the panel 4 is in the closed state, the electronic control module 3 is electrically connected to the fan, so that the electronic control module 3 can supply power to the fan and control the running state of the fan, thereby driving the gas in the volute 51 to flow, and discharging the gas into the indoor space through the volute outlet 512.
When the panel 4 is in the open state, the adapter connector 41 is separated from the first connector 31 and the second connector 52, so that the first connector 31 and the second connector 52 are disconnected, the electrical connection between the electronic control module 3 and the fan is disconnected, and the fan stops rotating after the electronic control module 3 cannot supply power to the fan. It can be understood that when the fan rotating at a high speed contacts a human body, people are easily injured, and when an operation tool such as a screwdriver is mistakenly contacted with the fan, the fan is easily damaged. From this, when the maintenance of the subassembly on the face frame 2 such as fan module 5 is carried out to needs, through switching panel 4 to the open mode for fan stall can avoid the user to forget the outage betterly, and high-speed pivoted fan causes the injured risk of user, all has better ground protection effect to fan and user, adopts the physics outage mode to realize ann rule and avoids, does benefit to security and the stability that promotes indoor set 100 uses of air conditioner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, at least one of the volute air inlet 511 and the volute air outlet 512 is unprotected. It can be understood that the volute air inlet 511 and the volute air outlet 512 are not provided with a protective member; or a guard may be provided only at the volute inlet 511; or a guard may be provided only at the volute outlet 512, without limitation. Therefore, on the premise that the fan does not hurt people when the panel 4 is in the open state, the number of the protection parts can be reduced, so that the cost input for producing the protection parts can be reduced, and the production cost of the indoor air conditioner 100 can be reduced.
Further, the reduction in the number of the shielding members reduces the resistance of the airflow when flowing into the volute 51 or flowing out of the volute 51. For example, the volute air inlet 511 and the volute air outlet 512 are not provided with the shielding member, the flow resistance of the air flow entering the volute 51 through the volute air inlet 511 is small, and the flow resistance when the air flow is discharged out of the volute 51 through the volute air outlet 512 is also small, and noise generation can be reduced well. Therefore, the air quantity loss of the air flow flowing through the fan module 5 is small, the energy consumption of the fan module 5 can be well reduced, the energy consumption of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner can be reduced, meanwhile, the noise generated by friction of the air flow and the protection part is reduced, and the quiet use environment of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner is favorably built.
According to the utility model discloses indoor unit of air conditioner 100, when panel 4 is in the open mode, adapter joint 41 breaks away from with first joint 31 and second joint 52 respectively, make disconnection between first joint 31 and the second joint 52, thereby can break off the electricity between automatically controlled module 3 and the fan and be connected, automatically controlled module 3 can't be to the fan power supply after, fan stall, thereby can avoid the user to forget when closing power and opening panel 4, user's risk is hindered to high-speed pivoted fan mistake, and then can promote air conditioner 100's security.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, 10 and 15, the face frame 2 is provided with the avoiding hole 22, and in the closed state, the adapter connector 41 passes through the avoiding hole 22 to be electrically connected to the first connector 31 and the second connector 52. That is, the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 are disposed on the side of the panel 4 away from the face frame 2, so that the face frame 2 has a better protection effect on the first joint 31 and the second joint 52, thereby reducing the influence of the outside of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 on the first joint 31 and the second joint 52. Therefore, through the arrangement of the avoidance holes 22, the connection between the adapter connector 41 and the first connector 31 and the second connector 52 can be well ensured while the safety of the first connector 31 and the second connector 52 in the use process is ensured, and the layout is reasonable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 are respectively provided on the chassis 1. Thereby, the difficulty of maintenance of the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 is reduced. For example, when the first joint 31 is damaged, the first joint 31 may be removed and replaced, so as to better avoid interference with the second joint 52 during maintenance of the first joint 31, thereby improving safety. In addition, since the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 are disposed on the side of the panel 4 away from the face frame 2, that is, the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 are disposed between the chassis 1 and the face frame 2, the chassis 1 and the face frame 2 can better protect the first joint 31 and the second joint 52, and the safety of the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 after installation is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the chassis 1 is provided with a first receiving groove 11 and a second receiving groove 12, the first joint 31 is disposed in the first receiving groove 11, and the second joint 52 is disposed in the second receiving groove 12. Therefore, when the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 are installed, the installation positions of the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 can be well confirmed, so that the positioning difficulty when the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 are installed is reduced, and the installation efficiency of the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 is improved. On the other hand, the first connector 31 can be well fixed at a set position by the first receiving groove 11, and the second connector 52 can be well fixed at a set position by the second receiving groove 12, where the set position refers to a position of the first connector 31 and the second connector 52 when the panel 4 is in a closed state and the adaptor connector 41 is connected to the first connector 31 and the second connector 52. Therefore, when the panel 4 is switched from the open state to the closed state, the adapter joint 41 can be accurately butted against the first joint 31 and the second joint 52, and the difficulty in butting the adapter joint 41 against the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 is reduced.
It should be noted that the mounting positions of the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 on the chassis 1 may be set to the positions shown in fig. 1, and of course, the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 may also be set to the positions shown in fig. 12. In other words, the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 can flexibly set the installation position, and are not particularly limited herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, 13 and 18, the chassis 1 is provided with two first fastening positions 13 and two second fastening positions 14, the first fastening positions 13 are disposed at intervals to define the first receiving groove 11, and the second fastening positions 14 are disposed at intervals to define the second receiving groove 12. From this, reduced the formation degree of difficulty of first holding tank 11 and second holding tank 12, and the structure is comparatively simple, and the production degree of difficulty is low.
Further, each first fastening position 13 is provided with a first supporting protrusion 131 for supporting the first connector 31, and each second fastening position 14 is provided with a second supporting protrusion 141 for supporting the second connector 52. The first joint 31 is supported by the first supporting protrusion 131, so that the supporting strength of the first buckling position 13 to the first joint 31 can be better enhanced, and the stability of the first joint 31 mounted in the first accommodating groove 11 is ensured. The second support protrusion 141 supports the second connector 52, so that the support strength of the second catch 14 to the second connector 52 can be better enhanced, and the stability of the second connector 52 being installed in the second receiving groove 12 can be ensured. In other words, the first and second supporting protrusions 131 and 141 can better maintain the installation positions of the first and second joints 31 and 52.
It is understood that when the adaptor connector 41 is coupled to the first connector 31 and the second connector 52, a pushing force is generated to the first connector 31 and the second connector 52, and when the adaptor connector 41 is decoupled from the first connector 31 and the second connector 52, a pulling force is generated to the first connector 31 and the second connector 52. Therefore, the first supporting protrusion 131 and the second supporting protrusion 141 can better prevent the first connector 31 from falling off from the first receiving groove 11 and the second connector 52 from falling off from the second receiving groove 12, so that the positions of the first connector 31 and the second connector 52 can be better maintained, and the interference of the adapter connector 41 with the first connector 31 and the second connector 52 during the movement can be reduced, so that when the panel 4 is switched from the open state to the closed state again, the adapter connector 41 can be accurately butted with the first connector 31 and the second connector 52, and the butting accuracy of the adapter connector 41 with the first connector 31 and the second connector 52 can be ensured.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, two first fastening positions 13 are provided at intervals in the left-right direction, first supporting protrusions 131 on the left and right first fastening positions 13 are provided opposite to each other, and after the first joint 31 is installed between the two first fastening positions 13, the left first supporting protrusion 131 abuts against a left side wall of the first joint 31, and the right first supporting protrusion 131 abuts against a right side wall of the first joint 31, so that the first joint 31 is stably clamped by the two first supporting protrusions 131. In addition, the two second fastening positions 14 are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction, the second supporting protrusions 141 of the two left and right second fastening positions 14 are disposed opposite to each other, and after the second connector 52 is mounted between the two second fastening positions 14, the left second supporting protrusion 141 abuts against the left side wall of the second connector 52, and the right second supporting protrusion 141 abuts against the right side wall of the second connector 52, so that the second connector 52 is stably held by the two second supporting protrusions 141.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a connecting member 15 is further disposed on the chassis 1, and the connecting member 15 is connected to the two first fastening positions 13 and the two second fastening positions 14 respectively. Therefore, by arranging the connecting piece 15, the fixing stability of the two first buckling positions 13 and the two second buckling positions 14 on the chassis 1 can be improved, and by arranging the connecting piece 15, as shown in fig. 13, gaps can be formed between the two first buckling positions 13 and the two second buckling positions 14 and the chassis 1, so that the accommodating space of the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 can be increased, and the fixing stability of the first joint 31 and the second joint 52 can be improved.
In a specific example, the connecting member 15, the two first fastening locations 13 and the two second fastening locations 14 are integrally formed, and the first receiving groove 11 and the second receiving groove 12 are formed on the integrally formed member. From this, connecting piece 15, the first structure of detaining position 13 and second and detaining position 14, the stability of performance can not only be guaranteed to integrated into one piece's structure, and convenient shaping, it is simple to make, and unnecessary assembly part and connection process have been saved, connecting piece 15 has been improved greatly, the first assembly efficiency of detaining position 13 and second and detaining position 14, connecting piece 15 has been guaranteed, the first connection reliability of detaining position 13 and second and detaining position 14, moreover, the bulk strength and the stability of integrated into one piece's structure are higher, it is more convenient to assemble, the life-span is longer. In addition, the independent production and manufacturing of the chassis 1 can be better realized, and the production and processing difficulty of the chassis 1 is favorably reduced. The integrally formed part and the chassis 1 may be detachably assembled and connected, such as a threaded connection, a snap connection, a magnetic connection, and the like, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 10, a third receiving groove 42 is formed on the panel 4, and a portion of the adapter 41 is received in the third receiving groove 42. Therefore, not only the positioning difficulty of the adapter 41 is reduced to improve the assembling efficiency of the adapter 41, but also the third receiving groove 42 can fix the adapter 41 at a set position where the adapter 41 is located on the panel 4 when the panel 4 is in the closed state and the adapter 41 is connected to the first connector 31 and the second connector 52. Therefore, when the panel 4 is switched from the open state to the closed state, it can be better ensured that the adapter connector 41 can be accurately butted with the first connector 31 and the second connector 52, and the difficulty in butting the adapter connector 41 with the first connector 31 and the second connector 52 is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 and 14, a supporting plate 43 and a receiving member 44 disposed above the supporting plate 43 are disposed on the panel 4, the adapter connector 41 is supported on the supporting plate 43, and the receiving member 44 covers the adapter connector 41. From this, reduced the formation degree of difficulty of third holding tank 42, the structure is comparatively simple, and the production degree of difficulty is low. In addition, the freedom of movement of the adapter 41 in the circumferential direction is preferably limited by the engagement of the receiving member 44 and the support plate 43, thereby ensuring stability during the docking or undocking of the adapter 41.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a positioning groove 431 is formed on the supporting plate 43, and a portion of the adapter 41 extends into the positioning groove 431. Therefore, the positioning difficulty in installation of the adapter connector 41 can be reduced well, and the assembly efficiency of the adapter connector 41 is improved. Further, the positioning groove 431 is engaged with the adapter 41, so that the positional relationship between the support plate 43 and the adapter 41 can be preferably restricted. It is understood that the first connector 31 and the second connector 52 generate a pushing force to the adapter connector 41 when the adapter connector 41 is connected to the first connector 31 and the second connector 52, and the first connector 31 and the second connector 52 generate a pulling force to the adapter connector 41 when the adapter connector 41 is disconnected from the first connector 31 and the second connector 52. Therefore, the positioning groove 431 is used for limiting the position of the adapter 41, which is beneficial to ensuring the butting precision of the adapter 41 and the first connector 31 and the second connector 52. In addition, the adapter 41 can be prevented from falling off from the panel 4, so that the stability of the adapter 41 after installation is ensured.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 3, at one end of the supporting plate 43 close to the panel 4, the supporting plate 43 is connected with the panel 4 to define a positioning groove 431 with an upward opening, one end of the accommodating part 44 away from the panel 4 is formed with a clamping portion, one end of the adapter 41 close to the panel 4 is formed with a clamping protrusion protruding out of the upper side of the adapter 41, one end of the adapter 41 close to the panel 4 is formed with a positioning protrusion 411 protruding out of the lower side of the adapter 41, after the adapter 41 is installed in the third accommodating groove 42, the positioning protrusion 411 is located in the positioning groove 431, and the clamping portion is clamped on the rear end of the clamping protrusion, so that the freedom of movement of the adapter 41 in the front-rear direction is limited by the positioning groove 431. In addition, the freedom of movement of the adapter 41 in the circumferential direction is restricted by the receiving piece 44 and the support plate 43, thereby ensuring the stability of the adapter 41 after installation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner further includes an air processing module 6, and the air processing module 6 is disposed on the air inlet side and/or the air outlet side of the fan module 5. It is understood that the processing herein may be functions of the air treatment module 6, such as heating, cooling, humidifying or purifying the air flow, and is not limited in particular. When the air inlet side and the air outlet side of the fan module 5 are both provided with the air processing module 6, the air processing module 6 is used for adjusting air when the external air inlet side enters the volute 51, and when the air inside the volute 51 is discharged out of the volute 51 through the air outlet side, the air processing module 6 is used for adjusting air again, so that the air adjusting effect of the air processing module 6 on the air flow is improved.
In a specific example, the air processing module 6 is a fresh air filter, the air processing module 6 is disposed on an air inlet side of the fan module 5, the air inlet side of the air processing module 6 is communicated with the outdoor space, an air outlet side of the air processing module 6 is communicated with the volute air inlet 511, the volute air outlet 512 is communicated with the air outlet 21, and the air outlet 21 is communicated with the indoor space. When the fan module 5 operates, the air in the outdoor space is purified by the air treatment module 6 and then is discharged into the indoor space through the air outlet 21 through the volute air outlet 512 under the driving of the fan, so that the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide is reduced, the freshness of the indoor ambient air is ensured, and the healthy breathing environment is created.
And when the new trend filter screen need clean or change, switch panel 4 to the open mode from the closed condition for adapter joint 41 breaks away from with first joint 31 and second joint 52, thereby the electricity of disconnection automatically controlled module 3 and fan, stall after the fan outage, thereby guarantee at the change in-process of new trend filter screen, can not take place the fan and cause the condition of user's injury to take place, thereby promote the security that the user used air conditioning indoor set.
It should be noted that the air treatment module 6 may be arranged only on the air inlet side of the fan module 5; or the air processing module 6 is only arranged on the air outlet side of the fan module 5, and the air processing module 6 can be flexibly arranged according to the design requirement of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, which is not limited here.
