2. Stirring assembly according to claim 1, wherein the connecting element (3) comprises a first body part (31) and a snap-in part (32);
the rotating part (1) is provided with a first concave part (11), and the stirring blade (2) is provided with a second concave part (213);
the clamping portion (32) can be matched with or disengaged from the first concave portion (11) and can be matched with or disengaged from the second concave portion (213).
3. Stirring assembly according to claim 2, wherein the stirring blade (2) comprises a second body (21) and a blade (22), the blade (22) being connected to the second body (21);
the second body part (21) has a first cavity (211), at least part of the connecting piece (3) is positioned in the first cavity (211), and at least part of the rotating part (1) is positioned in the first cavity (211);
the first recess (11) penetrates the rotating member (1).
4. The stirring assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that said connecting element (3) further comprises an operating portion (33) connected to said first body portion (31);
the second body part (21) is provided with a through hole (212) penetrating through the body part, and the operating part (33) can extend out of the first cavity (211) through the through hole (212);
when the operation part (33) is pressed, the connection between the rotating component (1) and the stirring blade (2) can be released.
5. The stirring assembly according to claim 4, wherein the first body portion (31) is elastically deformable when the operating portion (33) is pressed so that the catching portion (32) is disengaged from the first recess portion (11) and the second recess portion (213).

The stirring assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that the top of the rotating member (1) is provided with a mounting groove (12), and when the connecting member (3) connects the rotating member (1) and the stirring blade (2), at least part of the operating part (33) is located in the mounting groove (12).
7. The stirring assembly according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the rotating member (1) further comprises a rubber material (13), the rubber material (13) is located in the first cavity (211), and the rubber material (13) covers at least part of the connecting member (3).
8. The stirring assembly according to any of claims 1-6, further comprising a motor (4), wherein the rotating member (1) is connected to an output shaft (41) of the motor (4).
9. Stirring assembly according to claim 8, wherein the rotating part (1) comprises a first connection end (14) and a second connection section (15), the first connection end (14) being connected with the output shaft (41);
the second connecting section (15) has a second cavity (151), at least part of the connecting piece (3) being able to protrude into the second cavity (151).
10. A liquid heating vessel, comprising:
a container body (5), the container body (5) having a housing cavity (51);
a heating member (6), wherein the heating member (6) is positioned at the bottom of the accommodating cavity (51);
a stirring assembly as set forth in any one of claims 1-9;
wherein the stirring blade (2) of the stirring assembly can be located in the containing cavity (51).
