The invention belongs to agricultural machinery, and mainly relates to a central pull rod and a suspension type agricultural implement hitching device of a tractor.
Background
The central pull rod of the three-point suspension mechanism of the existing tractor adopts a ball hinge structure arranged at the rear end part, when the central pull rod is articulated with an upper suspension point of a three-point suspension device of an agricultural implement, the central pull rod of the tractor and the upper suspension point of the agricultural implement are articulated by a method that an implement operator sequentially inserts an articulation pin into a ball hinge of the central pull rod and a hole of the upper suspension point, and the coaxial center between the ball hinge on the central pull rod and the upper suspension point of the agricultural implement is very difficult to adjust in alignment during the articulation. In order to solve the problems, in recent years, a central pull rod with a clamping hook structure arranged at the rear end part of the central pull rod is applied to a hydraulic suspension mechanism of a tractor, and is connected with a suspension pin in a clamping and locking mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and designs a central pull rod quick hooking device of a suspended agricultural implement with a new structure by combining the actual requirements of suspension connection operation of the suspended agricultural implement, so that the aims of strong applicability, high generalization degree, great improvement of hooking efficiency, labor saving and time saving are achieved.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: the two ends of the upper shaft and the lower shaft are mutually parallel and are symmetrically and fixedly provided with side plates, the upper shaft is rotatably sleeved with two hanging plates, and the hanging pins are arranged on the lower end parts of the two hanging plates and positioned in grooves at the lower parts of the side plates; the side plates on two sides are symmetrically provided with an arc-shaped chute hole A and an arc-shaped chute hole B, the inner side walls of the side plates on two sides are rotatably hinged with an L-shaped pull rod frame through a pin shaft D, the pin shaft A arranged on the L-shaped pull rod frame is movably inserted in the arc-shaped chute hole A, and a linkage plate is arranged on the end part of the pin shaft A and is positioned on the outer wall surface of the side plate; the lower shaft is rotatably sleeved with two front hooks, a rear hook is hung and installed in an arc-shaped slideway hole C on the lower part of the linkage plate through an inserting pin shaft B, the pin shaft C is movably inserted and installed in the arc-shaped slideway hole B and is sequentially inserted in series into round holes in the rear hook and the front hook, an eccentric wheel is rotatably sleeved on the pin shaft C and positioned in the inner side of a round hole of the rear hook, the rotation center of the eccentric wheel is not concentric with the center of the round hole of the rear hook, and the outer part of the eccentric wheel is in contact fit with the round hole of the rear hook; the two side plates are symmetrically provided with an upper fixed mounting hole and a lower fixed mounting hole respectively, so that the central pull rod quick coupler of the suspension type agricultural implement is formed.
The invention creates a central pull rod buckle locking mode which adopts a hitching pin and hook structure with adjustable position and self-return locking, realizes the quick hitching between the central pull rod of the tractor and a hanging point on a hanging agricultural implement, and has the characteristics of novel, unique and reasonable structure, simple and convenient hitching control, high hitching efficiency, strong applicability and reliable use.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the inventive embodiments is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. A central pull rod quick hitching device of a suspension type agricultural implement is characterized in that side plates 2 are fixedly arranged on two end parts of an upper shaft 18 and a lower shaft 5 in parallel and symmetrically, two hanging plates 17 are rotatably sleeved on the upper shaft 18, and a hitching pin 8 is arranged on the lower end parts of the two hanging plates 17 and is positioned in a groove at the lower part of the side plate 2; the side plates 2 on two sides are symmetrically provided with arc-shaped slide way holes A16 and arc-shaped slide way holes B12, the opposite inner side wall surfaces of the side plates 2 on two sides are rotatably hinged with an L-shaped pull rod frame 1 through a pin shaft D13, a pin shaft A3 arranged on the L-shaped pull rod frame 1 is movably inserted in the arc-shaped slide way holes A16, and a linkage plate 15 is arranged at the outer wall surface part of the side plate 2 on the end part of the pin shaft A3; the lower shaft 5 is rotatably sleeved with two front hooks 9, a rear hook 6 is hung and installed in an arc-shaped slide way hole C14 on the lower part of the linkage plate 15 through an insertion pin shaft B10, a pin shaft C11 is movably inserted and installed in the arc-shaped slide way hole B12 and is sequentially connected in series and inserted into round holes in the rear hook 6 and the front hook 9, an eccentric wheel 19 is rotatably sleeved on the pin shaft C11 and positioned at the inner side of the round hole of the rear hook 6, the rotation center of the eccentric wheel 19 is not concentric with the center of the round hole of the rear hook 6, and the outer part of the eccentric wheel 19 is in contact fit with the round hole of the rear hook 6; the two side plates 2 are symmetrically provided with an upper fixed mounting hole 4 and a lower fixed mounting hole 7 respectively.
When in hanging use, the whole body of the device is fixedly arranged on the upper hanging point part of the three-point hanging device of the hanging type agricultural implement by utilizing the upper fixing mounting hole 4 and the lower fixing mounting hole 7; when the L-shaped pull rod frame 1 is lifted upwards, the L-shaped pull rod frame 1 rotates relatively on the fixed ground side plate 2 around a pin shaft D13, a pin shaft A3 moves upwards in an arc-shaped chute hole A16 and pulls a pin shaft B10 to move upwards synchronously through a linkage plate 15 to drive a rear hook 6 to rotate around a pin shaft C11, the rear hook 6 is pushed towards the rear side by an eccentric wheel 19 in a round hole on the rear hook 6 while the rear hook 6 rotates around a pin shaft C11, the rear hook 6 rises to be separated from the clamping fit with a hanging pin 8, a pin shaft C11 continues to move upwards in an arc-shaped chute hole B12, the pin shaft C11 is utilized to drive a front hook 9 to rotate around a lower shaft 5, at the moment, the hanging pin 8 is separated from the clamping locking fit with the buckles of the rear hook 6 and the front hook 9, the hanging plate 17 is rotated on an upper shaft 18 to enable the hanging pin 8 to be separated from the groove of the side plate 2, and a central pull rod is locked and connected to the hanging pin 8 by the clamping buckle, at the moment, the tractor retreats, under the action of the rear thrust of the tractor and the matching control of the hanging plate 17, the front hook 9 and the rear hook 6 are jacked up by the hanging pin 8, the hanging pin 8 enters the groove of the side plate 2, and the front hook 9 and the rear hook 6 are locked by the automatic return, so that the quick hanging is completed.
