The matching motion process and the realization principle of each part are as follows:
i, the header part is separated from the conveying groove part: firstly, the bolt is pulled out outwards, the spring is in a compressed state through the extrusion of the cotter pin and the gasket, the bolt extends out of the second connecting hole of the long handle, and the long handle can rotate by taking the sleeve as a rotating shaft. The long handle rotates clockwise to drive the slide plate at the same side to rotate clockwise by taking the sleeve as a rotating shaft, and the bolt is shifted to drive the pin at the same side to slide towards the support tube at the same side; meanwhile, the long handle drives the pull rod assembly to move upwards, the pull rod assembly enables the connecting plates to rotate around the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft rotates to drive the connecting plate on the other side to rotate on the same principle, the other hanging part moves synchronously, and the pin shaft on the side slides towards the supporting tube on the side. This state is the docking mechanism open state. II, hanging the header: after the locking of the cutting table part and the conveying groove part is released, a manipulator operates a chassis to move the conveying groove up and down, a supporting limit strip on the conveying groove is separated from an upper cross beam of the cutting table, so that the cutting table is separated from the chassis, the harvester chassis is driven to be in butt joint with a new cutting table, the manipulator drives the harvester chassis to drive the conveying groove part to enter from the lower bottom opening position of the trapezoidal space structure of the guide part and is in butt joint with the cutting table part under the guide of the inclined plane of the guide block, and the guide block can guide the conveying groove to the conveying groove opening in the large opening range of the guide part, so that the hanging of the cutting table is; the guide part is combined with the hanging part, so that the operation difficulty of replacing the header is further reduced, and the operation flow is simplified; after the header articulates, utilize spacing groove and spacing cooperation to force header and conveyer trough to get into fixed relative position, ensure that the round pin axle of linkage locking subassembly can accurately insert the mounting hole of conveyer trough portion.
III, locking the relative position between the header part and the conveying groove part: when the header part and the conveying groove are hooked and connected to enter a fixed position, the conveying groove is operated by a manipulator to be lifted upwards, the header is separated from the ground due to the support of the support limiting strip, meanwhile, a mounting hole of a base of the conveying groove is close to the pin shaft, so that the mounting hole and the pin shaft are on the same axis, and the long handle is manually operated to rotate anticlockwise to rotate by taking the sleeve as a center; on one hand, the long handle drives the sliding plate on the same side to rotate simultaneously, and the sliding plate drives the toggle bolt and the pin shaft to move in the pin sleeve in the direction away from the supporting pipe on the same side and insert into the mounting hole at the bottom of the conveying trough; on the other hand, the long handle rotating anticlockwise drives the hanging part on the other side to move synchronously with the connecting rod assembly and the rotating shaft, and the pin shaft on the other side also moves in the direction far away from the supporting pipe on the same side and is inserted into the mounting hole at the bottom of the conveying trough; after the steps are completed, the bolt is released and is inserted into the second connecting hole of the long handle, so that the long handle is fixed, the linkage mechanism is completely fixed, and at the moment, one half of the pin shaft is arranged in the conveying groove base, and the other half of the pin shaft is arranged in the pin sleeve, so that the relative positions of the header and the conveying groove are locked.

Claims (9)

1. A universal header hanging device for a combine harvester comprises a header part, a conveying trough part and a hanging mechanism for connecting the header part and the conveying trough part of the combine harvester; the method is characterized in that: the hanging mechanism comprises two hanging parts which are symmetrically arranged and a rotating shaft which is connected with the two hanging parts; the two hanging parts respectively comprise a fixed seat, a connecting rod component, a supporting pipe, a linkage locking component and a handle;
the two fixed seats are symmetrically arranged on an upper cross beam of the header part, and two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively arranged in the fixed seats and freely rotate in the fixed seats; the two support pipes are perpendicular to the rotating shaft and fixed on two side plates of the header part in parallel, a waist hole is formed in the middle of each support pipe, and the two handles penetrate through the corresponding waist holes respectively; the two groups of connecting rod assemblies respectively extend into the supporting pipes on the same side, the upper ends of the connecting rod assemblies are eccentrically connected with the rotating shaft through connecting plates, and the lower ends of the connecting rod assemblies are rotatably connected with the parts of the handles, which are positioned in the supporting pipes;
the two linkage locking assemblies are respectively arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the two supporting tubes, and each linkage locking assembly comprises two supporting plates, a sleeve hinged between the two supporting plates, a sliding plate fixed on the outer wall of the sleeve, a pin sleeve fixed on the supporting tubes, a pin shaft slidably arranged in the pin sleeve, and a toggle bolt connected with the sliding plate and the pin shaft; the lower end of the sliding plate is provided with a bending section, the bending section is provided with a through hole, the pin sleeve is provided with a guide groove, the pin shaft is provided with a blind hole at a position corresponding to the guide groove, and a toggle bolt sequentially penetrates through the through hole and the guide groove on the bending section of the sliding plate and is inserted into the blind hole of the pin shaft; the two handles penetrate through the end parts of the extending ends of the waist holes of the supporting tube and are fixed on the sleeves at the corresponding sides, and the handles are vertical to the sliding plate;
the hanging part on one side is also provided with a bolt component which is fixed on the supporting tube on the side, a bolt of the bolt component penetrates through the handle on the side to limit the movement of the handle, the bolt is pulled out of the handle, the handle on the side moves up and down in the waist hole to drive the connecting rod component on the same side to move up and down, the connecting rod component drives the rotating shaft to rotate, and the rotating shaft drives the connecting rod component on the other hanging part and the handle to move synchronously; the movement of two handles drives the sleeve of homonymy and rotates, and the sleeve drives the slide uses the sleeve as the centre of a circle to rotate, and the stirring bolt of slide lower extreme slides along the guide way to drive the round pin axle stretches into or stretches out in the mounting hole that is located the conveying groove part corresponding position between two round pin axles, locks or unblock header part and the connection between the conveying groove part.

A universal header hitching apparatus for a combine harvester according to claim 1, wherein a through hole is formed in a part of the handle positioned in the supporting pipe to serve as a first connecting hole, and another through hole is formed in a part of the handle on the same side as the latch assembly extending out of the supporting pipe to serve as a second connecting hole; the lower end of the connecting rod component is hinged to the first connecting hole, and the bolt of the bolt component penetrates through the second connecting hole of the side handle to limit the movement of the handle.
