In order to protect the sponge roller 2 which is not in a working state, the sponge roller further comprises a front shield 23 and a rear shield 24 which are hinged on the roller frame 1, two ends of the front shield 23 and two ends of the rear shield 24 are respectively fixed at two ends of the roller frame 1, the front shield 23 and the rear shield 24 are respectively hung on a vehicle body through connecting rods 25, the top ends of the two connecting rods 25 are hinged with the vehicle body, and the bottom ends of the two connecting rods 25 are respectively hinged with the front shield 23 and the rear shield 24; when the roller frame 1 descends, the front protective cover 23 and the rear protective cover 24 respectively rotate around the hinge points of the front protective cover and the rear protective cover and the roller frame 1, and are automatically opened; when the roller frame 1 is lifted, the front shield 23 and the rear shield 24 are automatically closed.
Further, the washing system in this embodiment includes a water spray pipe 26 located at the front end of the sponge roller 2 and a high pressure water pump 27 for feeding the water in the purified water region 21 into the water spray pipe 26; the spray pipe 26 is horizontally arranged and is communicated with a plurality of nozzles 28 arranged at the bottom of the spray pipe 26; the inner cavity of the nozzle 28 is of a bell mouth structure, the larger diameter end of the bell mouth structure is connected with the water spray pipe 26, the smaller diameter end is communicated with the water spray opening, the cross section of the water spray opening is horizontally arranged in a straight shape, and water sprayed by the water spray opening inclines downwards along the running direction of the vehicle.
In the embodiment, the water spray pipe 26 extends into the roller frame 1, is positioned in front of the squeeze roller 3 and is exposed from the bottom end of the roller frame 1, as shown in fig. 14; of course, the water spray pipe 26 may not extend into the roller frame 1, but may be located at the front end of the roller frame 1.
In order to control the amount of water sprayed, a flow control valve 29 is further provided in the pipe between the high-pressure water pump 27 and the water spray pipe 26 in this embodiment.
The adaptation according to the actual needs is within the scope of the invention.

Claims (12)
1. A water absorption system for a cleaning vehicle is characterized by comprising a roller frame, wherein a sponge roller for absorbing sewage and a negative-pressure water absorption part positioned on one side of the sponge roller are fixed on the roller frame;
the water absorption system further comprises a negative pressure tank and a negative pressure generation part, the negative pressure tank is connected with the negative pressure water absorption part, and the negative pressure generation part generates negative pressure to absorb the sewage on the sponge roller into the negative pressure tank through the negative pressure water absorption part.
2. The water absorption system of claim 1 wherein the water absorption portion is an arc-shaped water absorption groove, and the notch of the arc-shaped water absorption groove faces the sponge roller; the arc-shaped water suction groove is connected with the negative pressure tank through a pipeline.
3. The water absorption system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a squeezing portion for squeezing the sponge roller, wherein the negative pressure water absorption portion is a horizontal water absorption pipe, a plurality of water absorption holes are arranged on a pipe wall of the horizontal water absorption pipe, the water absorption holes are aligned with a water squeezing area between the sponge roller and the squeezing portion, and the negative pressure generation portion generates negative pressure to suck sewage squeezed by the sponge roller into the negative pressure tank through the water absorption holes.
4. The water intake system of claim 3, wherein the pressing section comprises a pressing roller or a wiper blade; the sponge roller is extruded at the edge of the water scraping plate, and the water scraping plate and the sponge roller are isometric and are obliquely arranged.

The water absorption system as claimed in claim 3, wherein a transmission mechanism is arranged between the sponge roller and the squeezing roller, and the transmission mechanism enables the sponge roller and the squeezing roller to synchronously rotate in opposite directions; the transmission mechanism comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel, the driving wheel is coaxially arranged with the sponge roller, the driven wheel is coaxially arranged with the squeezing roller, and the driving wheel is in transmission connection with the driven wheel.

The water absorption system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sponge roller comprises a roller body and sponge arranged on the surface of the roller body, an embedded structure for preventing the sponge from moving radially is arranged on the outer wall of the roller body, and an embedded cavity for embedding the sponge is arranged in the region between the outer wall of the embedded structure and the outer wall of the roller body.

The water intake system of claim 5, wherein the squeeze roll is of equal length to the sponge roll and has a diameter less than the diameter of the sponge roll; the squeezing roller enables the sponge to generate 1-3 cm compression deformation; the height of the squeeze roller is consistent with that of the sponge roller, so that the squeeze roller is guaranteed not to be contacted with the ground all the time.
8. The water absorption system of claim 3 wherein the length of the horizontal water absorption tube is equal to the length of the sponge roller; and suction ports are arranged at two ends of the water suction transverse pipe and are connected with the negative pressure tank through pipelines.

A novel cleaning vehicle is characterized by comprising a vehicle body, wherein a water storage tank, a flushing system and the water suction system according to any one of claims 1 to 8 are arranged on the vehicle body, the water storage tank is divided into a water purification area communicated with the flushing system and a sewage area communicated with the water suction system, the flushing system and the water suction system are both positioned at the bottom of the water storage tank, and the flushing system is used for spraying water to the ground to flush the ground; the negative pressure tank is provided with a pumping part, and sewage in the negative pressure tank is sent into the sewage area under the action of the pumping part.

The novel cleaning vehicle according to claim 9, wherein a hydraulic lifting system for controlling the roller frame to lift is arranged on the vehicle body, the hydraulic lifting system comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic pump station connected with the hydraulic cylinder, the end part of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the vehicle body, the end part of a piston rod is fixedly connected with the roller frame, and the hydraulic pump station is driven by a power system of the cleaning vehicle;
the negative pressure water absorption part is a water absorption transverse pipe, the water absorption transverse pipe is fixed on the roller frame, the water absorption transverse pipe and a pipeline between the negative pressure tanks comprise flexible pipes capable of being bent, and therefore the water absorption transverse pipe can follow the lifting of the roller frame.

The novel cleaning vehicle as claimed in claim 10, further comprising a front shield and a rear shield hinged to the roller frame, wherein two ends of the front shield and the rear shield are respectively fixed to two ends of the roller frame, the front shield and the rear shield are respectively suspended on the vehicle body through connecting rods, top ends of the two connecting rods are hinged to the vehicle body, and bottom ends of the two connecting rods are respectively hinged to the front shield and the rear shield; when the roller frame descends, the front protective cover and the rear protective cover rotate around the hinged point of the front protective cover and the hinged point of the rear protective cover and the roller frame respectively, and the front protective cover and the rear protective cover are opened automatically; when the roller frame ascends, the front protective cover and the rear protective cover are automatically closed.

The novel cleaning vehicle as claimed in claim 9, wherein the flushing system comprises a water spray pipe at the front end of the sponge roller and a high-pressure water pump for feeding water in the water purification area into the water spray pipe; the spray pipe is horizontally arranged and is communicated with a plurality of nozzles arranged at the bottom of the spray pipe; the inner chamber of nozzle is the horn mouth structure, the great diameter end of horn mouth structure with the spray pipe is connected, and less diameter end intercommunication water jet, the water jet cross-section is "one" style of calligraphy that the level set up, just water jet spun water inclines down along the vehicle direction of travel.
