Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a packaging lining 100, the packaging lining 100 is formed by folding a sheet of packaging paper card, and the packaging lining 100 includes a display portion 1, a first supporting portion 2 and a second supporting portion 3.
The display part 1 comprises a top plate 11 arranged horizontally and two side plates 12 arranged on two sides of the top plate 11 along a first direction, and the top plate 11 is provided with a display window 111 arranged in a hollow manner; the first supporting part 2 comprises a first folding plate 21 arranged on one side of the top plate 11 along the second direction, and the first folding plate 21 is continuously bent towards the back of the display window 111 to form the first supporting part 2; the second supporting portion 3 includes a second folding plate 31 disposed on the other side of the top plate 11 along the second direction, the second folding plate 31 is continuously bent toward the back of the display window 111 to form the second supporting portion 3, and the second supporting portion 3 and the first supporting portion 2 are attached to each other at the middle of the display window 111.
In particular, the side of the first support 2 and/or the second support 3 facing the display window 111 is an inclined surface, and an inclined area is formed between the inclined surface and the top plate 11.
Therefore, the present invention provides a packaging lining 100, which is folded toward the display window 111 through the first support part 2 and/or the second support part 3 to form an inclined surface, so that an inclined placement area is formed between the inclined surface and the top plate 11 constituting the display window 111, so that when the equipment is placed in the inclined placement area, the inclined surface supports the equipment with an inclined bottom surface, so as to achieve the effect of horizontal display of the top surface of the equipment; in addition, the packaging lining 100 provided by the utility model is formed by folding a packaging paper card, so that the packaging lining 100 can be formed by one-time die cutting, the production speed is high, the processing is convenient, and the packaging material can be tiled for transportation, thereby greatly reducing the transportation and storage cost; and simultaneously, the utility model discloses a material and forming process green, pollution-free, and for equipment provides buffering and protection.
In one embodiment, the side of the first supporting part 2 facing the display window 111 is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface and the top plate 11 form an inclined placement area; alternatively, in another embodiment, the surface of the second supporting portion 3 facing the display window 111 is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface and the top plate 11 form an inclined placement area therebetween; alternatively, in another embodiment, the first support part 2 and the second support part 3 are both inclined surfaces facing the display window 111, and an inclined area is formed between the two inclined surfaces and the top plate 11.
It should be noted that, for the above three embodiments, the specific inclination of the bottom surface of each device needs to be selected in combination to achieve the effect of horizontally displaying the top surfaces of different devices.
In this embodiment, one side of the first supporting portion 2 facing the display window 111 is an inclined surface, one side of the second supporting portion 3 facing the display window 111 is a horizontal surface, and the inclined surface is inclined from the middle of the display window 111 to a direction away from the second supporting portion 3. Of course, in other embodiments, the inclined surface can be in other inclined manners as well, and the inclined surface can be specifically matched and arranged according to the condition of the bottom surface of the equipment, so long as the effect of horizontally displaying the top surface of the equipment is achieved, and the purpose of the utility model can be realized.
The folding manner will be described in detail below by taking as an example that one surface of the first support part 2 facing the display window 111 is an inclined surface and one surface of the second support part 3 facing the display window 111 is a horizontal surface:
the folding mode of the first supporting part 2 is specifically as follows: the first folding plate 21 includes a first folding section 211, a second folding section 212, a third folding section 213, a fourth folding section 214, and a fifth folding section 215, which are connected in sequence; a first common edge 216 is arranged between the first folding section 211 and the second folding section 212, and the first folding section 211 is bent towards the front of the display window 111 along the first common edge 216; a second common edge 217 is arranged between the second folding section 212 and the third folding section 213, and the second folding section 212 is bent 90 degrees along the second common edge 217 towards the back of the display window 111; a third common edge 218 is arranged between the third folding section 213 and the fourth folding section 214, and the third folding section 213 is bent 90 degrees along the third common edge 218 toward the back of the display window 111; a fourth common edge 219 is arranged between the fourth folding section 214 and the fifth folding section 215, the fifth folding section 215 is bent 90 degrees towards the back of the display window 111 along the fourth common edge 219, and the fourth folding section 214 is opposite to the second folding section 212; a fifth common edge 220 is disposed between the fifth folding segment 215 and the top plate 11, the fifth folding segment 215 is bent 90 degrees along the fifth common edge 220 toward the back of the display window 111, and the first folding segment 211 is attached to the fifth folding segment 215 in parallel, and the fifth folding segment 215 is opposite to the third folding segment 213.
In order to form the inclined surface of the first support 2, the folded height of the third folded section 213 is smaller than the folded height of the fifth folded section 215, so that the side of the folded first support 2 facing the display window 111 is an inclined surface.
Further, a first insertion plate 2121 is arranged on the second folding section 212 in a foldable manner, a first insertion tongue 21211 is arranged on the first insertion plate 2121, and a first insertion hole 2141 is arranged on the fourth folding section 214; when the fourth folding section 214 faces the second folding section 212, the first insertion plate 2121 is bent toward the fourth folding section 214, so that the first insertion tongue 21211 is inserted into the first insertion hole 2141. The first support part 2 is connected more stably by the matching arrangement of the first tongue 21211 and the first socket 2141.
Since the bottom surface of the device is usually provided with a protruding frangible port, in order to cushion and protect such frangible port, the package liner 100 further comprises a first notch 4 extending from the second folded section 212 to the third folded section 213, and when the first support 2 is folded and formed, the first notch 4 forms a first cavity 5 extending from the display window 111 in a direction away from the display window 111. Therefore, the first cavity 5 forms a space for accommodating the protruding port of the equipment, and the horizontal display effect of the top surface of the equipment is further ensured while the port is buffered and protected.
The first cavity 5 may be sized to be folded into various forms. For example, in one embodiment, a first cavity 5 is formed as shown in FIG. 1, and a corresponding packaging card is shown in an expanded view in FIG. 2; for another example, in another embodiment, the first cavity 5 is formed as shown in fig. 3, and the corresponding packaging paper card is unfolded as shown in fig. 4.
Optionally, the packaging liner 100 further comprises a third folding panel 6 disposed at the first notch 4 of the third folding section 213, and a sixth common edge 7 is disposed between the third folding panel 6 and the third folding section 213; when the first supporting portion 2 is folded, the third folding plate 6 is bent along the sixth common edge 7 toward the fifth folding section 21590 degrees to be abutted between the second folding section 212 and the fourth folding section 214. The third folding plate 6 is folded and supported between the second folding section 212 and the fourth folding section 214 to enhance the compressive strength of the first supporting portion 2.
