A cooking appliance 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
The cooking appliance 100 of the present invention generally includes a pot body 110 and a lid 120. The pot body 110 is substantially in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped and has a cylindrical-shaped inner pot accommodating chamber, into and from which an inner pot (not shown) can be freely put and taken out to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot. The inner pot is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The pot body 110 includes therein a heating means for heating the inner pot.
The cover 120 has a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot body 110. The lid body 120 is pivotally connected to the pot body 110 in an openable and closable manner for covering the pot body 110. When the cover 120 is covered on the pot body 110, a cooking space is formed between the cover 120 and the inner pot.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a mounting seat 150, an ozone generator 130 and a receiving bin 140. Wherein the mount 150 is provided on the pot body 110, in particular, the mount 150 is located at a side of the pot body 110. Preferably, the mount 150 is mounted in-line to the side of the pot body 110. The ozone generator 130 is mounted on a mounting base 150, which is preferably mounted in-line to the mounting base 150.
The accommodating chamber 140 is detachably connected to the mounting seat 150, and a through hole 144 is opened on a side thereof facing the cooker body 110, the through hole 144 corresponding to the ozone generator 130, so that when the accommodating chamber 140 is mounted to the mounting seat 150, the ozone generator 130 just abuts against the through hole 144, and ozone generated by the ozone generator 130 can enter the accommodating chamber 140.
According to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil 100 utilizes the ozone that ozone generator 130 produced to disinfect holding storehouse 140 for hold storehouse 140 and keep clean health, can provide healthy dining condition for the user.
The accommodating cartridge 140 is composed of a cartridge body 141 and a cartridge cover 142, wherein the cartridge cover 142 is preferably pivotably covered to the cartridge body 141. The through holes 144 are provided on the side of the cartridge body 141 facing the pot body 110. The accommodating chamber 140 is further provided with an opening and closing cover mechanism configured to enable the chamber cover 142 to be opened or closed when the chamber cover 142 is pressed by a user. Illustratively, the lid opening and closing mechanism may be configured as a Push-Push mechanism, such as a mechanism that opens the lid 142 when initially depressed and closes the lid 142 when depressed again. The accommodating chamber 140 may accommodate therein chopsticks, spoons, and the like, that is, the accommodating chamber 140 may be configured as a chopstick container.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the accommodating chamber 140, the mounting base 150 is provided with a sliding rail 151 protruding from the surface of the mounting base 150. Correspondingly, the side surface of the accommodating bin 140 facing the cooker body 110 is provided with a sliding groove 143 capable of being sleeved on the sliding rail 151, so that the sliding groove 143 can be sleeved on the sliding rail 151 to slide, and the accommodating groove can be disassembled and assembled.
Preferably, the side of the slide rail 151 may be provided with a guide rib 152 extending in a height direction of the cooking appliance 100 to limit a moving direction of the slide groove 143. For example, the pod 140 may be moved downward while gradually approaching the pot body 110 so that the pod 140 can be closely attached to the mount 150 when mounted to the mount 150, thereby improving sealability.
Specifically, the guide rib 152 may be configured such that a vertical distance between it and the surface of the mount 150 is variable in a height direction of the cooking appliance 100. Or, the vertical distances between the guiding ribs 152 at different heights of the sliding rail 151 and the surface of the mounting seat 150 are not equal.
In the illustrated embodiment, the upper portion of the guide rib 152 is configured to be angled with respect to the surface of the mount 150 and inclined in a direction away from the pot body 110, and the lower portion of the guide rib 152 is configured to be parallel with the surface of the mount 150.
Referring now to fig. 3, in order to further improve the sealing performance and prevent ozone leakage, a sealing member 145 may be disposed at the through hole 144. The sealing member 145 is preferably fitted to a sidewall of the receiving chamber 140 at the through hole 144 to seal a gap between the through hole 144 and the ozone generator 130 when the receiving chamber 140 is coupled to the mounting seat 150.
In addition, the cooking appliance 100 has a control device and a sensor 160, and the sensor 160 is configured to sense whether the receiving bin 140 is mounted to the mounting seat 150. The control means is electrically connected to both the ozone generator 130 and the inductor 160 to control the operation of the ozone generator 130 according to the installation state of the housing chamber 140. In the illustrated embodiment, the sensor 160 is located inside the pot body 110, and is shielded by the mounting base 150, and the projection of the sensor on the mounting base 150 is located near the slide rail 151.
Illustratively, the inductor 160 may be configured as a hall element, and the corresponding receiving chamber 140 is provided with a magnetic element cooperating therewith. Thus, when the housing 140 is mounted to the mounting 150, the hall element interacts with the magnetic element, the hall element sending a signal to the control device representative of the mounting; when the bin 140 is removed from the mounting 150, the interaction between the hall element and the magnetic element is lost and the hall element sends a signal to the control device indicating that it is not mounted. Further, the control device is configured to control the ozone generator 130 to be turned on when the pod 140 is mounted to the mount 150 (i.e., when a signal indicating that it is mounted is received), and to control the ozone generator 130 to be turned off when the pod 140 is removed from the mount 150 (i.e., when a signal indicating that it is not mounted is received). Therefore, useless starting of the ozone generator 130 can be reduced, energy consumption is reduced, and ozone can be prevented from being dissipated into the air. In addition, the hall element is sensitive to the induction, so that the control device can control the ozone generator 130 more sensitively.
