The tableware placing shelf 200 may be provided in the inner container 100. The tableware supporter 200 may be used to place one or more of tableware and kitchen utensils such as dishes, chopsticks, spoons, and the like, as needed. The number of the tableware placing shelf 200 may be arbitrary. The structure of each cutlery holder 200 may be the same or different. The tableware placing shelf 200 can be matched with a proper structure according to different articles. When there are a plurality of tableware supporter 200, a plurality of tableware supporter 200 can place by layers, also can place with the layering in combination side by side about.
The inner container 100 may further include a knife holder 300 and a kitchen utensil rack. The blade holder 300 may be used to hold one or more knives 510, such as fruit knives, kitchen knives, and the like. The kitchen utensil rack can be used for placing kitchen utensils such as chopping blocks 520, turners and the like. The number of kitchen utensil shelves can be arbitrary. A kitchen utensil rack may be located between the first sidewall 110 and the blade holder 300. The cutlery holder 200 may be located between the second sidewall 120 and the blade carrier 300.
By providing the tool holder 300 and the kitchen utensil shelf, a dedicated space for placing the tool 510 and the kitchen utensil can be provided in the inner container 100, and the tool 510 and the kitchen utensil can be well fixed. The cutter 510 does not scratch the user, and the safety of the user is guaranteed. Kitchen utensils are not placed on the tableware placing shelf 200, and the space utilization rate in the inner container 100 is improved. In addition, the inner container 100 is divided into two relatively independent units through the tool rest 300, articles in the inner container 100 can be placed in a well-in-well manner, and the arrangement is convenient for a user. In addition, the disinfection device (such as an ultraviolet lamp) can be reasonably arranged, and the independent sterilization and disinfection can be performed on the articles in different units in a targeted manner, wherein the independent sterilization and disinfection can comprise independent sterilization and disinfection on one unit or different types of disinfection devices arranged aiming at different units, so that the use experience of a user can be improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-3, the distance from the tool holder 300 to the second sidewall 120 may be greater than the distance from the tool holder 300 to the first sidewall 110. Since the structure of the knife 510 and the kitchen utensils such as the chopping board 520, the slice, etc. are generally strip-like structures, by placing them vertically, only a small space is occupied in the inner container 100 in the horizontal direction. Therefore, through the arrangement, not only can the knife 510 and the kitchen utensils such as the chopping board 520 and the slice be placed in the inner container 100, but also the space of the tableware placing frame 200 is increased, and more articles can be placed on the tableware placing frame 200. The space utilization in the inner container 100 is optimized so that as many articles as possible can be placed.
Moreover, the disinfection modes adopted by the current disinfection cabinet mainly comprise high-temperature heating, ozone, ultraviolet irradiation or the combination of the high-temperature heating, the ozone and the ultraviolet irradiation. Among them, ultraviolet irradiation is one of the most widely used sterilization methods in the sterilization cabinet. Through set up ultraviolet lamp in the sterilizer, can carry out the ultraviolet irradiation disinfection to the tableware in the sterilizer. However, since ultraviolet radiation can sterilize only the irradiated surface, the ultraviolet lamp 810 is mainly installed on the top plate 140 of the inner container 100 in the conventional sterilizing cabinet. Based on this, it is desirable that both the knife 510 and the kitchen utensils, such as cutting board 520, be vertically positioned within the liner 100.
Preferably, as shown in FIGS. 1-4, the tool holder 300 may include a front support strut 310 and a rear support strut 320 located rearward of the front support strut 310. As used herein and hereinafter, directional terms are relative to the user, and "front" refers to the side of the cabinet that faces or is adjacent to the user when in use. In this way, the user can manipulate the cutlery holder 200. And "rear" refers to the side opposite to "front", i.e. the side of the cabinet facing away from or away from the user when in use. The front 310 and rear 320 support columns are provided with a front cutter pocket 311 and a rear cutter pocket, respectively (not shown for angle issues). Both the front cutter pocket 311 and the rear cutter pocket extend in the vertical direction. The front tool pocket 311 and the rear tool pocket together serve to support the tool 510. Depending on the configuration of the tool 510, the front tool pocket 311 and the rear tool pocket may be the same or different, and the front tool pocket 311 and the rear tool pocket may be located at the same height or at different heights, as long as the tool 510 can be supported together. With this arrangement, the tool holder 300 is simple in construction and inexpensive to manufacture. Meanwhile, since the front support pillar 310 and the rear support pillar 320 have a certain space therebetween, the sterilizing parts such as the ultraviolet lamp 810 and the heating device 820, which are located between the tool holder 300 and the second sidewall 120, can act on the tool holder 300 and the kitchen utensil rack through the space, so that there is no need to provide the related sterilizing parts at the tool holder 300 and the kitchen utensil rack, the structure in the inner container 100 is simpler, and the cost of the sterilizing cabinet is reduced.
Further, the width of the front support strut 310 and the rear support strut 320 may be between 25 millimeters and 30 millimeters. The width of the front cutter pocket 311 and the rear cutter pocket may be between 5 mm and 10 mm. The inventor, by analyzing the structure of the common cutter, sets the width of the front support column 310 and the rear support column between 25 mm and 30 mm, and can prevent the shank of the cutter 510 from encroaching on the space of other parts on the left and right sides when the cutter 510 is inserted into the front cutter pocket 311 and the rear cutter pocket. Moreover, the widths of the front tool notch 311 and the rear tool notch can be matched with the width of the tool 510 well, so that when the tool 510 is inserted, large resistance cannot be generated, the tool 510 cannot be separated easily, and the use is comfortable for users.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-6, the lower ends of the front and rear support pillars 310 and 320 may be coupled to the bottom plate 130 of the liner 100. The upper ends of the front support strut 310 and the rear support strut 320 may be connected to the top plate 140 of the liner 100. Thus, more front cutter pockets 311 and rear cutter pockets may be provided on the front 310 and rear 320 support columns to accommodate more cutters 510. Meanwhile, the front support columns 310 and the rear support columns 320 can also play a supporting role, and the structural strength of the liner 100 is enhanced.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-6, the kitchen utensil rack may include an anvil rack. The anvil frame may be used specifically for placement of anvil 520. In this way, anvil 520 can be well secured from moving.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-6, a first lower rack 620 connected between the knife rest 300 and the first sidewall 110 can be further disposed in the inner container 100. An anvil stopper 630 may be disposed above the first lower rack 620. An anvil stop 630 may be attached to the first sidewall 110. A first lower rack 620 can be used to support an anvil 520 that is vertically positioned. An anvil stop 630 can be used to stop the top of anvil 520. The first lower rack 620 and the anvil stop 630 together form an anvil frame. By providing the first lower rack 620 and the anvil stopper 630, the anvil 520 can be firmly fixed. In use, the use side of anvil 520 can be oriented toward tool holder 300 and the unused side can be placed against first sidewall 110. The ultraviolet lamp 810 can directly irradiate the use surface of the cutting board 520 from the other side of the knife rest 300, and then sterilize the use surface of the cutting board 520. Also, the anvil plate 520 is placed on the first lower shelf 620 so that it can be spaced apart from the bottom plate 130 of the inner container 100 at the bottom of the anvil plate 520, thus avoiding water accumulation at the bottom of the anvil plate 520. When the chopping board 520 does not need to be sterilized, the first lower rack 620 can also be used for placing other articles needing sterilization, such as a slice, a feeding bottle, etc.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, anvil stop 630 may be L-shaped. One side of the L-shape may extend in a horizontal direction and be connected to the first sidewall 110. The connection manner is not limited. The other side of the L-shape may extend downwardly in the vertical direction. The other edge is spaced from the first sidewall 110 by a distance greater than the thickness of the anvil 520. Thus, the chopping block limiting piece 630 has simple structure and low manufacturing cost.
Optionally, a first upper rack 610 may be further disposed between the blade holder 300 and the first sidewall 110. The first upper rack 610 may be located above the anvil frame. Some objects to be sterilized can be placed on the first upper rack 610, so that the space utilization of the inner container 100 is more reasonable.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-4, a partition 700 may also be disposed within the inner container 100. The spacer 700 may be secured to the tool holder 300 from the side of the tool holder 300 facing the second sidewall 120. The partition 700 may be provided with a plurality of through-holes 710. The structure of each via 710 may be the same or different. The partition 700 may separate the tableware shelf 200 from the kitchen utensil shelf and the knife rest 300. Since the space of the side where the tableware placing shelf 200 is located is large, and the tableware is likely to be stacked by being divided into an inner layer and an outer layer under the condition that the tableware is small in size and large in number, a user is likely to insert a hand into the inside of the side where the tableware placing shelf 200 is located. In this case, if the spacer 700 is not provided, the cutter 510 is likely to scratch the user's hand. By providing the partition 700, the knife holder 300 can be separated from the tableware placing shelf 200, and thus the user can be further prevented from being scratched by the knife 510. The through hole 710 is formed in the partition plate 700, and the disinfecting parts, such as the ultraviolet lamp 810 and the heating device 820, between the knife rest 300 and the second side wall 120 can act on the knife rest 300 and the kitchen utensil rack through the through hole 710, so that the relevant disinfecting parts do not need to be arranged at the knife rest 300 and the kitchen utensil rack, the structure in the liner 100 is simpler, and the cost of the disinfection cabinet is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 2-3, the top end of the partition 700 may be spaced apart from the top plate 140 of the inner container 100. In order to increase the irradiation area, the ultraviolet lamp 810 is generally disposed on the top plate 140 of the inner container 100, and by this arrangement, the ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 810 can be irradiated to the tool holder 300 and the space between the tool holder 300 and the first sidewall 110 through the spaced space, and the sterilizing and disinfecting capability of the sterilizing cabinet is enhanced.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-2, the tableware placing shelf 200 may include a second upper placing shelf 210 and a second lower placing shelf 220. The second upper rack 210 and the second lower rack 220 may be connected between the second sidewall 120 and the blade holder 300. The second upper rack 210 and the second lower rack 220 may be the same or different. Thus, the tableware can be stacked in layers, so that the space utilization rate in the liner 100 is higher, and more articles can be sterilized and disinfected simultaneously.
