As shown in fig. 1 and 2, as an embodiment of the present invention, a tool storage device is disclosed, which includes at least one first housing 1, at least one second housing 2, and a holder assembly 3 for storing a tool. The knife storage device is mainly used for storing knives in the kitchen field, but can also be used for storing tableware and/or kitchen utensils such as chopsticks, spoons and plates, or for storing living or learning articles such as pens, books and towels, or for storing articles such as the articles, which are matched with the articles or are used for playing the effects of the articles. In addition, the utility model discloses a first casing 1 and second casing 2 are equipped with one at least, have the thing space 11 of putting that is used for placing kitchen utensils and appliances and/or tableware, and support component 3 connects between first casing 1 and/or second casing 2 of arbitrary adjacent two, therefore first casing 1 can be connected respectively at support component 3's both ends, or second casing 2, or first casing 1 is connected to one end, and second casing 2 is connected to the other end. In addition, two ends of the support member 3 can be connected with a plurality of first shells 1 and/or second shells 2, each first shell 1 and/or second shell 2 is connected with each other, or one or more support members 3 are connected with the outer ends of the first shells 1 and/or second shells 2, so that the support members are in a multi-group or multi-layer structure, and more storage requirements can be met. In this embodiment, a first casing 1, a second casing 2 are connected respectively to the both ends of support component 3, and put the interior mainly used of thing space 11 and place kitchen utensils and/or tableware, and in addition, the thing space 11 of putting of first casing 1 is greater than the thing space 11 of putting of second casing 2, consequently places in first casing 1 or second casing 2 according to the size of different articles of accomodating, satisfies the requirement of depositing of the different tableware of user or kitchen utensils, and is more humanized rationalization. Therefore, the utility model discloses a cutter storage device not only mainly has the function of accomodating to the cutter, through first casing 1 and second casing 2 put object space 11, also can regard as the thing box of putting in the kitchen, satisfies the requirement of depositing of the different tableware of user or kitchen utensils and appliances moreover, and the function is various, and the practicality is strong. Compared with some existing cutter storage devices on the market, the cutter storage device only can store cutters and has a single function. In addition, the support component 3 is connected between two adjacent first shells 1 and/or second shells 2, and the support component 3 is arranged in the middle part, so that the balance of the whole cutter containing device can be kept and the space utilization rate can be improved through the structural arrangement, and on the other hand, the support component 3 not only has the function of containing cutters, but also can be used as a connecting piece of the first shells 1 and the second shells 2 to combine the first shells and the second shells into a whole without arranging redundant connecting pieces, and the structure is simple and practical. Furthermore, the present invention provides a holder assembly 3 having a plurality of restraining members 4 formed of curved surfaces and/or flat surfaces, the restraining members 4 forming a plurality of receiving cavities 41 for holding the blades. The utility model discloses a restraining component 4 itself has centre gripping and limiting displacement to the cutting edge, consequently makes it have the function of accomodating to the cutter, but not the centre gripping to whole cutter, so the interval of two adjacent restraining components 4 can not be too big, makes the cutting edge can alternate to get into and accomodate cavity 41 in, but the cutter is arranged in restraining component 4 upper portion by the card, has certain supporting role to the cutter saddle, avoids dropping or slope of cutter. Compared with some existing cutter accommodating devices on the market, the cutter accommodating device supports the cutter seat through the body of the cutter accommodating device, and does not clamp or fix the cutter edge, so that the supporting area of the body is limited although the space in the accommodating groove is large, and more cutters cannot be placed. On the other hand, the restricting member 4 of the present invention is composed of a non-flat surface and/or a flat surface, the non-flat surface is a curved surface in this embodiment, and the curved surface and/or the flat surface has a certain elasticity and plasticity, the accommodating chamber 41 is correspondingly expanded or contracted according to the cutting edges with different sizes or thicknesses, the cutting edges with different knife shapes can be inserted into the accommodating chamber 41, and thus the utility of the knife is strong. Meanwhile, the tool holder is clamped on the constraint member 4, the cutting edges are suspended in the containing cavities 41, for some tools with thin cutting edges, partial cutting edges can be stacked, and a plurality of tools can be stacked in each containing cavity 41, so that a greater number of tools can be contained. Compare in some cutter storage device on the current market, this type of cutter storage device is equipped with fixed groove of accomodating, it is fixed to the cutter not to have a restraint piece, otherwise the cutter will incline or the landing, so every is accomodate the inslot and only is placed a cutter, and accomodate the groove because of space limitation, it is less to accomodate the quantity, generally can place 3 ~ 5 cutters, can not satisfy many cutters of some families and accomodate, and the big size space and the cell type in accomodating the groove are fixed, cutter thick or that the blade shape is big just is not placed down to some cutting edges, there is very big restriction to the sword type, therefore the practicality is not strong. Therefore, the cutter containing device effectively overcomes the existing defects of cutter containing devices on the market, can be suitable for cutters of different cutter types through reasonable structural design, and is large in containing quantity and strong in practicability.
Further, in some embodiments, the rack assembly 3 is provided with a receiving space 31 for placing the tool, and the constraining member 4 is disposed in the receiving space 31. In this embodiment, in addition to the connection between the rack assembly 3 and the first housing 1 and the second housing 2, the middle portion of the rack assembly 3 is a receiving space 31 for the knife, because the knife edge protrudes downward from the upper end surface of the rack assembly 3 during the placement of the knife, and the knife edge overhangs the lower portion of the rack assembly 3, so as to avoid colliding with the first housing 1 and/or the second housing 2 during the knife storage. In addition, a plurality of constraining members 4 of the embodiment are arranged in parallel in the accommodating space, and any two adjacent constraining members 4 form an accommodating chamber 41, so that the entire accommodating space 31 can be used for placing a tool, the constraining members 4 both clamp the tool edge and support the tool holder, compared with some tool accommodating devices on the market, the tool holder is usually recessed downwards on the body to form an accommodating groove, there is no constraining member or fastening member in the accommodating groove, the tool holder can only be constrained by the recessed structure of the body to prevent the tool from falling, but the tool can still move within a certain range of the accommodating groove, so that although the tool accommodating device is simple in structure, each accommodating groove is inconvenient for placing a plurality of tools, and is messy and inconvenient for taking the tool. In addition, the main body structure of such a tool storage device is rigid, the size of the space for storing the groove is limited, and the tool storage device cannot be expanded or extended appropriately according to the size of the tool or the thickness of the cutting edge, and thus the tool storage device has a high requirement for the tool.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, constraining member 4 comprises a body 42 connected to stent assembly 3, a first constraint 43, and a second constraint 44 disposed spaced apart from first constraint 43. In this embodiment, the body 42 connected to the rack assembly 4 is also used as a part of the constraint member 4, which effectively improves the space utilization and enlarges the space of the receiving chamber 41, so that more cutters can be placed. In addition, the first constraining portions 43 and the second constraining portions 44 are arranged alternately, that is, the first constraining portions 43, the second constraining portions 44 and the first constraining portions 43 are arranged in such a way that, for the first constraining portions 43 and the first constraining portions 44 with two different curved surfaces and/or planes, for example, the first constraining portions 43 are planes and the second constraining portions 44 are curved surfaces, so that the shapes of the end surfaces on the two sides of the accommodating chamber 41 are different from each other in terms of clamping force to the blade, the flat ends can be tightly attached to the blade, the clamping force is larger, and the curved ends have certain elasticity although not being tightly attached to the blade. Therefore, the tool can be more flexibly accommodated by providing the first constraining section 43 and the second constraining section 44 at an interval. In other embodiments, the constraining member 4 may include a third constraining portion, a fourth constraining portion, and the like having the same function, or a plurality of constraining portions may be provided at intervals, or may be provided at repeated intervals.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the first restraint 43 includes a first panel 431 and a second panel 432 parallel to the first panel 431 in a different plane. In this embodiment, the first constraining portion 43 is a curved surface and is formed by connecting a plurality of first sheets 431 and second sheets 432 connected in sequence, specifically, the first sheets 431 and the second sheets 432 are parallel to each other, but the first sheets 431 and the second sheets 432 are located in different plane areas, and the first sheets 431 and the second sheets 432 are connected by an arc in smooth transition to form a curved surface, so that the first chambers 433 and the second chambers 434 arranged in a staggered manner are formed by such a concave-convex structure. Further, the width of the first blade 431 is greater than the width of the second blade 432 in this embodiment, so that the first blade 431 provides a greater clamping force on the knife edge than the second blade 432, and the first chamber 433 is relatively larger in area and provides a lesser clamping force than the second chamber 434. In addition, such concave-convex structure has better elasticity and plasticity, can suitably carry out certain degree of bending or deformation, can laminate fixedly to the first restraint portion 43 of thinner cutting edge, can suitably warp the expansion to the first restraint portion 43 of thick cutting edge, and the scope that the cutter accomodates is big, and the practicality is strong. Of course, in other embodiments, the first constraining portion 43 may include a third sheet, a fourth sheet, or the like having the above-mentioned function, or may be a structure that is not the concave-convex structure but is a curved surface or an irregular curved surface, and also has the above-mentioned function.
Further, in some embodiments, the second constraining section 44 is a third plate 441 formed by a plane, and the second constraining section 44 is parallel to the first constraining section 43. In this embodiment, the second constraining portion 44 is a plane and is parallel to the first constraining portion 43, so that, compared with the first constraining portion 43, although the elastic and plastic deformation of the second constraining portion 44 is not as good as the first constraining portion 43, the second constraining portion 44 has relatively uniform clamping force on the blade, can better adhere to the blade surface, and has better clamping force, so that the two side end surfaces of the accommodating chamber are complementary, and have different degrees of stress, which is beneficial to fixing the blade. The second constraining section 44 is a flat surface, so that the tool can be placed and taken out more smoothly and conveniently, and if the second constraining section 44 is also a curved surface, the tool is easily stuck when the tool is placed and taken out. Of course, in other embodiments, the second constraining section 44 may be formed by the first sheet 431 and the second sheet 432 having the same structure as the first constraining section 43, or may have a structure of a curved surface or an irregular curved surface, which also has the above-mentioned function.
In addition, in some other embodiments, the body 42 is a connection plate 421 formed by a plane, and the connection plate 421 is disposed on both side end surfaces of the accommodating space 31. In this embodiment, the two side connection plates 421 of the body 42 serve as both the connection members with the first and second housings 1 and 2 and the holding members in the restriction member 4, and are compact and multifunctional. Furthermore, the connecting plate 421 is a plane and is parallel to the first constraining section 43 and the second constraining section 44, in other embodiments, the connecting plate 421 may be a curved surface having the same function as the first constraining section 43, or other irregular curved surface structures. In addition, in other embodiments, the connection plates 421 may be provided not only on both sides of the accommodating space 31 but also in the middle of the accommodating space.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the first constraining portion 43 and/or the second constraining portion 44 and/or the connecting plate 421 form a plurality of profiled grooves 5 for fixing the blade, the plurality of profiled grooves 5 are arranged in parallel in the accommodating space, and the cutter is accommodated in the profiled grooves 5. In the present embodiment, the connection plate 421 and the first restriction portion 43 form a first receiving groove 51, and the first receiving groove 51 is disposed at two sides of the receiving chamber 41; the first restraint portion 43 and the second restraint portion 44 constitute a second accommodation groove 52; since the connecting plate 421 and the second receiving groove 52 are both flat, the shape and structure of the first receiving groove 51 and the second receiving groove 52 are the same. In another embodiment, the second constraining portion 43 may form a groove 5 with the connecting plate 421, and also has a storage function, and a plurality of grooves 5 may be arranged in parallel according to the number of storage tools.
Further, in other embodiments, the first housing 1 and the second housing 2 are respectively disposed at two ends of the bracket assembly 3, wherein the first housing 1 is disposed in the area of the accommodating space 31, and the first constraining portion 43 and the second constraining portion 44 are connected to an upper end of the first housing 1. In this embodiment, the outer end of the accommodating space 31 is curved downward in an arc shape, so that it is inconvenient to accommodate the cutlery in the arc-shaped portion, and therefore, the first housing 1 is provided in the arc-shaped region, thereby effectively utilizing the region where the cutlery cannot be accommodated but other kitchenware and/or tableware can be accommodated, maximizing the space utilization, and being practical. Meanwhile, the upper end of the first housing 1 is connected to the first restraint portion 43 and the second restraint portion 44, so that the first restraint portion 43 and the second restraint portion 44, which do not have a housing function in this region, have a supporting function for the first housing 1, and thus the structure is simple and materials can be saved. Be connected with second casing 2 at the other end of bracket component 3, because of second casing 2 put the object space 11 great, in order to guarantee firmly, the upper end of connecting second casing 2 is equipped with the mounting panel 22 of being connected with bracket component 3, and the upper end of second casing 2 also is arc bending downwards. Such arc structure is in order to install in other cutter tableware disinfectors with this cutter storage device on the one hand, conveniently dismantles and satisfies the fillet design of general box body in the box body to and avoid the edges and corners design for safety and pleasing to the eye, and on the other hand is save material cost, avoids the waste of material.
As shown in fig. 6, the first casing 1 and the second casing 2 protrude downward from the rack assembly 3 to form an object placing space 11, the side surfaces of the first casing 1 and the second casing 2 are provided with a plurality of strip-shaped connectors 13, the strip-shaped connectors 13 are connected with the bottom end surfaces of the first casing 1 and the second casing 2 to form the object placing space 11, and an air guide channel 131 is formed to dry and ventilate tableware and/or kitchen ware placed in the first casing 1 and the second casing 2. The bottom surfaces of the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 are provided with draining holes 14, and the water on the tableware/kitchen ware flows downwards along the tableware and is discharged from the storage space 11 to the outside through the draining holes, so that the effect of dehydrating and drying the tableware/kitchen ware is achieved.
In addition, the utility model discloses a cutter storage device can be regarded as a cutter or the part of tableware sterilizer, uses on matching with it or can exert its above-mentioned part with it supporting, uses this cutter storage device alone certainly.
